The hotel only take cash for the safe deposit. I landed on an early flight, my room was ready and vacant but the hotel denied letting me check in a couple hours early. No knowledge of customer service concept. The room floor was dirty, hair from other passengers and the room didn't have slippers. I called the front desk to get slippers and gave me dirty used slippers with very bad smell. The neighborhood is also the wrong one. I strongly suggest to skip this hotel.

The hotel is in a good location central location and also there is a BTS station at top of the street. We stayed in room 509 which has a nice view into the city. The rooms were quite modern and very clean. The shower wasn’t great as the pressure and temperature kept dropping. The air con is very good. The staff were kind. The bed is the BEST it’s so soft and comfy

I should’ve read the reviews before staying here , I experienced many of the problems listed by many others. The front desk check in lady was the worst check in experience I’ve had for a long , long time. Extremely grumpy and unnecessarily argumentative. Having a horrible check in experience made me want to leave right away - I should have. Bad, slow wifi, need to sign in multiple times a day. The hotel is an old smelly building, thin walls so you can hear everything going on in the rooms beside you.

Hotel was in a perfect location, and breakfast was lovely with a great variety of items to choose from. However, I was very disappointed in our room. My partner and I stayed in the deluxe king room and the walls were covered in mold because of the constant humidity in the room. We were unable to get rid of the humid damp feeling, even with alerting the hotel, and had to sleep in damp sheets from the humidity. Maybe it was just our room, but still very unfortunate because it affected our stay. ALSO strong unpleasant smell in room

We were also humiliated when we asked for help with a clogged toilet and the man laughed, took a picture, and then got angry?

Expedia booking is a rip off for anyone in Australia & support or lack of support proves this company is not ethical.

Gym is very small but functional for 1-2 people at a time.
Pool is OK.
Pool bar non-existent which could work if smoking was restricted to tables just next to entry on ground floor, in other words smoking shouldn't be permitted in the pool area (8th floor), though perhaps smoking could be permitted after pool closes at 7pm.

First of all, the positives: location of the hotel is great because it is walking distance to Nana Plaza, the BTS station and also all the way down to Soi Cowboy if that’s your kind of thing. It’s set back from the main road enough so that its a very peaceful hotel and the beds and pillows were excellent and extremely comfortable. The rooftop pool is handy if you fancy a relaxing little dip but it is all about location location location.

Now the negatives: first of all the rooms are very dimly lit and it is very difficult, if you wear contact lenses, to put them in, under any of the lighting available. There is no brightly lit dressing table and the bathroom lights are the lowest wattage possible. I even enquired at Reception to see whether they had a spare lamp but they could not provide any assistance. Secondly, the hotel is rundown and a bit tatty particularly around the pool area where there were so many missing tiles, in and around the pool, that it was a bit of a health hazard. Additionally, you have the sum total of three sun loungers to pick from but the only other poolside guests that I had were those that have come up to the pool to smoke marijuana joints, due to the non-smoking policy within the hotel itself.

I continue to try and find the ideal budget suitable mid-range hotel in Bangkok that tick as many boxes as possible but I think I would struggle to stay here again purely because of the lack of light and plug sockets to use within the aging hotel rooms.

hotel is nice, breakfast only is available, no other meals. At night, the room lighting is very limited, so the room appears very dark. But during the day, with the curtains open, the room is very bright.
Staff are very friendly and helpful. Good location close to grocery store, street food and other restaurants. And close to BTS.

This hotel was in the middle of the hustle and bustle which we liked. Right next to all the amenities of the city. Food , shopping the lively nightlife

Good value for money, when we go back to Bangkok for 2 nights we will stay again.

There’s a chain that sits just up from this hotel that does street painting of any photo well worth a visit. I’ve ordered 9 photos for my return to Bangkok

Pro - bed was comfortable (If you don't mind soft) and close to Nana station
Cons - everything looks tired and not reflected in the pictures at all. Music woke me 2/3 mornings (6:10am!) Towels have crusty brown stains. Breakfast was just tolerable. By day three I went elsewhere to eat. Front desk staff totally unhelpful- \"is there a problem with the wifi?\" Staff \"yes\". So wifi terrible. No cold water in my sink or shower? Had to go cool off in the pool. That has seen better days. No pillows on the seats like in the pictures. The spot that once was a bar at the pool was a ratty hole. Frankly it was uncomfortable being up there on my own. No one seems to wash and replace the pool towels so by Sunday there were none. I never saw one room cleaning cart so I'm not sure what's going on there. Buttons don't work for the elevator on floor 7 and no staff was bothered at all even though there was myself and another guest letting staff know. Also, when I arrived the front desk wanted 1000 baht cash as a deposit! I said no way you can put it in a credit card and HE refused. Stalemate. I won. Won't stay here again for sure. You can do way better in Bangkok for the price.

Clean modern hotel. Room a little on the small side but not really an issue. Gym equipment provided but limited variety. Breakfast really good. Overall very satisfied. Have stayed in a few 4 star hotels on this trip and Glow is very well representative of 4 stars. We were very happy with this hotel compared to the other \"4 starred\" hotels we stayed at. Shopping areas eg. Terminal 21 approx 10-15min walk. Other shopping areas accessible via the skytrain. Nearest skytrain Nana station within 5min walk.

We have stayed here before 3yrs ago and the property was alot newer and in better condition. I was very disappointed when we checked in as someone had been smoking in the room and it stunk of cigarette. There was also no towels or mat in bthrm. After along flight you don't feel like going up and down to keep complaining about things. In saying all that the staff did sort it out. I would stay again as its close to our dental clinic.

The hotel itself was nice, with spacious clean rooms. The area itself was on the dodgy side, especially in the evenings when everyone is cruising the streets. Felt pretty safe though and close to the BTS station. Also we were asked to pay a security deposit in cash which was not made clear in the description.

Great new hotel, a short walk from Skytrain.

I enjoyed the time at GLOW Hotel and especially the nice and comfortable bed. I had the best sleep in weeks.
The service was good and the staff very friendly and accommodating.
The rooms are ok size (Superior King) with everything needed.
There is a roof pool (small) and a gym as well.
What did not impress on me was the breakfast. I took one look, and then went to another place for breakfast.
(This is not a big problem, since there are many choices around.)
It is only around 3-4 minutes to walk up to Sukhumvit Road and Nana Skytrain station.

A good hotel near shopping centres

A very good property overall. Because we were arriving in Bangkok at 6AM, we had secured an hotel room for the night before and our hotel room was therefore ready when we arrived at the hotel tired after travelling for 18 hours. Modern and spacious rooms with very comfortable bed (the best that we experienced during our 25-day vacation in South east Asia). Very nice bathroom and shower. Very good WiFi. The breakfast buffet is average though with not much choice and is basically the same every day. The Hotel is located in a very busy sector of Bangkok but the rooms are quiet. Very nice roof-top pool and gym. Very good happy-hour. Friendly staff.

This is a excellent little boutique hotel. The staff are incredibly friendly, accommodating, professional and go out of there way to make you feel at home.
Arrived on an early morning flight and was at the hotel way before check-in time. The reception team ensured l didn’t have to wait too long for my room to be ready. It’s a great little hotel, with
lovely rooms and excellent high pressure showers, perfect place to come back to after a big day of shopping and sight seeing.

Saw a power outage during check-in, make us worrying.
Promised a king bed but only twin beds are available, which is disappointing.
Found stains and hair on the bed, very disappointing.
Got woke up by loud and noisy maintenance work in early morning. Disturbing.

Improvement: Make sure the slippers are new before letting guest to check in; toothpaste-like white patches on the floor that should be very noticeable to cleaning staff; Hot water is never hot, although the staff is keen and prompt to help and they said it is fixed, the standard of \"hot water\" maybe different in Bangkok but there are still people need real hot shower after hot days.

Feels like home

I love this hotel. It’s my 3rd stay here in the last 3 months. What keeps me coming back is it’s location, with close proximity to all the main shoppings and BTS station. The extremely helpful and friendly team go out of there way to make my stay a comfortable one. It’s not pretentious, just a great little hotel with well appointed rooms and super comfy beds. Cute little rooftop pool to help you cool down after a eventful day.

Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms are gorgeous. I used the washer machine and dryer provided in the room and it was silent. Easy acces to public transportation. Great area for food (Halal and Thai). Yes, a bit far from Grand Palace and that area, however, if you want easy access to good bars/restaurants at night, I would recommend that you do not focus on staying near that area.

Rooms are new, comfortable and clean but I had to ask for a change of room because I was given a connecting room with a door which is poorly soundproofed and I can hear everything my neighbour was doing, including his conversation and phone notifications. Ask for a non-connecting room for a more pleasant stay. Location wise, it is near the Nana BTS station with 7-Eleven and a 24 hours supermarket along the street. Lots of Middle Eastern restaurant / cuisine nearby.

New modern hotel Staff very nice Breakfast I think is a bit of an afterthought and not much effort put into it .Its open from 7-11am and if you come down later they seem to have ran out of some things No bacon I think so not to offend Middle Eastern guests Not worth the extra 500-600 baht extra for it a night you pay for it .Fitness centre just a treadmill exercise bike stair master and a few light weights

Check in at 2.30pm. Staff help to bring luggage to our room but the room hasn’t been make up and messy from previous customer. Went back down to the lobby and they told me to wait for 30minutes to make up room because there is no available room. However the manager told me to wait 15minutes and offer complimentary drinks while waited. In the end waited for like 25minutes. And was given a different room instead. O.o the staff is friendly but seems a little inexperience. room is quite dim although all lights are switched on, furniture has white spot paint on it, same goes for the toilet. Overall the stay is pretty decent just that the check in has disappoint me.

Nice hotell. Good breakfast. Most of staff are friendly. The one thing that was bad was the loud music that started in the middle of the night and lasted until 08.00 in the morning. Apparently from the building next door.. but it was quiet outside. The driver they got me to take me to the airport and back wad good, friendly and helpful.
