bedbugs and cockroaches thought out the hotel , it’s also a construction site at the moment . No facilities open , prositutes line the entrance driveway . Once was likely a nice hotel it’s infested guests have the run of it now

Requested non smoking room room smells like an ash tray. This is not a 3+ star hotel maybe 2 at most .check-in was cold staffs my wife asked to use the toilet while I checked in, came back because there was no tissues was told they don't put tissues because the public uses it. Drive way was full of working ladies. Someone from Expedia should have a look and adjust there rating

I don't recommend anyone to stay in this place. This hotel should not be advised. The room was filthy. it smelled like it had been closed up for yrs. Bugs everywhere. I would not have put my dog in this room. Expedia should be ashamed for promoting this hotel. the hotel staff were unhelpful told us we would receive a refund but did not? Don't book this hotel it's cheap because it's not fit for dogs

Rooms reserved for Expedia is poor not maintained
I suggest Expedia representative in Bangkok visit floor #15 to see the rooms. Also it is Expedia image and reputation will decline. I have been with Expedia since 2008 and it was great stay or flight; however this 1st time to see such poor stay. If you really consider Expedia image you should check and correct.

The staff was very nice, but the building is being renovated. Lots of other guests smoked cigarettes indoors. I could smell it in my room. Also there was a night club near by that played loud music. I could hear the bass in my room until 4am. Besides that it’s fine. I stayed because it’s very close to Bumrungrad hospital.

Warning, they hold a 1000 baht to until check out then they take their sweet time and try to procrastinate and then they have to call room service to check the room before they give you your money back takes about 45 minutes…. This place clearly tries to keep the money.!!! Make sure you check check out an hour before your taxi to the airport

Overall a very comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The bed was very comfortable. The room was a little run down. The only real problem I had is that the bass of thr music from the club downstairs (I think) did keep me up a little bit. I am a light sleeper though. Overall, if I was looking in the area I would stay again.

The property is in a great location. And seems like the hotel is being renovated. Rooms are a great size and staff are good. The only issues with this property is the smell of smoke and I was on a non smoking floor and the prices in the hotel club are ridiculous.

The entire staff does nothing but try to get more money from you. The cleaning lady wanted money because my sheets were dirty. The management charged me 8000 baht for a very small cigarette. On the coffee table which was there when I arrived. I could give many more examples of this kind of outrageous behavior as I stayed there for s very long time, The people that run this hotel are predators. Stay at the Nana Hotel it’s cheaper same kind of hotel same kind of entertainment options.

This is possibly the worst hotell experience I've had. The room was decent sized, but very worn out. There were no channels on the 17\" CRT TV (with DVD player - hello 1995!). The water pressure was non-existing. The AC was rattling, but functioning at least.

But worst of all, this hotell is apparently a smoking only service - I was at least not given a chance to select non-smoking. And it was really bad.

The lobby was also a smoking area. Horrible. The facilities were also shady and the lobby was a waiting area for what I only can assume was prostitution. The pool was also terrible with broken furniture and dirty pool area - even though I observed it being cleaned.

I have a hard time picturing a worse hotell than (Dis)Grace hotel.

Horrible trip at grace hotel

This is my very horrible experience at this grace hotel in Bangkok. When I did check in this hotel I face many problems.
1. The reception staff is not communicating properly is very rude.
2. Now English become universal language the reception staff doesn’t know English how shall I speak with them.
3. They did not took my lagauage down from my room to lobby not at least car also.

I m sorry to say this “I paid money for this booking here in grace hotel I treated as I m staying free here”

Please for the next time don’t recommend like this hotel to me.

We came here in Bangkok for my uncle treatment.
But it was very bad experience in this hotel.
And my uncle having severe leg pain although the carry his laguage because there is no one to help us at hotel while check out.

If some one ask me the rating of the hotel I will give in negative.

For the amount of money we paid the hotel was brilliant it’s well situated everything about it is nice apart from the corridors need a little bit updating the only problem was if you’re not there to party you won’t get any sleep there’s only seven floors we were on the sixth floor and the beating of the loud music was so bad Not only was the room vibrating with the drumming but I’m sure you could feel the vibrations whilst you lay in bed there isino way you could get any sleep until it finishes about 4.30 in the morning.

Best place to Enjoy in Sukhumvit

Spent 9 nights in the hotel, first of all we arrived early morning around 5 and checking was quite easy. We choose an Old type room, so we can smoke and the price is so great. Hotel area is surrounded by lots of food restaurants and night life. Staffs are really helpful and overall our staying was awesome.

We arrived by taxi and were greeted by hookers before the actual hotel staff, as we walked into the lobby the air was heavy with cigarette smoke and terrible cologne. We checked in and requested a non-smoking room and we were told that the whole hotel was smoking only.

Prostitution was so rampant that I was harassed by security to provide my room key every time I tried to go up to my room while the male guests were allowed to walk in freely. One of the middle eastern men even propositioned me and ask me how much for night (I was wearing yoga pants and no makeup).

The beds were at least 20 years old, springs poking out and mattresses littered with bed bug casings and blood stains. The room smelled of chemical cleaner, cigarettes, and a sweet musty oder, it reminded me of the smell of an old age home 30 years ago in Canada. Make sure you look under all the bedding/sheets if you stay here.

We ended up leaving at 2am with no other place to go because the bed bugs were so bad.

Would recommend for a single middle eastern male that’s looking for a hooker and doesn’t mind bed bugs, as this seems to be their demographic.

Very old and dated interior, there is a taxi desk at the front to the hotel that wanted to charge me 300 baht for a a very short trip that any taxi driver would charge you 100 baht for and even that is the over inflated tourist price. I ordered a portion of French fries with my club sandwich through room service and I got a total of 10 fries. They didn’t even bring cutlery with the food and you had to pay them at the door. This is just a start for me, easily one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in Bangkok.

Grace hotel improved and totally changed, services and facility renewed. Staff are very friendly, all Arabic Channels& a very excellent Arabic breakfast is provided which you can never find even at Arabic countries. I really enjoyed my three days stay and extended another 4 nights.

HOTEL WITH GREAT BREAKFAST!!

This an old hotel but comfortable and secure all way. Free Wifi in the lobby as well as in the rooms work fine. The great breakfast they offer until 11:30 is unmatched anywhere with selection of Asian, Arabic and European dishes. Offering this great breakfast until 11:30 in morning makes is different from all the hotels I have been to all my life. All close around 10:00 am.
