Our stay was lovely, we were upgraded to a higher floor because of my birthday and they even gave me a chocolate brownie as a birthday gift as well as a welcome cookies upon our arrival, which were soft and tasted freshly baked. The staff were very friendly, breakfast was great with a lot of options.

Overall we had a great stay and would definitely come back again!

I had a great stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Bangkok Ploenchit. The hotel is very comfortable and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and professional throughout my stay. The location is excellent, close to shopping areas, restaurants, and public transport, which made getting around Bangkok very easy. The rooms were clean, and quiet, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was relaxing. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the city. ⭐️

Room cleanliness and amenities are awesome. Staff are nice and pleasant. Wish i was able to try the spa massage but it seems to be full at all times. Maybe ill book in advance next time.

We enjoyed our short stay at the Double Tree By Hilton Ploenchit. We were upgraded to a premium room which was spacious and comfortable, the room was cleaned, staff were friendly and helpful, especially Sam and his team. We needed help with a local order and it would not have been possible without Sam and his team, my order was sent to my room without any problems. Thank you again Sam and the team you have made a different to our stay, we will be back.

Second stay here for me and there is a reason for that, the service is second to none, you are a stones throw from parks, BTS and Sukhumvit but tucked away on soi 2 so that it is less noisy.

Staff are such lovely people and are kind and helpful. The service is 5 star. I’ll be back next year for stay number 3.

The hotel is very clean, comfortable and in ann excellent condition. The staff are excellent and very helpful at all times. We have stayed for two days and cannot speak highly enough of the hotel staff. The area around the hotel is a bit seedy, but it is a central location and easy for shopping and getting around the city.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The location is within walking distance to Ploenchit station and market. It's well connected to the other train stations. The rooms are bright, clean and cozy. Breakfast is great with varieties of food and drinks. Highly recommend!

I really liked the blackout curtains in the room, the strong AC, and the well-designed bathroom with all the facilities I needed.

Be aware this property is one block off the red light district if you are staying with family. They were renovating some parts of the hotel, particularly the gym, during my stay. It was a short walk to a partner hotel to use their gym in the mornings so not too inconvenient.

I have stayed here 3 times the location works would just hope the pool will be available as on previous trips i have been given same reasons construction work in progress and pool out of order but have option to use another pool down the road i will prob stoll book just because it is very convenient

Doubletree is located in a great location close to clubs, bars, restaurants and shopping. It is also near Bts, which can take you pretty much through Bangkok. The amenities are very good as well as the staff are very helpful and accommodating. If you also use wifi the connection is excellent. It is quiet at night if you need to just rest and get sleep.

Our stay was very nice, checking in was easy. I requested our rooms (3) to be next to each other but they couldn’t, one room was in a higher floor. The cookies which we chose this hotel for was not tasty as in other countries. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Excellent location for a family. Just bordering the crazy night streets of Sukhamvit and easy access to shopping centers. Nana is just 5 minutes walk.

We used to walk down to both night streets as well as shopping centers of Siam. Siam however is 20 to 30 min walk.

BTS is right next to hotel, in case you wish to ride through metro.

However, if you like being in middle of action, you may find this hotel a put off. 7/11 for example is 5 min walk and it seems 15 min away when you are dead tired at night.

Food was good. Not much variety for Indians though as resturants inside the hotel offer great Oriental and Thai options. Not much for vegetarians. We however, didnt face much issue experimenting with new variety of food.

If you are an Indian who wishes to have Indian food on daily basis then this hotel is not the right choice.

Opting for Ala-Carte instead of Half-board like we did might be a better choice as many oriental dishes taste better when they are cooked and served, instead of being there in buffets.

Over-all, our stay was very nice.

Great stay. Avoid if you want a classy gym.

The rooms were fantastic. Feels new and clean. Everything was super comfortable room wise.

The gym however was in very poor state and terribly needs a refresh. Equipment was broken and worn albeit still functional. The air conditioning was very weak making it a little stuffy.

Very friendly staff, they are helpful and welcoming. I was given with a delicious cookies when checking in, it was freshly warm when on my hands! Most importantly they are able to communicate in English.

The hotel room is spacious and very clean! Good lighted ambience, cosy and very comfortable bed to sleep on, love it!

Located near to town, easy to access to nearby amenities and convenient store. The train station is only minutes walk away.

I will come back to this hotel again! Thanks for this wonderful stay!

Why put me right there while all the construction is being done. The hotel had many room available as tourism is very low now. That was rude. They could have put me on another floor or other dude of the hallway.

The staff at this hotel were what made it - everything else was an added bonus. I can not speak more highly of the front desk, concierge, porters, room service, bar and restaurant team. All of them were very welcoming, kind and helpful. The food and drinks were well priced and the food was super tasty. The hotel was newly renovated and absolute luxury. The staff were always ready to please.They went out of their way to show us rooms that we might like . We grabbbed the very first one. Immediately after check in I was told there was renovation works going on in hotel ! From 10 am until 6pm . I had requested a non smoking room which it probably was now.However it has previously been a smoking room which was unacceptable, now no doubt part of the upgrading. Fortunately I was allowed to heck out after one night. January 2020

This hotel is in a good location.
The lobby has been renovated and the elevators have been renovated.
As soon as you step into the hallways, you can see a difference. The rooms were dingy and not very nice. The hallways and rooms smelled of cigarettes.
There’s currently construction going on outside on the hotel and the pool is out of commission which is not stated when booking the hotel.

I liked Majestic Grande staff better. They retained a few people but front desk is quiet u familiar. I am a regular visitor, and I missed the personal connection. Some how the double tree staff is less humane and more mechanical.
