One of the walls in the room was nasty, something was splash all over. The bathroom needs a little attention and the towels are very old .

The hotel provided excellent service throughout my stay. The room was cleaned daily to a very high standard, and the staff’s attention was consistently excellent. The shower pressure was outstanding, which made a real difference to comfort. While the room was a bit noisy at times, it was manageable and did not detract significantly from the overall positive experience.

Location: it's about 10-15 minutes walk to the nearest BTS. With the extreme heat, suggest to use the hotel mini golf buggy (every 30 minutes). There is a convenience store about 5 minutes walk away.
You can walk to some of the nearest malls for food within 25 minutes.

Lobby: strangely old and not like the pictures. Customer service is good and friendly.

Room: medium size. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was small. Chargeable hotel bar fridge. Hairdryer and kettle supplied. Hotel provides two small bottles of complimentary drinking water each day. Air conditioning is good and rooms are not very noisy, although, they supply disposable air buds to cancel out noise.

Breakfast is good with a mix of western and international foods.

It was a good stay. Room was small. Location is great. Breakfast buffet had great selection. Staff were polite and friendly.
There was a mishap on prepayment but it was not their fault. It was more like a negligent on hotels.com side. Overall it was a good stay.

For $72 USD this is a fantastic choice. The breakfast buffet (included) is very good. Remember I am from Las Vegas so we know buffets.🙂 The pool on the roof was good. There is a Tops Supermaket in the Conrad Hotel 5 minutes away. Overall would stay there again.

Very nice hotel with modern and clean facilities. Staff need more training, as when we checked out we were accused of taking an item from the minibar that we did not take. We had to pay for the item as we were in a hurry, even after telling staff that we did not take anything from the minibar. So a good hotel, somewhat ruined by staff accusing us of stealing a 30 Baht bag of peanuts! And I have stayed at the hotel many times before!

Such an amazing view and complete access to downtown Bangkok, shopping, cultural centers, and dining. This room was incredible and included washer/dryer and mini kitchen. We loved this place though it was very crowded. That was due to the time of year, however, and the hotel was excellent. Will stay here again for sure!

Pleasant repeat visit

There is almost no need to leave a review, other than to note that I liked the hotel well enough to return; I also stayed at the Quarter Ploenchit a few weeks ago and left a review then. Repeat visit; same positive experience. I highly recommend the Quarter, especially for folks who have business at the nearby U.S. and Netherlands embassies. The Quarter is comfortably walking distance from those two embassies and from the Ploen Chit BTS Skytrain station.

The hotel was in good condition were the employees spoke great english and were nice and friendly.
Breakfast - One of the better I/we had at hotels in Thailand.

Pool- Ok size with descent view
Gym- Better standard were they have weights and not only thread mills.

Playing area (children) - A small corner in the kitchen. Recomended to go to the shopping malls.

Location - 10 min walk to the nearest station with good connection to all the big malls (MBK, Siam P so on). Works well for the family with a stroller.

The Quarter Ploenchit can probably best be described as _fine_ - nothing wrong, but nothing really stood out; and this in a city where hotels complete to 'stand out.'

The staff are wonderful - in typical Thai manner they are polite and obliging and ensure that you are well looked-after. Whilst the facilities are clean, well-kept (albeit the walls etc are too thin) there is only what I can describe as _soul_ lacking in this facility - I could have been anywhere else that I'd travelled instead of exciting and bubbly Bangkok!
The dining room area is really just a converted basement and the breakfasts really became 'boring' - we spent 5 nights there.

5-star quality at a 4-star price

I had a great short stay at the Quarter Ploenchit. I was looking for a good hotel near the U.S. Embassy, where I had an appointment. The Quarter is walking distance from the embassy and from the Phloen Chit BTS station, which also was convenient to two jazz clubs I wanted to visit while I was there. The Quarter had 5-star quality at a 4-star price. There are a couple of 5-stars very close to it that were $30-50 a night more expensive. The staff was friendly and very helpful at check-in and when I wanted to use the convenient shuttle to the BTS. The room was spotless and modern, and there is a decent fitness room and pool on the 8th-floor rooftop. The only minor issues I could cite were that there are very few pool chairs/chaises available, and I wished the exercise equipment would have had a standard lat pulldown unit….but there was enough gear for anyone to have a nice workout with two treadmills, an elliptical, a bike, a few machines and a nice collection of barbells. (I’ll add a couple of photos showing the pool and some of the fitness room gear.)

Comfortable hotel within easy reach of shopping complexes .. Nana area and the Green mile and BTS Plonchit station .
Great food and bar options nearby.
Small but nice pool area and gym .
Only downside was inconsistent wi-fi and maybe a little expensive.....although I did stay in January.
I would definitely consider staying here again.

The 2 room suite was perfect for us. Great location, quiet and a short 5min walk to Ploen Chit BTS station. Breakfast buffet had a good spread with a few different dishes served up daily. Staff were all exceptional, spoke good English, were friendly and very helpful. On the day we left 20/12/2024, we checked out at 3am to catch our flight out at 6am, our transfer to BKK airport failed to show up. The front desk and concierge were fantastic. They showed a lot of care and concern and were quick to get us an alternative driver and vehicle for my family of 4. We would not have made it to our flight if not for these 2 individuals. Thank you very much. I fully recommend this place to stay!

The hotel is convenient but i lacks basic toiletries such as hair conditioner. Some people can not just use shampoo it needs to have a conditioner so that hair wont be frizzy, plus it doesnt have a soap and no alcohol or hand sanitizer. Food room service is also lacking, when i got to the hotel i was so hungry but was told that there were no room service for food because it is already close, in the morning u dont have any option to get room service for food as well because buffet breakfast is being serve and you can only order after 10:30 to me this is inconvenient. What if i dont like the buffet? In room service should be 24/7 not on a specific time only specially for business travelers like me. Room is comfortable and clean even if it is small just right for a solo traveler. Staff has no consieration for late check out since my flight is late i requested for late check out at least by 2pm but i was declined. I checked in late the other afternoon around 4:30 pm i was not given a kind consideration even if i had kindly ask and informed i had checked in late the other afternoon. There is no iron and iron board and no weighing scale which is a necessity for hotels. I would like to come back again in the future but pls improve these things i mentioned, other than that the hotel is nice clean and good. Thank you

Great value for money

This hotel is great value for money. While the rooms are smallish, they have everything you need and are well appointed and are clean and tidy. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful and although the hotel is situated a short walk from the BTS it is opposite a shopping centre and close to many eateries. I would stay here again.

Staff at the hotel are not at all helpful and the beds in the room are very very bad and the staff don’t support the guest in any way and all over the hotel it is displayed the penalty rules and regulations and taking the deposit to return it back during checkout and the curtains are dirty and the ac is showing the filter has to be replaced and so much of traffic noise all the night…..simply a big no to this hotel

Nice breakfast buffet, the food was surprisingly very good and the options change each day. Good cafe within the hotel which was convenient but there was a lot of good cafes and restaurants within minutes walk surrounding the hotel as well that I wish we had more time to try. The room was very clean and new. Air conditioning was good. The staff was nice, english was not the best but we got through. No self serve laundry. The room cleaner was nice lady but she doesn't refill any of the toiletries or coffee. I ran out of body soap and left the container open on purpose but she did not refill. Had to ask for everything when it's out. Inside the elevator always smells funny. Pool on roof top was ok if you could get it to yourself since it was small. Overall I would stay here again. Very clean and new hotel for the price.

Definitely not 4*, more like 3* or 3.5 at best. The 1 bedroom was just a sliding door that cuts an already tiny room into 2 halves, much smaller than it seems in the photos. \"pay at property\" reservation but it was charged to credit card.

Time for an update.

Whilst clean and nicely appointed there was a number of areas/items of which were rather tired. Mould and paint/rot or some wooden surfaces and the wood framed glass partition (completely pointless and a nuisance) was broken and had caused damage to the floor but the wooden frame also blocks the view of the TV if lying in bed.

The breakfast was OK albeit limited on choice. Wifi was constantly on and off and the room cleaning failed to replace the coffee/milk etc. I wouldn't rush back again, roof top pool is nice and quaint but as a whole it could do with some money spending on it to update the place.

The staff were wonderful and very nice. The room was clean except for quite a few ants. Aircon is very good and cold which we live in hot Bangkok.
However the property is more run down than the photos have advertised. Room is a bit on the small side which is fine as long as it’s clean.
We stayed in room 306 which have noisy plumbing. We keep hearing water running through the pipes.
