My stay at The Okura Prestige Bangkok was nothing short of extraordinary. I’ve traveled extensively, and this was—without exaggeration—the best trip I’ve ever experienced.

Let me start with the breakfast: spectacular doesn’t even begin to describe it. Every morning felt like a curated culinary experience—beautifully presented, diverse, refined, and unforgettable. It set the tone for each day in the best possible way.

The staff were remarkably kind, helpful, and genuine at every level. The concierge team absolutely blew me away—proactive, knowledgeable, and sincerely invested in making my stay seamless. Housekeeping was flawless; the room was always perfectly cool, pristine, and inviting. Even the laundry service was exceptional—prompt, precise, and beautifully handled.

Not once—not a single moment—did I experience anything negative. That consistency is rare.

The hotel itself is breathtaking. Beginning on the 24th floor, with guest rooms starting on the 26th, you feel elevated—literally and emotionally—above the city. The views are absolutely stunning from every level. The location is perfect, the amenities are strong and thoughtfully designed, and the entire property feels serene, polished, and intentional.

This is a five-star hotel, and I experienced that five-star feeling every single day of my stay.

It felt like living inside a dream.

I cannot recommend The Okura Prestige Bangkok highly enough. If you’re looking for excellence without compromise, this is it.

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. The staff are very polite and helpful and service is incredible.

Breakfast is bountiful and delicious - we often did not eat again until the evening due to how full we would be from the variety of delicious food.

We had club lounge access which allowed for some lovely cocktails in the evening with magical views of the surrounding buildings.

The pool is heated and offers a great views - a nice place to relax.

I would gladly stay here again!

Our stay began with Mr. Steve at the front desk recognized that we were repeat customers and welcomed us with a warm smile.Like last year, he helped us carefully. Make us feel welcome at once.
From the hotel, you can easily walk to the shopping mall and the MRT. There are many good restaurants around the hotel.
If you like Japanese food, the hotel's restaurant and executive lounge will not let you down.And the hotel staff provided excellent service.

The stay at Okura Prestige Bangkok was wonderful from beginning to end! The corner king room on the 30th floor had an awesome view of the city and I loved all of the upscale features such as remote blackout and sunscreen shades and lighting control. The room was very large and exceptionally clean! The housekeeping service did a wonderful job and left an origami crane on your bed every night and a fresh plate of fruit! The bar in the lobby was very nice and convenient! The breakfast in the Above and Beyond Restaurant was over the top...anything you could possibly image was there! Everything was very fresh and tasty! I also had dinner at the Michelin restaurant, Element, on the 25th floor. It was excellent...the taste of the food and the presentation was beautiful, the service was also excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Bangkok!

Friendly and helpful staff, clean and well maintained room and amenities, great buffet breakfast, fantastic pool view, and good location with direct BTS and lots of restaurants and shopping nearby.

Only issue was that it was difficult to schedule a couples massage at the spa. Ended up going elsewhere. Try to book in advance if possible.

Overall would definitely stay here again. Wonderful hotel.

We absolutely LOVED our stay at The Okura Prestige Bangkok! From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff were top-notch and professional, making us feel welcome and cared for.

The breakfast was hands down the best we have ever experienced at any property—an incredible variety of options paired with attentive staff who made the entire experience a true 10/10.

The pool was stunning with a fantastic view, the perfect spot to relax and take in the city. The hotel’s location was excellent, very walkable to plenty of local attractions and shopping.

This is truly a first-class property, and we will definitely return. Highly recommended for anyone seeking comfort, luxury, and impeccable service in Bangkok!

I booked a deluxe suite and was upgraded to a prestige suite with an earlier check in than 3.00pm. The suite was comfortable and spacious and like all Okura rooms had Japanese green tea in the room.
For two days of my stay I went for the Japanese breakfast which was really good and a change from the normal buffet breakfasts at most hotels.
The staff in all areas and especially the club lounge are very friendly and helpful. Whilst the hotel does have a business centre with access to computers you have to prebook this with reservations instead of using your room card for access. Overall another great stay and I will definately return in the future.

Really great stay.
Very comfortable rooms - spacious, air conditioning worked a treat to bring the room temp down quickly, great blackout curtains that kept the room dark for a good sleep, well insulated, and a wonderful bathroom with great water pressure.

Had bought some stuff on the internet to be delivered to the hotel. No problems with picking up items. I had some difficulty finding one of the items. The concierge Khun soraath was super helpful, checking online on the item, and then with the bellhop team on level 1 once he knew the item had arrived, and even delivered the item to my room personally.

Thus is my third stay here, and I plan to come back my next trip to Bangkok,

We weee recognized as VIP members and got the the corner room which had a stunning view. I made an error at the time of booking and booked one room instead of two. Despite the mix up and hotel being full, it was late evening and the staff really helped find us a second room on the same floor! That’s great service. Breakfast was amazing. Staff abs arrive great. I would stay there again.

This was our first stay at the Okura Prestige Bangkok and overall, it was a wonderful experience. Highlights include seasonal decor. The theme was lavender and they extended this to their afternoon tea. The food was outstanding and the daily breakfast buffet could not be matched. The choices ranged from Thai classics and Japanese to Western fare. The quality and variety of fruit was unmatched. Lunches and dinners were also impressive with quality and service. The rooms are more spacious than usual in Bangkok and the hotel maintains a high level cleanness. The front desk and bell staff are friendly and exceptionally helpful. Waitstaff is a bit more reserved but very professional. The pool is amazing, I do love black tile and the view is outstanding. The location is great for shopping and transpiration as it is right by the commuter trains. The covered walk ways were a life saver during the rainy season. However, you can also walk to many activities and sights around Bangkok. My only wish is for lighted make up mirrors in the bathroom. This is not an oversight by Okura, for some reason, they are just not provided in any hotels in Thailand. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this location and I am looking forward to a return visit.

Okura Prestige Hotel is exceptional! The hotel staff are amazing! Never have we had such a great nights sleep in a hotel before! Large rooms comfortable beds and pillows. Breakfast is amazing with so much choice you will never leave hungry! We never stay in the same.hotel as we lile to experience different places! Really nice high end property. Only issue I had was at Elements the 1 star michelin restaurant on property. I don't think it was really worth the money. Too many misses and just ok dishes on a 8 course menu. 2 out of 8 courses were good, 1 out of 3 amuse was good, service was great but get rid of white glove service during sliverware change. Unnecessarily over top

Great stay again however I think that the MD that I met last May may be gone. The hotel while still great did not have the crispiness that it did when he was there during my last visit. Some of the items and areas are starting to show their age but all in all a great hotel.
