The concierge (JJ?) went above and beyond to be accommodating. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Walking distance to Nana Plaza which I discovered quite by mistake. Whatever people tell you about it doesn’t describe it. That being said, it must be seen at least once in your life. Street food, music, women and booze abound. Get a 3 AM foot massage and people watch. Finish the night off with some 5 AM pho from a street cart and watch the sun rise.

Clean and comfy hotel. Love the quietness around the neighbourhood. Located near Phloen chit BTS via 5-7min walk. Also walkable to central world 20mins walk. Hotel also offer complimentary tuktuk shuttle to the bts as well. Rooms and clean which I love the separate sitting area and big fridge! Would highly recommend this hotel.

The property is quite a distance away from the Ploen Chit BTS and nearby convenience store. The tuk tuk shutter service is also not readily available (5pm - 7pm) which makes it not as appealing as other accommodation of similar pricing. Breakfast options are minimal as well.

It has a quiet environment with 5 minutes walk to the BTS station. The room was neat and spacious and is value for money. Staffs were friendly and helpful when I requested for a late check out. The rooms are well equipped with ironing board, microwave and a washing machine which is perfect for long stay! What I feel can be improved is the room cleaning services, as I can spot dried pee stains on the toilet bowl seat cover as well as the flooring beneath.

This property was quite peaceful. Having a car made getting around Bangkok very convenient, and we also enjoyed walking to nearby restaurants, which usually took about 15 minutes. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful with most of our questions. Although the parking area was small, we never had any trouble finding a spot.

Decent stay in Bangkok - great free tuktuk service

Overall a good 4stars. Pros: Smooth early check-in & upgraded room as we arrived at the hotel after a long 2 flight journey from London at 10am. This was greatly appreciated! The free tuktuk service to the local station or shopping centre was a great touch & very handy. This was our favourite perk of staying here! Note it doesn't run between 5-7pm as traffic is crazy then. Faster to walk. Service for the day ends at 10.30pm. Fantastic location. Very easy 5min walk to the BTS station/local high street. Our room was well equipped with a separate living room, washer/dryer, small kitchenette, shower & big bathtub. Great for our needs. Staff were very welcoming & friendly. Always greated with a smile. General cleanliness of the hotel was good too. Enjoyed the pool & gym. Extra towels and children floats available poolside. Cons: Room had a musty smell for most of our stay. Had to ask for an air purifier 2days out of the 4. Could have used it an extra night but was just too tired to ask daily for it. The smell was livable but made it unpleasant to have. Hence reduced the star rating. The room was a little dull. Also could have done with the long mirror better positioned and not behind the rolling bathroom doors. Breakfast was ok. Limited, especially if you have a Halal/vegetarian diet. But still possible to eat something to start the day. Bored of it after a 4 day stay. Hotel positioned against a highway flyover. So view near the pool or from the room was pretty shabby and noisy.

The staff are amazing here especially Tee and Nat. The front desk girls are also very friendly and helpful. The rooms are amazingly quiet considering that it is next to the highway.

Great location and accommodation was great. There was a gym, pool, and in the room was a kitchen with a washer/dryer.

They also had a shuttle to take you to the main shopping area in Siam. A place for singles and families.

Overall, an excellent stay!

Clean and spacious suite, friendly staff, decent breakfast spread, free daily tuk tuk service to Ploen Chit BTS and Central Embassy till 10.30pm. Most taxis and tuk tuks are familiar with where the hotel is.

3 downsides:
1. Quite a walk to the nearest convenience store/BTS which would have been okay if the lane wasn't so quiet.
2. Loud bird calls from early morning to night which is okay if you are out most of the day.
3. Mosquitoes, but if you don't need to be at the smoking area, you'd be fine.

One last thing, room above our bedroom was undergoing renovations on 2 out of the 7 nights we were there.

I was very pleased with my recent stay at Arcadia Suits in Bangkok. I liked the washer/dryer, nice size refrigerator, nice sheets and pillows, and large area shower head. The room had quality furniture and fixtures, was cleaned and picked up daily, the AC worked great, and the hotel was at a great location to many shops and activities.

Great value for the money.

Stayed for 9 nights. Breakfast was decent, room was comfortable and the staff very friendly and helpful. Downsides were; shower temperature was unpredictable and while the property is in the central district it’s not super close to the BTS. That said the hotel has a tuk tuk shuttle that runs every day except between 5-7PM. That’s rush hour so if you leave or return during those hours, it’s about a 5-7 minute walk back.

We stayed in the two bedroom suite and it was perfect for us. There is a washing machine/dryer that works but don’t count in it drying your clothes. You’ll need to hang up your clothes to dry.

We would stay again for sure.

Liked the tuk tuk service but definitely not the staff who kept selling transportation services and day tour.

Hotel is near BTS but wouldn’t want to walk as there are many cars passing through the way to BTS station.

We had a 2 bedroom for 6 nights but the kitchenette had only forks and spoons with plates and cups. There was no pots, knives, tea towel nor dishwashing liquid, washing detergent ready for use. We had contacted the hotel beforehand to confirm the availability of such items, hence was a disappointment when we found none.

A bit of language barrier with front desk And took much effort to understand our needs.

Spa within the hotel is convenient but don’t expect the environment to be the same as other well known hotels.

Breakfast spread do not have much variety, same types of bread and fruits for our 7 days stay. The dishes that changed daily would be the main - vermicelli/ pad thai, vegetables and protein. Although limited choices, the food is tasty.

Overall, acceptable comfort level and check out was fast.

The property is overall great. It was clean and new. When we first checked in the shower was clogged. We called the reception to inform them of the situation and they noted to send someone up. Waited for a good 15min and there was still no one. We had to personally go down to the reception and inform them again before they send some one to our room to clear up the clog. We also had issues with Wifi access and the issue was not followed up promptly as well.

The staff was really nice, they were willing to help fixing problems.
They provided FREE Tuktuk service to the BTS station, this was really useful especially when we were carrying heavy things after a crazy shopping.
There were some small shopping centres nearby so amenities were super good.
The room was superrrrrrrrr large and we felt like home.
Bed and sofa were comfortable and there were 2 TV in the room.
Just one thing, it was very hard to adjust the hot water as the temperature of the water kept changing and it’s very hard to take a shower.

The property itself was great. Really appreciated having the tub and the shower in the bathroom as well as the separated sleeping area. Just like an apartment! The location was not bad though it's a bit tough returning to it at night from the BTS station when it's 30C outside. Getting out from the hotel to BTS isn't a problem as there's a tuk-tuk service included with our stay. The staff tend to push sales of shows, taxi rides etc. But that was expected.

Free Tuk Tuk ride to the BTS, and only 6 mins walk back to the hotel which was a relief after a long day of walking. They even went the extra mile to upgrade us because we wanted a non smoking room and the room we had booked were only left with smoking rooms. The only thing is that there isn’t much around the hotel, so if you need a late night snack, you’ll have to go further out or take the BTS to another’s stop with more selections.

Great place to stay while in Bangkok

This location was great, we had to pay a 1000 baht deposit but it was return after check out, minus any items that was used in the room. I suggest using Thai Baht if you don’t want your credit card to be charged for the deposit. The room was equipped with a washer/dryer combo which was needed since it was always over 90 degrees and we sweated everyday and needed to wash. The dryer option is not has powerful like real dryers so you may have to run the cycle a few times. The hotel location is a 8 min walk to the Phloen Chit BTS station. The breakfast was very good. They offer traditional American breakfast (bacon, scramble eggs, omelet) and also Thai breakfast. The pool and restaurant is located on the 2nd fl. You will need your room card to active the elevator in the lobby. The staff was very friendly and provided different places to go and see while in Bangkok. There is a local 7 eleven store about 15 min walk if you need snacks and drinks ( include alcohol liquor). The are several malls along Phloen Chit rd (Central World, Central Embassy, etc)

Upon arrival, certain electrical fittings were not working. Upon turning them on and off, total black out. Engineering came to fix the problem , worked awhile and then it tripped again within that hour. We were then 'upgraded' to a Premier Suite, only to be disappointed that the 'upgraded' room was much smaller than our initial room. Not wanting to kick a fuss, we stayed. And another electrical trip happened in this room. Engineering came and finally problem solved.
Rooms are not clean, Housekeeping does not vacuum the rooms as hair and rubbish are still seen on the floors.
Service by the staff is however fantastic. The Bodega restaurant serve good a'la carte but the buffet breakfast is just mediocre. If you value peace and quiet, refrain from the 2nd floor rooms next to the pool and restaurant.

Receptionist wasn’t too helpful and wasn’t too friendly. There was one morning, I accidentally left my room without bringing my key card, so I went down to the reception and asked for another keycard and the girl reply was ‘I got no friend in the room?’ So I was thinking ‘if I have one will I still come down and ask from you?’ And replied her saying ‘no i dont’. Then only she asked for my room number and handed me a key card and said ‘later u come down u must return this key card!’ In a very fury way. Well, I wouldn’t want to bring the keycArd home cos there no reason for me doing that and I’ll return the key card either later or when I check out for sure, I wonder what was her problem for being so unprofessional when it was just the beginning of a brand new day.

No room @ arrival?! SORRY.

We booked a half year ago a TWIN bed room, but when we arrived they have NO twin bed room! SORRY...Hey I don't need a sorry a need a twin bed room. They just go on with other work and leave you sit there. Finally, an other guest saw me and my 80 years old mother with this problem and changed his twin room with ours.

Then one night water was coming out the ceiling. We had informed the helpdesk to check, but no action was taken. The night after it was a waterfall at 2am and was the whole night busy. We had requested another room, even there are several roomS available. Yep, SORRY! Even if there were no poop, it's still smells a little weird... Jeff a desk manager promised to compensate, then the next day he had holiday off for 2 weeks. Helpdesk: Sorry!

Last day we ordered Thai massage. It went so chaotic that I had to go to the helpdesk many many times...This hotel really understand how to ruin your holiday. The only thing they have to say is: Sorry and leave you alone!!!

Oh, the WIFI is unstable for half of the time and can't really be used in the toilet of bedroom. Sorry!

We called the hotel before our stay to request a change of dates as our flight got canceled. After calling multiple times saying that their manager was busy and would call us back asap which they did not. We had to call them and finally got to talk to their manager and agreed after talking for about 45 minutes. On arriving at the front desk, they said that no such change was made and no such worker by the name they gave us worked there. After saying they would get back to us multiple times because their manager was \"busy\" causing us to wait at the lobby for an hour for three days. On the third day, we found the manager eating lunch in the restaurant after claiming he had a meeting. We wasted another two hours of our time talking to the managers where they were extremely rude talking in thai to each other (clearly about us) and the only solution they offered us was to PAY MORE?? for another night. No refund, no upgrade, no free breakfast or anything, our only option was to pay for another night at their \"special price\" which was a lot more expensive, double of what we had paid, telling us that was their cheapest rate! On top of all that, the room was very filthy and dusty. The staff were extremely rude, laughing and talking in thai blatantly in front of us as we could not understand thai. Housekeeping came in despite us turning on the do not disturb sign and threw away our slippers although we were still staying there. Overall, a total nightmare and will not stay here again.

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay with the warm and welcoming service by the staff. As we have 5 so we stayed in the suite room which size is just nice for everyone to open their luggage. Although we checked in late during midnight, the checkin staff at the counter was still smiley and welcoming. However, their house keeping forgot to include our extra bed that we paid which they rectify the very next day. All beds are comfy except the make shift bed which comes in a thin mattress with wooden plank below which is not worth the money to request. There are traces to show that hotel have been operating some time, such as the musty smell from one of the toilet but overall hotel and rooms were still well kept and maintained. A cosy hotel with nice breakfast. The hotel is also considerate to provide free tuktuk service to the nearest sky train station ploenchit which is walkable distance from the hotel of about 10mins. All in all, we are very satisfied with the stay and service. Without the hiccups, it would have been perfect for the price.

I have always stayed at Arcadia almost every month. I go to Bangkok quite often. Sometimes for business and other times on holiday. I like the service, room and the quietness. I always felt at home when I am in Arcadia. The staff are awesome. They always their best to make your stay a comfortable one. They also are very helpful and efficient.

Quiet hotel with wonderful amenities & staff

Great apart-hotel to stay. Very clean and roomy. The bath spa is wonderful. Very comfortable bed and best pillows. The staff are very helpful and courteous. Overall a pleasant stay.

Suite is nice and decent to accomadate for a group

Free tuktuk to BTS, pretty nice and convenient. But the toilet's heater was bad. Difficult to adjust & doesn't seems to have a in between temperature. Otherwise all was good.

A gem in the hustle and bustle.

A nice quiet hotel tucked away from the hustle and bustle in Bangkok. Nice cosy hotel, 2 mins away (by the hotel tuk tuk ) to luxury mall, Central Embassy.

Excellent stay

First time staying at this hotel. From the map, it looks like a long walk from hotel to main road. However, it took me abt 5mins to walk from BTS to hotel. They also provide free Tuk Tuk services. Breakfast was simple but good for small eater like myself. Very friendly staff and welcoming. Room is spacious and have washing machine. They have a electric stove but with no utensils other than plate and bowl. Hence no cooking eventually.
The hotel is located along a quiet street hence no distraction from the busy streets. Have good peaceful rest at night during my stay.

Checked into a floor with no air conditioning, asked maintenance to have a look and returning to the same situation...front desk informed there’s a problem with the whole floor. Arranged a new room to move right away, very quick response:)

This was my 2nd time staying at the apartment , is Spacious , clean , and near town easy to get BTs only few stop here n there. Only the breakfast can improve abit .. but overall excellent.

Overall, it's great.

The hotel room is clean, big and well-functioned. The location is a bit inconvenient. Though they provide free tuk-tuk to and from BTS, sometimes need to wait for more than 10 minutes. The hotel concierge is zealous to help arranging our transportation, but his taxi price is higher than average. It makes me feel a bit awkward. It's better to call taxi by ourselves through Grab or Uber. Overall, it's great.
