This property is convenient to Pratunam district in Bangkok. Paid parking was a surprise and not mentioned when booking.

Don’t stay in this place

The two rooms we had were smelly, specially the bathrooms. They tried to mask this with room fresheners but it only made worse our allergy.

Quiet hotel

Hotel is located on a very quiet street, especially at night. The only lift is small, slow as compared to many and it broke down multiple times during my 17 days stay there. My room was on the 4th floor!! Front desk receptionist Ms Sulaiporn is very courteous and helpful.

Breakfast should be incorporated into the hotel stay. Very inconvenient without breakfast as location got no eating point for tourist.

Hotel is okey

Over all hotel is okey . Air condition need to change and old and make too much noise. Lift is too small and slow . But hotel location is very good with shopping malls near by . Don’t miss neon night market with lots of cheap seafood for dinner .

Tucked behind a busy street

The hotel was located in a pretty good location, walkable distance to Platinum Mall.
The room was spacious and big, but the wifi in the room wasn't too strong and kept dropping.

Book without Breakfast

Breakfast is below average. Food is not replenish when there are more guests arrived around 9.30am. Service at front desk are friendly. No amenities in bathroom except soap n shampoo. Location is good.

Only Good Location

Staff are friendly. Room condition is quite worn out (no central switch, bedside lamp not working). Location is very near Neon Night Market but during the day, you need to walk to Platinum Mall to find food. They got the worst breakfast (did not replenished food when is finished even though it was only 9.30am). Staff at restaurant couldn't speak English at all.

Walkable distance from hotel to several markets. Staff was helpful all the time. They will guide you and let you know what are the best deals around. Very good experience.

- Decent room with the rate we paid. Not really spent much time in the room as we went out in the morning & came back at night
- The only downside was the air conditioner was noisy

Convenient location

Always been going back to this hotel to stay every time I visit Bangkok due to the location that is walkable to Platinum/palladium/central world/siam paragon. Furthermore, the room are clean and the beds are comfortable too :)

Simple,Clean and no frills

Overall stays is average. Not worth to pay the price for boutique hotel, no facilities, no safe box, no bedroom slippers. Complimentary coffee/tea and 2 Bottles of water.i request for 1 king bed for solo guest but given to single beds instead. Room is clean and have musty smells, facing car park, both lamp is spoilt. Exclude breakfast. you need to pay 150 baht for a simple buffet breakfast and not much of variety.
Nothing much to see or do around the hotels. Many massage parlours,street foods on carts for locals & nearby 7-eleven. Not even nearby Pratunam, Platinum mall as stated in website. Walking distance 500m it's look near but yet too far to walk out under hot weather and lots of traffic on roads. Best to go by Grabcar or Tuk tuk @100 baht. Nearest Bts Chidlom is about 1km away.

Overall will recommend!

For a boutique hotel, it is consider pretty good! Very close to Neon Market and walking distance to Platinum Mall (about 8mins) walk. The hotel is facing a small room, so u can expect peace n quiet away from the noisy traffic.
Depending on which room you stay (i stayed the furthermost room from the lift lobby), the wifi signal can be very bad. I gave up and decide just to use my own data in the end.
When i booked this hotel, i saw through expedia website that show it comes with breakfast. When i printed out my booking confirmation, it didn't state that. So i called Expedia to verify and i was told that breakfast IS included and told me not to worry.
Well, when i wanted to go for my breakfast during the stay, the hotel staff told me my booking does not come with breakfast! I think Expedia, you does owe me an explanation on this issue.

Affordable accommodation

This hotel is near the NEON night market which is accessible to shopping and eating of local thai food by walking less than 5 minutes. The staff offers wonderful help and recommendation for shopping and food. I stay at this hotel each time I visit Bangkok. The room size is big which my family loves too!

Wasnt impressed with hotel, first room window wouldnt lock with a ladder leading up to window. 2nd room, hallway lights didnt work, had trouble with lights in room. It was clean and spacious. Hotel was located in bad area of Bangkok

My second stay at this hotel. It was recommended to me by a friend. Great location, reasonable price, great staff. This time I took the MRT from the airport to the local station (City Line). This works even if Bangkok is blocked by protesters as they are not allowed to close down the MRT. The hotel can pick you up and drop you off at the airport at an extremely reasonable price.

It's a new hotel, so everything

It's a new hotel, so everything is bright and clean. The location is fantastic. It's a 5 minute walk to two main shopping areas, Platinum Fashion Mall and the Pratunam Market area, an 8-10 minute walk to the nearest BTS station and to the more upmarket shopping areas such as Central World, Siam Paragon etc.
The breakfast buffet is nothing to shout about. The food isn't that bad tasting; it's just that the variety is a little lacking.
There's a little, non-sleazy massage place just down the street so it's convenient to get a massage after a long day of shopping. There's also a 24 hour convenience store down the street too.
I've been to Bangkok quite a few times and tried out a good number of hotels. If you have money to burn, there are much more posh hotels to choose from in Bangkok but if you just need a simple, nice and clean place to come back to after a day of shopping or sightseeing, this is your hotel.

Convenient Location, Clean room, helpful staff

I booked this hotel for my 2 nights family trip in Bangkok city. The location is very convenient. 10~15mins walking distance to Platinum mall and pratunam area. There is few food hawker stall outside the hotel and it is very super easy. A massage shop next to the hotel. 7-11 just nearby the hotel.

Overall, the hotel location is convenient, staff are friendly and helpful, WiFi connected TV which is good for kids, the room is clean and very peaceful as it is away from pub and main road traffic.

OK for the price

WiFi had initially very bad quality. After talking to the fiendly staff, they provided a dedicated Access Point to for my room.
The only bad Thing about the room is that the fridgy is powerless as soon as you leave the room.

房間大下次會再考慮

房間很大、規劃也不錯、桌子、抽屜、櫃子...不論是行李或是買的東西都可以好好整理跟安置，這一點很加分。整潔度也不錯，但浴室的隔音似乎不是很好，聽得到隔壁洗澡的水管流水聲，但還可接受。早餐菜色普普。整體是不錯，唯一覺得點不便的是位置，雖離水門市場很近，逛街吃東西算方便，但離捷運站有點距離，第一天要拉行李過去有點辛苦，附近感覺因為是非商業區覺得較暗，雖然過兩天是習慣了，但對於單獨行動的女生來說，剛開始有點怕怕的，但感覺是安全的地方啦。

一泊の宿泊ですたが、普通に満足でした。立地的には便利なとこですが、周辺は薄暗く人通りの無いとこです。空港からのタクシーも着くのに苦労しました。リーズナブルでバンコクになれた人には良いかも？

不错的酒店

酒店距离轻轨虽然有一定的距离，但在那附近找到这样价位的酒店已经很难得了。
开始酒店出租车司机不是很好找，但是住下习惯之后，出门走到大路上右拐直行不到十分钟到马路对面，从高架桥那左拐道路上直行五分钟就到四面佛和诸多大卖场，相对来说还是很方便。沿途小吃店很多，晚上非常热闹。
轻轨到酒店突突车也就五分钟，不过注意砍价，也小心突突车不找零钱。
酒店大厅不大，电梯也小小的，房间也不大，但是用具一应俱全，而且房间布置很是细心，同样也干净，无线网络和空调很给力。
隔音来说就卫生间隔音不是很好，其余来说就非常不错。
老板是女的，泰国人，但是学习中文很多年，还带了十多年的新加坡团队，所以中文非常好。
人也不错，去的那天晚上在大厅跟老板娘聊天，恰逢她生日，就跟她一起去一处慈善机构，那是专门超度安葬无家可归人的寺庙。这点非常不错，我也随缘做了些功德，同时感谢老板娘告诉我在泰国怎样拜佛。
出酒店右拐到路口再左拐，街道都是小店铺，马杀鸡很多，还有小市场，没事转转很好玩。
原本定的是单人大床房，但当天早上六点多到时还没有单人间，给的是双标间，不过我说我离开是下午六点飞机，希望能在两点退房，酒店人员很是热心答应，这点要谢谢他们的理解与同意。
不过没有早餐，也没有游泳池等娱乐设施，就希望再住的时候价位可以更优惠些，呵呵！
