Right in the heart of the shopping area, markets and street food. Sky train a short walk away. Lovely staff especially reception staff who printed our tickets for our onward journey.
Would highly recommend and would stay there again.

When we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted by a super friendly receptionist which led us to our room and made sure we were good with everything before she left. stayed here for 3 nights, hotel location is near to the night markets, shopping malls eg. platinum, big C and central world. There are many convenience stores nearby as well. The room was well lighted, clean and comfortable. Would recommend this place to friends to stay at when they’re in bangkok and would personally come back here to stay as well. special thanks to Ms Areeya for going the extra mile to prepare a cake for us as it was one of our birthday.

Not the Best Looking but Big and Spacious would st

The Hotel and the Rooms could do with some Refurbishment but GREAT Vakue for Money close to the Main hub and the room had 2 Bedrooms with 2 Bathrooms and 2 TV's and a Longeroom inbetween the 2 Bedrooms and very Spacious we werer very Happy and we Plan to stay again

Worst ever stay in such hotel!

The hotel was way too old, and poorly maintained, lift was too small. Room was dirty, and too dark. Lighting was not sufficient.

DONT stay in this hotel

You can stay in this hotel IF you are OK with:
1. cockroaches running in the room
2. the terrible and ill manner receptionist
3. garbage smell in the room ( the hotel is beside the garbage place)
4. dirty bed (itchy during the sleep)
5. no hair dryer during your stay (the receptionist said they have only ONE hair dryer for the whole hotel)

I was looking for a budget room, and this one was great! It had a private bathroom. It was safe and comfortable! I did not stay long, but I did not have any issues while there.

Good hotel with very bad receptionist in the morni

It was horrible . The moment you enter in the morning one ugly down syndrome creature treats you like dog. Least bother for the customer. As if she is the only commander for all the customer.
But day time receptionist was nice and very professional.
Overall Pl avoid this hotel if customer from outside Thailand.
Worst experience with ugly receptionist who sits in the morning hour

worst hotet experience that i ever have!

20min walk to pratnum mall. We are being greeted with the hotel staffs who do not wear a smile on their faces. travel with family and children. being located family room on 2nd level where the hotel lift does not serve 2nd level. Have requested for hot water from the staff. the staff does not seem willing to provide. hence we have to self service. We have requested for airport shuttle which costs more than doubt (800baht) but the arrangement was delayed for more than 35min. when we prompted her what is the estimated arrival time. she asked to give her more 5min. eventually, she refunded and we have to look for own transport. because of that, we only managed to board on our plane to another country at the very last minute. Been to BKK for so many times, worst hotel.experience that i ever have!

Basic room with great location

Basic room. Close to the Airport link and walking distance to the shopping malls. Not too far from BTS. Staff was very pleasant and provided plenty of toilet paper and bottled water. Have stayed there in the past. By no means is it luxury, but does the job was a place to sleep.

Functional for the price

Very close to the skytrain from the airport, nice after many hours of travel. Hotel reception is there 24 hrs a day. Seedy part of town, wouldn't recommend for a single female traveler but we were fine as a couple.
Room was small, no window, and with no shower curtain the whole room got soaked every time you took a shower.
From the hotel you can walk to the long tail canal boat to take you to the major sites. Next time is prefer to stay in This area of town. There are two HUGE malls nearby with good food courts.

It was bad. The hotel is next to a rubbish collection point. The staffs are very rude. Asked for extra money when we requested for extra towels. Smelly and small rooms. Peeling paint and dirty toilets. Located at the end of a 500m street. It's the worse hotel I have ever stayed.

Location is good coz Baiyoke shopping area is just behind the hotel.
Family room was spacious, but aircon was leaking. Toilet smell musty of garbage from drainage piping.

Overall bad experince for our stay.

Unfriendly & ruth receptionist encountered during our check-in on 15th Jan '16. We were assigned with a deluxe room on 5th floor and to be told that the lift elevator was down for maintenance work for two weeks period since 11th Jan. We were asked to use the staircase instead with the help of housekeeper managing our luggages to our room. No prior notice given to caution on this shortfall during our on line booking on 13th Jan. No other complimentary refreshment served in the room besides two bottle drinking waters. No hair dryer was avialable in the room and even upon requested. Wifi access is only limited to reception lobby area. Hotel was located at the end of the dead end street just next to a domestic waste collection yard and difficult to be found even by the local taxi driven. The taxi driver have to take a big round twice, call the reception and asked local peoplesthen only managed to find the hotel. The alley is a bit dark and deserted during the night with drinkers sat along the road side enjoying their beverages. Not suitable for those family & lady travellers. Good points are hotel location is strategic for food & shopping, reasonable room rate, room is quite spacious & clean, housekeeping staff are friendly.

Lovely staff and convenient shuttle to airport!

Staff were really friendly. The room perfectly clean. The let down the neighbourhood, difficult to get there, however, the amazing surprise was to find out the free of charge transfer to the airpot every hour was the best surprise (and not having to deal with taxi driver from Bangkok).

Hotel is good to stay in less price. Located very close to indra market and pratunam market. Bed was not comfortable as compared to other hotels. Indian restaurants are close by which was good. Most importantly the airport rail link that will drop you directly to Suvarnabhumi airport.

The renovation is simple but quite clean. The first day, When i checked in the room, could sense strong smoking smell. There no free wi-fi, no kettle hair dryer just basic amenity.
Each time, i need to go to make hot drink, need to go to the lobby to get hot water. The vacuum flask is kind of not fully filled. Location is Very convenience. With the price pay, should not complaint too much.

Hotel close to pratunam market

Hotel is located quite centre in the city. It is just next to the pratunam market and Baiyoke hotel. It is so convenient to go shopping at market every day and night. However, you can experience the unpleasant smell from garage everyday if you stay at lower floor of the hotel. There is no drinking water supply in the hotel(only hot water). Overall, you will get what you pay. It is still a good choice to stay here because the hotel really located at strategic place!

Not Renting Again

Room is ok, but stinky smell both from inside the room as well as from the outside environment. The bathroom has no bath-tub so after you take showers the floor is wet everywhere, there are no shelves anywhere in the bathroom to put your stuff, there is no window screen and glass, wood planks were use as blinds to block the outside people from seeing you inside. Windows in the room were unable to lock.

Clean room, comfortable bed, 2 free bottles of water and small piece of soap. Room was cleaned and bed linen was changed every day. There wasn`t Refrigerator in the room.
Close to Ratchaprarop Airport Rail Link station, Pratunam market and etc. WiFi was only at the hotel lobby, not in the room.
But keep in mind that there are not windows in standard rooms and superior rooms window overlook to the garbage dump therefore there was disgusting smell of garbage not only in the room but also on the whole floor.

The worst hotel l've ever stayed at in my life

Air con worked only on full power freezing cold during the night
Asked for early morning call which did not happen
Worst breakfast l have ever been served. Dinning area filfy surrounded by old rubbish
Staff spent most of the time shreeking at each other and at me when l complained
Lift broke down - l was on the 6th floor. Awoken by deafening building construction noise at 5am.

You get what you pay for!

I booked a family suite.

Pros:
- Room was fairly clean. Bed and bathroom is fine too.
- Amazingly close to almost all malls that I wanted to shop. Very close to Airport link as well!! BIG advantage.

Cons:
- Dump yard behind the hotel which is why rooms stink. But when AC is on high speed, it can be tolerated.
- Hotel staff are RUDE and not accommodating.

Excellent location, Value for Money

The approach road to the Hotel is not good - nothing hotel can do about the neighbours drinking along the street. Location however is excellent. It is only 3 mins walk from Airport Line. You can go to Siam Centre in about 25-30 mins walk. There is a canal boat ride that can bring you to the monument that is near Khao San area. Canal boat pier is about 10 mins walk away. The Baiyoke night market is just 2 mins away (cut through Baiyoke Hotel carpark).

Another Dive hotel in Bangkok

One word would describe my stay ay this flea-pot- VILE
Horrible reception staff...not even a mini fridge in the room. rubbish dump in backyard hence plenty of rats for company. I would adviuse anyone to sl;eep out on the street before staying at this dump.

We had booked this hotel for one night as this was shown as the featured listing in Expedia. The only plus about this hotel is the location. Everything else is a huge letdown. Do not book this hotel. Spend couple of hundred Bahts more and book a better hotel in the same area.

Hotel quite near platinum fashion mall, which is convenient for shopping and there are many convenience store nearby so it's easy for us to get snack when we got hungry at night. As well as massage nearby, which is good because we don't have to travel so far after a good massage.

この内容でこの値段か。。。

共用部はリノベーションして間も無い感じできれいでした。スタッフの対応も良かったです。
歯ブラシやティッシュなどのアメニティーはありません。
シャンプーとシャワージェルのみです。
シャワーカーテンや仕切りがないためシャワーを浴びるとトイレなど洗面室全体がびしょ濡れとなります。
５Fに滞在しましたがWi-Fiのシグナルはあるのですが繫がりませんでした。1Fに来ると快適に繫がります。
この内容でこの値段なのかという感じで少し不満に思います。

住二晚就差不多

房間不大，押金1000，退房要記得拿，飯店不會提醒。因為離地鐵還要搭一站機場線，所以會有被困住的感覺。附近可逛水門市場，Central World，BigC，雖然附近蠻熱鬧，但都是賣一些假貨，這次住三晚，第三天就不知道要幹嘛了，總之下次不會再入住，交通是一個大問題。
