Got to our room Everything was in tip top shape and had Everything we needed! Room service went abouve and beyond! My daughter brought 5 stuffed animals and ee came back and they had set them up neatly on the bed when they didnt have to! But it made my daughter's day! Breakfast was great and had something for all 3 of us ! Which alone is a task with a child who is picky and has sensory issues! Thanks for making her 1st hotel stay memorable amd stress free for us! Nice stay at Best Western White House Inn. The room was spotless and super comfortable. The massage chair was a great surprise. This chair along with the hot tub were the perfect way to relax and rejuvenate the body after shredding so much gnar at the nearby Hermon Mountain ski area. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The White House inn exceeded my expectations. It is located in a rough, truck stop area. BUT, the lobby, rooms, restaurant and amenities were all very good. Excellent breakfast was included. The pool and spa were good, maybe not the best location for the pool. It's in the middle of the parking lot. However, we enjoyed it overall.

This is a very unique hotel that is heavy on the presidential theme. Our rooms were on the top floor so the ceilings were slanted!!! My family loved the spa and the staff was very friendly. The hotel has its own characteristics with decor and style. It’s a great place for family stay. When we were there, they have Easter eggs for kids to find for reward. The staff is very friendly. The guy that checked us in smelled bad.. but the lady that worked 3 to 11 on the weekend was very nice and helped with the tv that didnt want to work. We were traveling with a dog. On the expedia site I LOOKED specifically to point this out while making my reservation. There was NO where to do so. Expedia stated it was a dog-friendly hotel so I went ahead and book our room. When we checked in, we were told we had to book a dog-friendly room. We were only LUCKY they had a dog-room available that we could switch to -- otherwise we wouldn't have been able to stay. I found that REALLY ANNOYING -- I will not use expedia again, I will use my usual BringFido instead.

No hot water! Couldn’t use the jetted tub because you only got 5 minutes of hot water! Found 4 beer pong balls randomly in the room. The door to the stairwell is right next to your room so you get to listen to that slam all hours of the night. Oh and there’s a truck stop right next door, so those are pleasant to listen to at 2am!
