Its basic, very basic. If you just need a place to stay while you visit the night market in this area its ok. Seems tailored to service the shop owners who come to this night market to buy stock to resell. It's not really the sort of place to take the family or wife for a weekend away in Bangkok.

Rooms are dirty. The white towers are browndish, not white. Water boiler inside is rusted. Equipments like air-conditioner remote is half-falling off. Bed head-board has pile of dust. Condiments like coffee are not refilled or partial refill for some days. One of the rooms assigned to me has dimmed light and hardly able to see anything clearly. It was very hot and air-conditioner could not cool it down. Luckily, got moved to a different room after several requests and demands. I was told the hot room had hidden cameras which can be viewed from the reception. That wasn't nice. Not sure any other rooms have similar hidden cameras. Felt unsafe.

Hotel refused to offer a refund despite Covid-19 situation. They offered an amendment of date until Dec2021 (but must decide and book by Oct2020) when nobody knows when the pandemic will end. Hotel shows no empathy and sympathy for its valuable customers and only focused on revenue and profits.

The worst hotel I ever stayed in Bangkok and I fully recommend to others not to stay in this hotel. Bad management of the hotel. On reaching the hotel at 7.00pm, we had been told the hotel had no room available, force to move to other hotel which location was terrible, had to walk along quiet and dark path, we felt unsafe. On insist and requested, the hotel staff agreed to give a family room in De Lavendar Bangkok Hotel for 4 of us, the following day the hotel staff only fulfill our request to provide the 2 standard room that we had booking. Three night staying had to move 3 times. It's awful. I will never... never booking this hotel again.

Staff was rude when we ask for another toilet roll, open our room door without us around and when we come back and saw room door open, air-con in the room was leaking during our second day stay, ants around near table, bottom of the door edge was not close properly, it was noisy in the night as the next door guest come back with noise and morning staff was banging wall near the stair

De Laverder is inn an excellent location close to train airport and a myriad of shopping, street and malls.
The hotel is inexpensive Binny has no in room facilities except, A/C. The standard room has no window so look out for this feature when booking.
Staff were very friendly and helphelpful.
Metre taxis are cheapest, tuk- tuk are a tourist treat bit expensive, pays to haggle hard.

No sighs nobody knew where the motel was taxi drivers etc .very poor location .it was in a alley. Smells was bad very very small room .bathroom was terrible if a person would need a shower would had to stand over the toilet .im not joking!!!.will not recomment this motel to nobody.i have been travelling a lot this is the worse i have seen i would not advertise this motel on my SITE

Very accessible to Pratunam Night Market and Platinum Mall. Friendly and helpful staff. Strong wifi. Room is clean but restroom is too small. Lots of stores & restaurants nearby.

Bedsheet was dirty, found chocolate stain on it, fridge has half empty bottles left by previous stayers, toilet is super small even in a family room, bath n toilet not separate thus floor is always wet. toiletries comes in tiny bottles that r not enough for even one day use. Lobby is nice to look at only, massage at lobby for 24hrs is a bonus.

Room is new, location is near pratunam market but located way inside the alley, cost of the hotel stay is affordable. However, 1 of the staff throughout our stay is not friendly & helpful. Upon reaching the hotel, informed us that check in time is at 2pm (Which is understandable) but when we asked where should we placed our luggage, the staff is not helpful & just pointed beside the lift lobby. The room was very noisy & hollow. We can even hear noises in the middle of the night from the neighbouring rooms. Construction drilling was done in the early morning. We even requested for a hand towel via phone call however the staff came up with a big towel & claiming they had already run out of the small towel. Even though the rooms rate are affordable but I will definitely not go back to the hotel to stay even it is free of charge. Do note is the same staff which we had encountered. Hotel you should review on your staff professionalism & the service if not you will lose out customers.

The hotel is new, is a very strategic place. Once u step out from the hotel js pratunam market. Can say so is very happening most of the time. Is in a alley, so when I search for the location if I'm taking grab. I will search for Casa pratunam which is the hotel in front of De Lavender. We reached the hotel almost 5pm. We were so hungry, and we expected a smooth check in, yet they asked us to stay seperately, as we have 2 couples here. I told them is a big no no. As they told us the room is under maintenance, there's electrical issue. Fine, I gave them some time to settle, after dinner I came back. So everything settled. Coincidently, there's another group of people checking in. And they told them to seperate too. The photos are same, but is so much smaller from the picture. There's no rack to put the toiletries in the toilet. Only gave one small bottle of shampoo and shower gel. No mirror in the room except the bathroom. We need to walk out to the corridor to have a full length mirror. There's no emergency fire exit. Our rooms have no windows. I asked for the shower gel, they did say will send to my room. I asked them during the night. Too bad I didn't receive anything. I only get the shower gel after I asked the boy from reception again. U have no place to move around and if your luggage is big, I would suggest u to stay another hotel. The lift is freaking slow, I choose to take the stairs when I fedup waiting for the lift. There's massage at the lobby.

The hotel was located in the back street of the market street, and it was so hard to find. We booked three rooms, and one of it had three cockroaches appearing on the same day. The another one always had dripping sound; it was disturbing. We referred to the picture of the room that it had windows, but then there was no windows. We complaint to them, but they said it was because we did not put any special request on windows. The service was bad. There was even a scam on the price of the mineral water in the fridge (it was written 18 Baht, but it turned out to be 25 Baht per bottle) The room was quite small; there was only a small table for putting miscellaneous items. But the location was very near Pratunam Market, a good shopping place.

The hotel is located in center of Pratunam market, just 1 minutes walk and I don't need to go further because anything I need to buy is just within the hotel’s vicinity at very cheap price! The hotel itself is also cheap in price have a clean area, clean room with good airconditioner and very comfortable bed! And the staffs are all friendly and helpful.I suggest this is the Perfect choice for travelers who likes comfort and love to shop! Surely my choice of hotel even on my next visit to Bangkok!

We stay for only 1 night, the hotel located in small alley but a few step on the main road, location is nice near by night market,street food and shopping malls,check in and out is very fast, the room is clean and tidy,specially the staff are very helpful and great you everyday. We enjoy stay in de lavender hotel the location is awesome near in everywhere shopping centre wholesale and retail,restaurant,street food,train station ,airport link, bus stop as well. Price is affordable to any back packer traveler,room are clean and very helpful staff. I highly recommend and comeback soon.

Good service!price is reasonable.

Hotel staffs are accomodating are helpfull. Room is clean, the airconditioning works very well. 24 hours on-call receptionist so you can be sure of any help that you need, anytime. The hotel also provide taxi service and tour to make sure that you can go to good places without any hassle. The massage spa is also just inside the hotel so you can choose to have it inside your room for your convenience. This hotel truely knows what their guests needs. I am very impressed!

Strategic location and budget hotel

Strategic location hotel with great service and so many food around!!!

客房很整潔，毛巾都很乾淨，也很香，但是客房隔音度稍差，怕吵的要注意；整體服務很好，預約機場送機價位公開透明，算便宜，司機服務也很好。另外房內WIFI訊號也不太好。樓下就有按摩，很方便。但飯店地處水門市場巷弄內，進出稍不方便。
