This hotel deserves more than 5 stars. The staff are amazingly intuitive to the customer's' needs. All the free extras are very generous - Very!

As an English-speaker, there was no problem communicating as all the staff speak good English. And I appreciated the hotel reaching out to me to offer their free buggy service prior to my check-in. I'd like to thank the buggy drivers for their friendly and patient service.

A special shout-out to Mild and Nam who provided a really professional Thai traditional costume photoshoot. They made me feel special and really knew what they were doing. Book early; their service is very popular!

My Thai friends who stayed at Vince with us said they'd return to Vince whenever they need to visit BKK. And so would I!

They provided a lot of little extras for free. Upgrade to kingsize bed, complimentary bottled water replenished each day and free ice blocks in the afternoon to cool you down. Room spotless and service outstanding. Very welcoming staff. Free drop off and pick up tuk tuk service offered by hotel within limited area but at key transport points e.g Bangkok skytrain. Very close to major shopping areas. Would come back and stay here in Bangkok again.

We had an excellent stay at the hotel. The condition and comfort of the rooms were top-notch, making for a very relaxing experience. The location was perfect, close to shopping malls and markets, which was very convenient. The shuttle service was a great bonus, making transportation easy. Breakfast offered a wide variety, including delicious Thai dishes.we didnt use the bar or the pool facilities. Friendly staff Overall, a fantastic stay—we will definitely choose this hotel again!

We really like the pool at the top floor thats getting ample sunlight and water not so cold like other hotels. Breakfast was great and served until 11am if you fancy a sleep in. Thai costume photoshoot was fun and required booking beforehand, like days ahead. Walkable distance to Pratunam market and Centralworld as well.

Our stay in Vince Hotel has been nothing but fantastic! Staff are very accommodating and the breakfast was lovely. They also clean the rooms really well and leave fresh towels without having to ask. Daily top up of water bottles was a welcome surprise as it saves us a trip to nearby shops to buy one before going out! (Hydration is essential in Thailand!) The buggy service was also well thought and caters to guests needs very well. And lastly, we almost missed our flight as we just passed out the night prior and forgot to pack!!! (Never again!) We just told the reception staff about the rush we have to do and with no questions out checking out was a breeze! We caught our flight! Sooooo, we will be staying here again on our next trip to Bangkok.

Great stay in the midst of Bangkok

Wasn’t aware about Songkram. It’s quite a bit to take in especially coming out of the cab to be seeing water-fights, blasting music and powder in peoples faces. I got rather anxious but I feel that this could’ve been in another part of the hotel than the front of the hotel. It can create a bit of surprise to new guest. Other than that. The hotel was in the heart of the city, a bit confusing for cabs to get to. I’m not sure why but once your uo in the hotel room, it’s peaceful, quiet and the rooftop also helps especially during the hot summer days.

I loved staying at the Vince Hotel! Staff is very kind and helpful, lots of free activities such as massages, free popcorn, water and juice in the lobby, photoshoot in traditional Thai outfits, and complimentary fried chicken! The room was spacious with cute decor. Breakfast was delicious and had lots of variety! Even some beautifully plated dishes too. Would recommend staying here!

We decided to book Vince Hotel after reading positive reviews and were happy with our choice. The buffet breakfast offered a diverse selection, with unique offerings each of the four days we dined. The hotel staff provided friendly and courteous service throughout our stay.

Pros:
- Buggy service to nearby areas.
- Breakfast buffet had a variety of choices and changed every day.
- The Thai costume service was excellent; Foy and Nam were very helpful and professional.

Cons:
We could hear people walking and talking next to our rooms, but other than that, we slept well.

Loved free shuttle that would scoot you around to local market and metro stations, very thoughtful and convenient. Included breakfast buffet had excellent variety of both Asian and western dishes. Front desk staff, bellboys and shuttle drivers in particular were very friendly and kind. Did not love smell of our room…there seemed to be a lingering smell of sewage when we returned back to our room after being out…not sure if it was the way the way the water system worked in the hotel but it was off-putting. The gym was very small and basic, would have liked a bit more space to do free weights, and having drinking water and wipes to clean down equipment should be a given in any hotel gym but were lacking in this one.

During my stay between 13 to 16 Oct 2023 in Vince Hotel everything is going smooth but on the second day it’s my mistake to rush out the hotel without knowing my safe box wasn’t locked with my 3 pieces 1000 baht and passports in it and realizing it when I got back hotel at evening. We remembered clearly as we set aside the money for our friend the following day. I approached your reception staff and got back nothing only acknowledgement. Saying they checked but cleaner did not took it. If the money was placed on the desk of course I am perfectly fine as cleaner may mistaken it as a ‘tip’ when entering my room for room tidiness but it was left inside the safe box!!

From the moment I arrive , I had so many troubles. Wifi can’t connect (Front desk also just tell me I don’t know which I had difficulties to find my direction) and hotel was SO Dirty! Staffs aren’t helpful at all(they are either eating behind the door or playing phone) whenever I went up to use hotel , drunk Chinese mens are always using. There is cockroaches at FO. Kettle was rusty. Phone doesn’t connect(in the end fixed) bathrobe has holes. Bedsheet had yells stain UPON check in. FO seems they don’t know how to solve whenever I told issues. Breakfast is really limited items(bread , noodle , rice , egg , sausage , salad and 2 fruits)
I can’t say enough how frustrated I was. I stayed several B&B and they are MUCH BETTR compared to this hotel. SERIOUSLY NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!!

Disappointed Stay!

It was an UTTER DISAPPOINTMENT.

1) Booked Superior but was given a different room that was not shown in the website. Was told on the day of check in that \"The room you booked is currently not available\". WHY PROCESS THE BOOKING WHEN IS IT NOT AVAILABLE? FELT CHEATED.

2) Asked when will our room be available and got an answer \"Even if there is city view, you can't view the whole city\".

3) Room was not as clean as I thought it would be. No luggage rack, you either make do of what you have or put it on the floor.

4) Room service was bad. Called three times with 10 to 15 minutes interval to get toilet papers/tissues.

5) Staff was frustrated to unclog our toilet.

6) Check out luggage was left aside when clearly, there was still space in the \"Luggage room\".

7) Remember to request bottles of water before checking out because they will not provide after.

8) After \"sales\" service is important to me, thus did not leave a good impression.

9) Not bad for the variety of breakfast options but the same everyday.

10) Request for non smoking room but smell smoke everyday.

11) Nice welcome drink with free pop corn.

12) Buggy service was quick.

Too disappointed to even snap a photo for memories.
Will DEFINITELY NOT VISIT this hotel again.

This posh little hotel was wonderful! Perfect size room that was clean and included full size hand wash, shower gel, and hand lotion and it smelled great. Big beautiful bathroom and small fridge. There's also an area to do your own laundry for a small fee. Breakfast was great if you keep an open mind. You're in Asia so enjoy local breakfast foods. I cannot wait to return! This hotel truly thought of everything. Location is ideal to get to Central World Mall and an 11 min walk to BTS skytrain. Customer service was exemplary as well. I felt well taken care of. I WILL BE BACK.

Totally speechless with the freebies they offer!!!

I am totally speechless at their awesome hotel service from counter to dining. I am particular about hand soap and this hotel provide liquid hand soap which I was exclaiming in joy! Breakfast is really the best one I have tasted so far. They cater to halal and vegan. Not many hotels does both. Some o my does either one. I feel Vince is very detailed and look into the small matter which matters a lot if it’s a daily routine. Oh! Shuttle comes free is already a plus point. What more I terating for me is that this hotel provides unlimited supply of popcorn 24/7 just right at the lobby floor. This hotel is nit big but it has a lot of small things being very thoughtful and let customer feel very comfortable and privileged even though this is not big branded 5 or 6 stars hotel. This hotel is not huge but has allllllllllllllllll the things you need. If you like shopping at pratunum morning market. You can consider lodging here. Their service will amazed you.

The hotel lifts and common areas have no air conditioning At night time the sewage trucks are at the front of the hotel which smells awful and lingers . Breakfast choice is poor as there is no variety if you stay there for more than one night only good if you want to go the market at pratunam definitely wouldn’t stay there again rooms very small squeezed three beds in room and charged extra

Room we stay (2714) was a family room for 4 pax, it was a bit small, the windows were parallel and just next to our bed head and the blackout curtain not well stick close to the wall ... therefore the morning sunlight will directly shine to your eyes early morning at about 7.00am. We went to morning market everyday as being call up by the sunshine :).
Overall all, the hotel is clean and nice with goods service. Will stay again. Thank you.

Was a bit concerned at first, because hotel is down a small side road. But once settled in everythink just fell into place. Staff lovely and couldnt do enough for you. The doorman outside, organizing taxis etc, was excellent. When asked he would tell you the appropriate fares to your destination, by either taxis or tuc tucs.
Lovely big clean room, excellent breakfast, especially considering we were the only British couple in hotel, as it was mainly asian or Far Eastern
