The location is excellent, a few minutes from Phaya Thai station and thus easy link to airport. The room was a good size and very clean and quiet. The breakfast was fine but basic, no choice of types of coffee just stewed tea or stewed coffee pot. The swimming pool isn't really \"indoor\", it's at ground level under the overhang of the main building, with just 4 loungers tucked at edges. Too shallow for a decent swim. Would say this is a good hotel for travel links for a night or too, not for any relaxing extended stay.

The staff was very professional, consistently demonstrating a high level of service throughout my stay.
From check-in to check-out, Nis which assisted us was friendly and eager to assist with any inquiries or needs.
Responsiveness: The staff responded quickly to any requests.We had issues with the water pressure for the shower and Chop attended to us immediately. When i requested for a later check out, he tried his best to help.
I had to use grab delivery to send my lugagge for repair and Patty assisted me without fail. When it was due to be sent back in evening, Chop who was on morning shift handed this info to Patty on the afternoon shift. They helped to store my luggage and when i enquired via email, Patty responded very promptly and assured me my luggage was back. She is very helpful and bubbly, indeed a jem to the hotel.
Room Cleanliness: The room was impeccably clean upon arrival. The bed linens were fresh, the bathroom was spotless, and all surfaces were thoroughly dusted.
Breakfast: Always new selection of food and the
hef is very accommodating. Boke, always welcome you with warmth and ensure the coffee is hot and topped up.
Bathroom Cleanliness: The bathroom was clean for a 6 yr old hotel with clean tiles, a well-scrubbed shower, and neatly arranged toiletries.
Housekeeping Service: The housekeeping staff did an excellent job of maintaining the room during my stay, promptly refreshing the towels, making the bed, and ensuring everything was in order.

Considering it's next to two major streets with dense traffic, it's amazingly quiet, with two lovely eateries with steps of the front door.

Room 4109 is a bigger room with 1 queen bed and 2 chairs. Has toiletries, fridge to keep your food and drinks cool, coffee and tea, water kettle, cups and spoons. Staff are good, can also store luggage at hotel. Hotel location walking distance to BTS train and Airlink to airport. Breakfast good.

Room 4109 was bigger size with 2 chairs. Room 5106 was smaller size with 1 chair but this room smells like sewer in the bathroom even with the ac and air vent on. Housekeeping didn’t really clean the room, they only tidy the room. There are some toiletries and free 2 bottles of water every day. You can use the refrigerator to keep things cool no charge. There’s hot water kettle and coffee and tea in the room with cups and spoons. Breakfast not too fancy but good. Has swimming pool outside. Staff helpful and you can store your luggage in the hotel if you need to. Walking distance to BTS train and Airlink to airport. Very easy to get around by train. Overall good to stay here.

Description is listed with a lift ( elevator). But one block has no lift and I was put on the 5th floor of this block. I think because I book with hotels.com The receptionist seemed to think this was ok and tried to tell me it’s only a few steps . It’s not just about taking luggage which they did not assist its every time you go out. No early check in given. Hotel not busy Breakfast was a typical Thai affair dating back from 80s. Never again. Location is good for train line to airport but that’s it. So weigh up which is more important for you. For price point there is far better hotels around this area. I would not stay here again at half its current price

The staff was amazing from the gentleman by the door who eushed to get the elevator as soon as he saw you coming to everyone else. The room was spacious, very clean, and the bed was AMAZING. Best bed in a hotel in Asia so far. Since the hotel is in a narrow street it is quiet, which is rare for Thailand(third hotel was the charm for me). The only downside is the area is not that great with not too many nice things to do for my taste. Another great thing, it is a 2 min walk away from the station that takes you directly to the airport. No messy line or system switching.

The heater is difficult to adjust either too hot or too cold. No hand soap. Housekeeping never clean the bathroom properly. The laundry service is terrible. Ordered express laundry to receive same day but till the next day afternooon it wasnt ready. The staff keeps shifting responsibility and kept on saying the laundry service is not provided by hotel but external source. Requested for late checkout and understand it’s subject to availability but the staff’s manner is disappointing.
Overall, it wasnt a pleasant stay.

I chose this hotel for its proximity to the airport train line at Phaya Thai. I was in Bangkok for less than 24 hours and had an early flight. The location was ideal and better than staying at the airport. The room was very clean and comfortable. It was nicely designed. I didn’t use the pool and left too early for breakfast, but I would stay again.

You can take Bts directly from airport to the hotel that costs 1.5 dollars. Most people do not know that the BTS also offers elevator and escalator on the hotel side but they are near the railroad across the Phaya Thai rd; ask them about it so that you don't have to carry your luggage upstairs. The only complaint is the internet, its not easily on in my laptop and I stayed in 4 different hotels during that trip and had no problem at the other 3 hotels.

The staff at this delightful hotel were the best, especially the receptionist who also worked in the restaurant. She was excellent - professional, efficient and kind. All the staff were great! The hotel is so, so convenient if you have a flight at Suvarnabhumi Airport. The terminal station on the airport link is a two minute walk and you can be at the airport in about 30 minutes for 45 baht (less than 2 dollars)! There are also tons of good restaurants nearby and Siam Paragon shopping Centre with its hundreds of stores is only two stops on the BTS. The hotel itself is on a quiet laneway, well-soundproofed rooms with a great view of Thailand's tallest building. The beds are so comfortable you won't want to get up in the morning! The rooms are really nice, stylish and clean. Breakfast and lunch are both cheap and delicious! Loved this hotel - great value, comfort and convenience with excellent staff. Highly recommended.

It was a pleasant stay. Very convenient and easily accessible by public transport (trains). Staff were friendly and helpful. Particular mention to one \"Din\" - a male staff who is very customer-oriented and went out of the way to show us around the swimming pool and fishing pond. He is a delight to interact with. Early check-out was facilitated well with packed breakfast which was substantial. Breakfast was also good and staff were accommodating.

Still my favourite hotel despite the pandemic

As ever the Anajak provides a good service to me, as it is adjacent to the airport rail link making my arrival in Bangkok so much easier. The breakfast provided was greatly reduced due to the pandemic with only a basic meal available which I found disappointing, it I suppose that things are different during these times, and we must accept them. Having said that the staff are as cheerful and helpful as they have always been and for this I am grateful.

Stayed here for a few days on my first trip to Thailand and Asia. The hotel was perfectly clean and very relaxing.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Pool is good too.

Location is very close to PhayaThai BTS sky train which is cheap and gets you around town.

Easiest way to get to Old town including grand palace is by taxi which is quite cheap using Grab app.

Yes, the hotel is located in an alley off a main Street, but it is very safe and being set back from the traffic is a good thing as there is no traffic noise.

I would stay there again and recommend for friends and family too.

Very friendly staff. Room was clean, and kept well during my stay.
Breakfast was sufficient like variety.
TV channels are limited, and was almost nothing to watch.
Pool was clean, but the water temperature was really in the cold side. Good to cool yourself , but hardly enjoyable for minutes. Still OK to have it.
The only one thing was really annoying. We are almost
in 2020 and the WiFi was nothing to rave about. The speed was just OK, but need to put several times a day the user name and the password. Just checked: two minutes of idling your hardware, and you need to login again. I was told, the IT technician said it suppose to work like that. I DO NOT think so.
Should be once login let say in a week. But staying there for some weeks and need to login that many times....
I would recommend the hotel to anyone, but also recommend to the management of the hotel to make the necessary changes for Internet access.

Bangkok hotels have gotten so expensive and so we were looking for a hotel that was nice but affordable. After all this is not Europe this is Thailand. When they first opened this hotel we stayed there for $45.00 a night with breakfast and that was in high season. We recommended this hotel to many of our friends and they did stay there also. After the hotel started to get a following they raised their rates and so now they are asking $80.00 and up during the high season. They have gotten greedy like the rest. This hotels original pricing was correct for what you get and the type of hotel. Now pricing is out of line. Bangkok hotels need to wake up! We won't be back!

Overall the room is clean, daily housekeeping but never replace toiletries even there’s no more left, we have to buy our own body shampoo and hair shampoo. Never replace in room slipper. Our room facial tissues were finish, they just put 1 stack of tissue above the tissue casing. Im “amazed” by how the house keeper work.
Pros: near to phaya thai BTS station just 2 minutes walk, and there’s a small 7-11 nearby
Cons: limited breakfast menu, the staff will do cleaning and sweep the floor even when you eating breakfast.

The staff is really friendly and helpful, when we arrived we got served cold tea and our luggage was taken care of. The rooms we reseved weren't available so we got upgraded to the superior. The room was magnificent with light control switch, slippers, bath robes and even an umbrella for raining days. The pool is gigantic with a kiddie pool for the little ones. The free buffet breakfast was really good and the restaurant itself had really good lunch specials. The hotel is close to the BTS and Airport link railway station and the Siam Paragon mall is 2 stations away. The only downside that I have the hotel is that the second building does not have an elevator so my 69 year old mother had to struggle to go to the forth floor, other than that the hotel was amazing.

Only one building has lift and the other don’t. Easy accessible from Phaya Thai station 👍 Convenient to a lot of shopping location and walking distance from let’s relax

Nice, clean, quiet hotel with helpful staff

Lovely stay, nice hotel in Phaya Thai, very convenient for airport and SkyTrain links, but down a quiet soi.

Very helpful staff.

Breakfast was a bit lacklustre but perfectly edible.

The room was quite small and got incredibly hot during the day and took quite a while to cool down with the Aircon on (I noticed that mine was saying the filter needed changing so that might have affected it).

Would 100% recommend to friends.

Located a couple minutes away from BTS and Airport Rail Link station, it's extremely convenient to get to the hotel, and also get around Bangkok. The staff is very pleasant, and the breakfast buffet is pretty tasty.

Well located very near to both Airport train and BTS stations. Was able to come back to hotel daily o have lunch ( set menu for $6 USD ) and cool off. Also used Ease and retreat massage spa across the lane . Wonderful 5 night stays !
