It's a lovely hotel and the staff are really great, but one side of the hotel faces on to 6 lanes of traffic and it meant I hardly slept in two days. They really need to upgrade the windows and potentially consider internal glazing.

We stayed at The Sukosol Hotel Bangkok around Christmas 2025 and it was genuinely incredible — one of those hotels that feels special the moment you walk in.

A huge shout-out to TUN from the team: warm, professional, and consistently going the extra mile. That kind of service is what turns a great hotel into a memorable one.

We only used the breakfast once, but wow — it was outstanding: fresh pastries, great variety, and those “made-to-order” style stations that make it feel like a real treat rather than a standard buffet.

Christmas Eve at their on-site Chinese restaurant (Lin-Fa) was an absolute blast — fantastic atmosphere and a perfect festive evening without having to leave the hotel.

Only small downside: the pool was a bit too cold for us — but honestly, everything else was so strong that it didn’t take away from the overall experience.

We’d go back in a heartbeat — and if you’re staying here, I hope you get looked after by TUN too.

Booked \"Deluxe\" room. You either get no view or no soundproofing as it's facing a highway. Most of the windows have only single glazing, so impossible to sleep.
Bathroom are very small and lobby of annex building of \"deluxe\" category smelled like sewer.
Felt worse than 3 star hotel.

Overall, I had a good stay and there were several things I really liked. The breakfast was very good, the room was spacious, and the air conditioning was quiet, which made the room comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the shower was excellent with good water pressure.

On the downside, the noise isolation was poor. I could clearly hear people in the hallway and cars from the road outside. The window shades were also disappointing, letting in too much light early in the morning, which made sleeping difficult. Additionally, the fridge in the room was very noisy and could be distracting at night.

With better soundproofing and improved shades, this hotel would be much more enjoyable.

Most disappointing stay of my trip. We booked the \"Deluxe\" room category and I really regretted it: You need get out into the annex building where you either get a room with no view facing a glass building or face a highway with virtually no soundproofing.

The windows are mostly single glazed and even if you wear earplugs you will feel the vibrations. It didn't feel like a 5 Star hotel at all. Some of my 2 star hotels had better soundproofing.

I slept so badly that I had to upgrade and move to the main building. The \"deluxe\" rooms also have no blackout curtains, small bathrooms and the lobby stinks like sewer.

Staff doesn't seem well trained as I needed to argue with them about the room change.

The hotel itself however is beautifully decorated and they had panio every evening.

I always stay at the Sukosol whenever I visit Bangkok. In this recent visit, the front desk staff Jayda stood out and was very helpful and professional in helping with our check-in. As always, the hotel is unique in its location in its closeness to the airport link and BTS station. The room is excellent in its amenity and cleanliness. The hotel staff are helpful, trustworthy and friendly.

Stayed several occasions at The Sukosol Hotel. As always, staff are friendly and professional.
Rooms are clean and adequate. However, on a couple occasions we experienced levels of noise interruptions from water pipes. (I guess this is structural, and out of the scope of staffs control).
Otherwise, a great hotel.

Room is spacious with big bath tub and King Power is walkable distance.

The staff are friendly and welcoming, which made our visit very pleasant. The location is convenient—close to the train station and even a 7-Eleven for quick snacks or essentials. They've arranged connecting rooms which was absolutely great. Originally, we requested a king size bed but deciced to change it to 2 twin size and they're able to accommodate our requests with no issue. Twin size beds here can fit 2 people and sleep comfortably if anyone is wondering.

It would be nice if there were an ice vending machine, as currently, you need to pay if you request ice. We didn’t get a chance to try the pool, but the all-you-can-eat breakfast was worth the extra fee and offered plenty of delicious options.

A place to consider if you’re looking for comfort and convenience in Bangkok!

We had a two bedroom suite which was perfect for a family of four. Pool was small but lovely after a hot day in Bangkok. Breakfast was fantastic.
Was a bit of a walk to the skytrain so we used grab taxis most of the time.

This is a lovely hotel, bit more upmarket than expected. We had 2 rooms - a double and a twin - that were interconnecting and were large and spacious, with good sized bathrooms. The pool area was fabulous! Our girls absolutely loved it!
The beds are quite hard though, so be warned.

Had a weekend stay at The Sukosol for dinner nearby at Wana Yook.

Room was clean and nicely chilled before we even got there which is a lifesaver in Bangkok heat.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Didn’t try any of the other facilities, but the location’s super convenient with two BTS stations close by.

I had a pleasant stay at The Sukosol — overall, everything was good, from the service to the cleanliness and general comfort of the room. However, I do have a small suggestion regarding the bathroom setup. It would be helpful to have a bar behind the shower glass door or a hook on the wall next to the shower area for easy access to a bath towel. Currently, there’s no convenient place to hang a towel near the shower, and the hook on the bathroom door is placed too high to be practical.

Aside from that, I enjoyed my stay and would consider returning or recommending to family and friends

I had two period of stay: premier family room and deluxe king. The premier room is excellent, spacious, clean, with many amenities in the room. The deluxe room is also great with exception of noises from the streets. This is the only con I have. All staffs are friendly and super helpful, from guards, bellboys, front desk, and room services/housekeepers. Highly recommend the hotel.

We had a wonderful stay here, our flight arrived very early comparatively to the check in time, the hotel was very accommodating to us, looking after our bags for us and providing an early check in of around 10:30. Room was as expected from the pictures and didn’t disappoint. As it was the first hotel stay of our honeymoon and we mentioned in the booking there was a card, cake and decorations in the room a very nice touch. Hotel helped us to arrange a taxi to the airport and gave guidance on travel times and transparency on price of taxi. I highly reccomend.

The hotel staff at the front door are so wonderful. After the 3/28 earthquake, Bangkok was chaotic. We couldn't find any transportation to airport. The hotel staff helped us find a taxi in time to the airport. They also very considerate, gave us cold water to cool us down.and kept on telling us they will help us. Very professional. 10 stars for their services.

It was our 1st time staying at The Sukosol. The hotel is very nice and has a luxury feel to it. The room is nice, quiet place and breakfast is okay. The only thing I didn't like are the pillows. Other than that, all is good.

The bar is a must to sit and relax drinking a cocktail whilst listening to the pianist.

Super easy to check-in just by showing the expedia booking. They also allowed luggage storage if your flight js earlier or much later after check-out. The staff were also able to pre-empt us on the public holiday on Sunday so we were able to make arrangements to leave for the airport earlier.

The place is relatively peaceful and there's lots of quiet public places in the hotel to do your own video content. We booked the connecting room for 3 persons. Rooms were super spacious and the cleanliness and cleaning were superb.

Hotel was nice, room was clean but bit older in style. Breakfast had good selection but not as large as others we have stayed in locally. Had both a toddler chair and baby chair for our children which was very helpful. Close to Phaya Thai station so easy to get airport train. The Sukosol has been my regular whenever I visited Bangkok for the past many years. The location is excellent with accessibility to the airport link station and the BTS sky train station (walkable distance). There is also a convenient store very close-by. The breakfast offered by the hotel is of excellent taste and has a variety of Thai cuisines to choose from. There is an excellent Chinese restaurant at the hotel. The staffs are always polite, respectful, professional and helpful. The room is always clean and well tended on a daily basis.

This hotel is 5 mins walk from Phaya Thai station, so the connection is really good. A convenience store is next to hotel so don’t have to worry about hungry at the night time. The staff is friendly and helpful, breakfast is delicious. Gym, spa and swimming pool are at 6 floor, I love the massage at the spa, they offer discount to customers who stay at the hotel. Strongly recommend sukosol, it offer more than your expectations and worth to spend a holiday in there

It’s a very pleasant stayed at the Sukosol, the hotel is a 5 stars in the 90s but kelps well. The staffs are very helpful and polite. The buffet breakfast is excellent, lots of selection and different menu each day. We also had a very nice massage at the spa.
The location is great, a short walk to Prayathai station including airport rail links which is very convenient to get around Bangkok and to and from airport.
Overall it was a very pleasant experience.

Few bad points:
* Shower temperature unstable
* Should include Iron in room
* Bed sheets should have been swapped on second day but weren't. i made sure card was not on bed to ensure clean sheets are added.
* location not the greatest area for going out for restaurant options. You will need a Taxi

We really enjoyed our time at Sukosol. Solid hotel is a great location with access via Grab to all the spots around town. The only downside was our plan to travel SE Asia for 3 weeks with a backpack required laundry services. The hotel laundry service is priced per item - not by weight. Therefore, they wanted us to pay $90 USD to do a weeks worth of laundry (underwear and t-shirts for 2 people socks). Didn't give us warm and fuzzy customer service vibes from that interaction.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We had the Siam Suite Executive Level room with added benefits and found it perfect for us during our \"Work-cation\". We were both able to either be on our laptop from the hotel room, or use the Lounge, Pool, or downstairs Bar area. We loved the included made to order breakfast with buffet, and evening free cocktails and canapés selection as well. The staff were all 10/10 and went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied with our stay. We stayed at this hotel for 6-nights in total and were very pleased with the ease of access to public transportation and/or taxi services. If in the area again, we would stay here 100%. Quieter area of Bangkok with quick access to the popular areas and destinations. Excellent value with a premium experience! Love it!
