I enjoyed my return visit to Hotel Tranz. It suited me for easy access from airport and a good hub to go and use BTS.Nice coffee options close by and good eating place. A bit pricey perhaps but happy to accept for reason above. They kindly offered to make me a sandwich for breakfast as I was leaving at 6am but I ate at golf course. Would stay again..although a passing train did wake me lol.

The hotel is located at good location where easy access to airport link and BTS. Very convenient. The room is clean, staffs are polite, breakfast is good, aircon is cool. The cons part is the mattress a bit hard. Toilet door has sound when open and close but it doesn’t affect the entire stay. We shall book the same hotel in our next visit.

Stayed at Hotel Tranz for 9 days and had a great experience. Housekeeping was done everyday and amenities in the room were restocked everyday (my bottled water was restocked the entire time). Sadly I didn’t try the breakfast as I preferred to sleep in.
The hotel also accommodated to my request to leave some items for a friend in Bangkok to collect - even after I checked out - as I couldn’t fit them into my luggage. Kudos to the Hotel Tranz team! Would definitely stay there again in future.

Very Good Hotel with Excellent Service

The hotel location is superb and staffs are very helpful. Room spacious, clean, aircon good. The staffs are well trained, very friendly & guests oriented. Housekeeping lady, i call her Happy, wears a hairclip on her fringe, very cheery & address to all my request promptly. The service staff, name Sunday, very hardworking & heat up the milk for us when we complained cold. These are the staffs who make our experience in the stay very joyful. Im making my next booking in Hotel Tranz again now, immediately after i checked out.

Having navigated the difficult access of the BKK airport train, we decided to stay somewhere with close access to the station. Hotel Tranz fulfilled that, with an excellent albeit simple breakfast, and just across the lane from the airport train access.

Great Stay Experience at Hotel Tranz

A great experience indeed. Apart from its convenient location, thumbs up for the friendly and extremely helpful staffs as well. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and staffs could understand English as well - no problem in communication. The room was well-kept with basic amenities. Overall I would recommend this hotel and will be back for my next trip definitely!

The location of the hotel is very close to the \"Phaya Thai\" train station where BTS and Airport Rail Link meet. Going to train station is just to cross the road. Going to Central World (Siam) and shopping area are just 2 train stations away and walkable.

Hotel room is good enough to stay 2 persons. Room is clean and cozy. King size bed is spacious with comfortable pillows. The break is ok. Not much variety, however, food is tasty.

Hotel staff are friendly. Check-in and check-out processes are smooth and fast. Convenient to go air-port by train to avoid Bangkok traffic jam.

I have been wanting to stay in this hotel for a long time. And it is well worth it.

I like it for being next to the BTS and the airport link. However, there are no pharmacy stores near by and the choices of restaurants is limited. The hotel staffs are helpful and professional, especially, the young male staff who helped carrying our suitcases up to the airport link station on the day we checked out. He was friendly and helpful with us throughout our stays.

Did not find train sound a problem as in it never woke me up while I was asleep.
There's no swimming pool in case any of you were wondering, gym is located in another building
Would have loved to have 2 chairs instead of 1 in the room since breakfast is served to room instead of at a restaurant/cafe.
I wish they had a little more variety for bfast in terms of different meals u can choose
For the price, its good value and I would recommend it to anyone who doesn't need a swimming pool nor is a v light sleeper

Perfect location that links from Airport and an interchange that connects to the subway right next to the hotel. Quiet in the room and a comfortable stay. Would return!

The only drawback is the lack of food and massage options. But there’s a beautiful cafe nearby that’s worth a visit.

A simple hotel, clean and functional. I don’t like taking taxi in BKK, taking the train from BKK airport to the final stop and elevator front the train platform to the street then the hotel is just next to it. Super easy, smooth and convenient. Bare this in mind, the hotel surrounding has nothing for tourist, but quiet neighbourhood if you have enough of BKK city. BTS and airport train are right at your door step.

Location is the excellent of u are using the airport railway. Staffs were the hotel best highlight. Reception staffs never fails to smile and greet us, bell boys are very helpful, breakfast area staffs are kind and polite, even the housekeeping staffs were friendly and helpful. However the only bad thing of the hotel is that the sewage in the toilet have a very horrible smell 24/7.

Had a comfortable stay at this hotel. Room and amenities has a clean and modern feel. Hotel staff were polite. No complaint for breakfast although they can improve slightly on the varieties given. Recommended for beginners visitors like me as this hotel is located right beside the interchange station from airport line, and so it's easier to navigate around. Estimated to take around 40min from airport to Phayathai Station which is also where the hotel is located right beside it. Grab was relatively easy to get from here as the traffic is not as heavy as compare to downtown. 7-11 and some food stalls is located opposite of it. Overall nice staying experience.

-Toilet shower door design fault, unable to completely close the shower door hence prone to water leakage from wet to dry areas

There was discrepancy with my booking and was forced to pay additional during check in. Instead of seeking for a mutually agreed solution, they force upgrade me and got me to pay extra 1000 baht per night. Worst still they said to pay upon check out but on my 2nd last night they demanded for me to make payment when I just returned from shopping. It was utterly rude and I've never encountered such issue in other hotels before. But there was a nice male staff that helped me when I fell at their entrance due to water leakage from their building. So overall experience was rather atrotious, and I definitely won't be back again.

The location is ace, it’s literally at the door steps of the airport rail link, and also the BTS. Made traveling a breeze especially if you wish to avoid the jams in BKK. There were nothing noteworthy right at the station, except the cafe next door! Hotel was very new and clean, and the room was spacious and comfortable. For those who wish to head to Pratunam / Platinum, might be more advisable to cab there.

No-frills brekkie with quite a few dishes, but will rather just go out for grub. The receptionists were friendly, not overtly warm.

Right next to a functional fitness gym / yoga studio and you get to go for classes for free! This is a dream for those who still wish to exercise especially after all the feasting.

Overall really pleased with Hotel Tranz, except the temporal cut off in electricity for abt 5 mins twice when it started raining which was kinda unsettling. Will def recommend and come back again!
