My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is modern, clean, and right next to the BTS station, which made getting from the airport to the property very convenient.

The service was excellent overall, and Kaew stood out with her exceptional care. She was so friendly, attentive, and went out of her way to make everything feel special.

The Mediterranean food at Trattoria@22 was fresh and really tasty, especially enjoying it with that poolside vibe. Breakfast in the executive lounge had a great variety too. Plenty of solid options to start the day.

The pool area is beautiful. They have two stunning infinity pools. Our room had an amazing view over the Bangkok skyline. It was super relaxing and comfortable stay all around. I’d definitely go back.

From start to finish, the best hotel stay in Bangkok. Highly recommend a club-level room to access the club lounge with evening canapés, cocktails and all day refreshments. The hotel staff are so kind and attentive. They also have a hotel app which made everything from order food, laundry and more water really easy. Thank you to Shin and her wonderful team in the lounge - we will be back!

Glamour and luxury meets Thai hospitality in this gorgeous hotel conveniently located on the Air Link train directly from the BKK airport. Gorgeously designed gold lobby impresses you as you enter. The rooms are tastefully designed with big beds, very comfortable mattresses and all marble bathrooms with walk in shower cabins. The 22nd and 37th floor pools offer impressive views over Bangkok (we preferred floor 22nd due to the sunbed arrangements and the super attentive staff). A massive shoutout to Susie from the Concierge team and Bom from the reception staff for being so helpful, attentive and full of ideas how to enjoy Bangkok and move around!

This hotel is amazing! The suite I stayed in was exceptional. Clean and spacious, the bed in particular was extremely comfortable. The staff were also incredible, extremely kind and helpful with all requests and questions.
In particular I would like to praise Ms. Shin and Ms. Elli who alternated between the breakfast buffet and the executive lounge. They were not just helpful but also personable and easy to chat with. The housekeeper for the room Ms. Ann was also very pleasant and helpful.

Second time stay, found the duration to wait for lift took much longer, probably due to energy saving. Spare more time in case of hurry. This is a five stars hotel, stay there for four nights. The washroom don’t even provide body lotion for guest. There is only one Italian restaurant for lunch and dinner at the hotel. Can only find one decent restaurant near the hotel area. Breakfast selection is great but you feel that the senior staff is paying attention to how long you stay at breakfast.

Staff were very welcoming towards us during our stay. They were friendly and helpful across all areas of the entire hotel.

Hotel is clean, presentable, we were very happy with our room and no complaints in that regard.

The only downfall is the lifts can sometimes take a long time to arrive, waitinb times but its the start of peak season so not overly complaining.

Local construction work made it hard to visit cetain areas of bangkok and taxis took a long time to arrive and get us to our location as a result.

Breakfast buffet selection was amazing, good quality food, we couldn’t ask for anything more than whats provided.

I would definitely stat here again.

Luxurious stay and excellent service in all areas. The hotel is relatively new, but the stay was amazing 👏. Breakfast, personalised app, rooms were new with greay views and smaller things like toothpaste, shower cap etc. All included.

We did not use the SPA so cannot comment on it, but the view, gym and overall facilities at the hotel were all impressive and clean.

The hotel is not pure luxury as the pricing is mid range compared to some other places in bangkok, but I think this offers a very good value proposition, especially considering it has a prime location is connected to the airport link.

Rooms were beautiful (great bathrooms and beds were so comfortable). We had some delays in check in and they handled the situation well. The breakfast buffet is UNBELIEVABLE! We were in awe and ate so so much and everything was so great! Pool is beautiful but very cold so more ideal on a warm day (we came in shoulder season) it’s also a very fast walk from the train station. We would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely superb hotel! From check-in to check-out, the service at Eastin Grand Hotel Phayathai was unbelievable. Every staff member we encountered was professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure we had an exceptional stay.

We had access to the Executive Lounge, which was incredible — excellent food, delicious drinks, and attentive staff who made the experience extra special. The team consistently offered great recommendations for local dining, shopping, and cultural experiences, which made exploring Bangkok even more enjoyable.

The location is perfect — just a short walk to MBK and other major shopping malls, and directly connected to the BKK Airport Rail Link, making travel to and from the airport so convenient.

We absolutely loved this hotel and will be recommending it to everyone we know. In my opinion, you couldn’t find a better place to stay in Bangkok!

Easily became our top favourite hotel in Bangkok. The value is just unbeatable, it truly is a 5 star hotel experience with an extremely reasonable price per night, especially for what you get. The hotel location is so convenient with direct access to a connivence store and BTS Phaya Thai that is just a few stops away from popular stations like Siam or Mo Chit.

As soon as we arrived by Grab - we didn't have to touch/carry a single one of our luggages as it was taken care of by staff. We were escorted to the front desk where we were checked in and received welcome drink vouchers to redeem for later.

The room was spacious with a luxurious bathroom, I was in love with the shower. The mattress was comfortable though I do wish the pillows were a little harder.

The breakfast buffet is a must, make sure you include it in your booking! There is a variety of options and plenty of tables. We stayed 5 nights and went almost every morning.

There are two pools, the one on the 22nd floor was our preferred over the highest floor on the 35th. There was plenty of seating with an amazing view. We spent one morning just lounging there and it was so relaxing.

We also used the gym which was equipped with everything you needed for a gym session on vacation. The upkeep was great and staff always made sure towels, water and overall cleanliness was maintained.

They have a restaurant as well which we went to on our last night, the food was sooo delicious and you get 20% off.

The hotel has direct access to both BTS and Airport link rail (which is 30 minutes to the Bangkok international station). There are two infinity pools. Both offer magnification views. ALL of the staff were nice, friendly and very helpful. Food offered in the buffet breakfast were great to say the least. Will definitely come back again.

But would like the hotel could update the charger setting, which there is no USB charger near the bed.
No Form pillow could be provided, a bit disappointed.

It was an amazing stay in this hotel, front desk and concierge staffs were very nice with excellent hospitality.

I like the bright lighting in the room, very high ceiling, the washroom is big and new white tile floor felt like home. Just a bit disappointed to no bathtub in the standard room, which I brought over lots of bath salt to try to relax.

We usually not to border for housekeeping during our stay, it is because we usually sanitize everything when we get to the room. This time we experienced the same problem after the housekeeping made up our room in one morning, we found hairs by the sink and floor which were not there before. I've seen before some hotel's housekeeper uses the used towel to clean the floor and around sink, which is really awful. I hope this hotel should monitor not to have this habit.

Otherwise both pools are beautiful, we like to stay at 22nd floor pool, with lots of benches, and during 5-7pm they have happy hour for most of the drinks which is very good deal.

Overall we like the hotel, convenient in location attached to BTS, will come back next time.

From the start, terrible checkin service from front counter making us wait for a room up to 1 hour wait, until I complained about waiting especially after booking months in advance.
Also days our room not made up fresh after being out all day on tours and coming back and still messy no towels fresh for shower.
Air-conditioning not working properly.
Welcome drink for 5 star hotel was a soft drink, really that’s appalling service from 5 star hotel on high end clients.
Poor service overall at this new 5 star hotel.
I give 2 stars overall.

We absolutely LOVED staying here. This is our second visit here after a stay here last year. The service, cleanliness and facilities are top notch. So easy to get to places since the hotel is connected to the BTS Rail too. One day I dropped off post cards to mail and gave the concierge money to pay for postage. Upon finding out they cannot mail postcards to the USA, he messaged me in their hotel app. I did not provide my name but he figured out who I was because the doorman remembered me. I was so impressed! I would definitely stay here over and over gain. Thank you to their employee, Ploy, for upgrading our room, it made our stay wonderful!

If you’re ever in Bangkok and looking for a place to stay, this hotel is a MUST! I travel often and I’m very big on cleanliness and I was very satisfied with the entire hotel; from the room to the lounge, and restaurants. Make sure you book with executive lounge access and breakfast included. The lounge access offered happy hour daily with amazing city views and The Market restaurant offered an amazing variety of options for breakfast.
Staff were amazing and the entire vibe in Thailand was like no other. I like the best of the best and this is one of them. Even having a miss understanding regarding a charge, it was taken care of within minutes. Conveniently located to the train station which takes you to the shopping center in two stops. Easy to travel and to just stroll the streets of Bangkok. Book your excursions and explore this beautiful city!!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it for anyone visiting Bangkok! The overall experience was very good, with several standout features that made my trip memorable. The breakfast buffet was a major highlight! It offered an impressive variety of choices, from local Thai dishes to international options, catering to every taste. The quality and freshness were exceptional, making it one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve experienced.
The location is a huge plus. Situated right next to Phaya Thai BTS Station, it’s perfect for exploring Bangkok while avoiding the city’s notorious traffic. Plus, it’s only a 25-minute ride from the airport via the airport rail, which made travel convenient and stress-free. The area felt very safe, and having amenities like a pharmacy nearby was a nice touch.
That said, there were a few minor downsides. I noticed some stains on the bed linen, which was a bit disappointing. The carpet in my room also seemed a little unclean, and I spotted a few small insects, which wasn’t ideal. Some parts of the hotel felt slightly run-down, and for the price, I would have expected a bit more polish in these areas.
