Nice staffs and quiet location after all the motorcycle done running for the night. This hotel have two or three buildings that you may staying in. The main building which where you check in is the main one that has the balcony like the old Thai style home. The pool is also located on this building. I didn't use the pool so not sure how big the pool is. I pretty much only stay in my room after dinner. It took me about 30 minutes to walk from the hotel to Central World. You have to cross over the sky walk bridge and over the Rochaparop BTS Airport link train. Heavy traffic around this main road all the time. Wear your face mask because there are so dust, carbon monoxide in the air. Lots of construction as well.

Upon arrival required to place a larger cash deposit or leave photo ID as a key deposit. We didn’t get the second key because didn’t want to leave another photo ID. Other than that the hotel was quite nice, clean and friendly.
The breakfast was great with fresh warm food and there were enough choice of restaurants/ markets within walking distance.
Station was slightly far with large suitcases.
They have a shuttle tuk-tuk to train station but not available early in the morning until 8am.

Nice hotel - Noisy from early morning

I wasn't aware of the building site outside my bedroom window. The thumping starts at 8:30, so not what you want. I asked at reception for a free buffet breakfast as a good will gesture, but the would only move me to another just as noisy room in the hotel. I asked for them to take me in the hotels shuttle service to the local train station so I didnt have to carry my bags in the rain, theybsaid thry could only take me to 3 set locations even though jo one was usibg the service.

The hotel was amazing—a little slice of authentic Thailand tucked away in the middle of a bustling city. It's right in the center, so everything is easily accessible—shops, restaurants, and major attractions are all just a short walk or ride away.

The room and bathroom were beautiful and spacious, with all the amenities we needed. The breakfast was divine—I honestly wanted to extend our stay just for the breakfast alone!

The customer service was excellent too; the staff helped us with our bags both at check-in and check-out. For the location, service, and overall experience, the value you get for the price is just perfect.

Overall, a fantastic stay. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Might as well sleep outside

No sound insulation so every sound outside will be perfectly audible from the comfort of your bed.
First night: 2am wake up
Second night: 3am wake up
Third night: 2am, 4am - fire alarms going off.

Anyone checking in and out in the night will be greeting you with sound of their suitcase over the balcony tiles like some kind of assault rifle going off.

And the management of the hotel is awful. They don't really understand English so we spent some time explaining about the fire alarm etc and eventually we were given the compensation of a slice of bread and instant coffee in the lobby of the hotel. Not free breakfast or a discount on the rates. Just a slice of bread in the lobby.

Take your money elsewhere, this place is a joke.

The hotel was in a good location for us and we loved all the art and woodwork. It served breakfast which made it easier for us to get up and ready in the morning.

We stayed here for a weekend on the last few days of our trip to Thailand. We didn't encounter any issues with the school down the block but it was a weekend stay for us. There are plenty of hotels in the area and they all seemed busy so I'm not sure how much the school is an issue.

The hotel is close to the skyway train (10 min walk). We took advantage of this by visiting Central World, Big C, and the other nearby shopping areas.

We would definitely stay again!

Near to Pratunum Market if you like a busy night scene. There are a few street food vendors around the corner selling reasonably priced food also. It’s approx 3km from the centre though. So Taxis and trains required if you need to go to the centre. Trains approx 70thb per person, taxis approx 250-300tbh.

We enjoyed our stay @ True Siam Rangnam Hotel, Bangkok, Thailand.
Staff were very friendly & helpful. Rooms are clean, the beds comfortable & air conditioning works well. A wonderful breakfast was included daily. There is a rooftop pool on site. Walking distance to great shopping, & restaurants . Easy to get transportation if required. Beautiful park across the street.
We will stay there again!!

Excellent hotel, but it was a little hard to find. The wood architecture of this hotel is unique and an oasis among the modern brick and mortar hotels all around it. The room was cleaned and modern. We really enjoyed the breakfast each morning. I would recommend this hotel and will come back next time when we come to this area.

Exterior/ interior was exquisite. However, the first room I was in had no shower door, internet was slow, TV was not clear and the floor was dirty. Checking in process took me about half an hour.
The street the hotel located at is quite small fits only one car in or out.

Hidden jewel in the city.

Very nice boutique hotel close to many things, free Tuk-tuk service to BTS station. We stayed here for 6 days and felt welcoming by the friendly and helpful staffs. Interconnecting room is available which make family accommodation easy and convenient. Breakfast is delicious with reasonable Asian & Western varieties, at least 4 Asian dishes are changed everyday during our stay. A little bit difficult to find especially for taxi drop-off. Easier way is to ask the taxi to drop you off at the Bizhotel at the beginning of the street and walk short way in.

Reasonably clean overall with good customer service. However, the walls are too thin which makes it quite nosiy. The following could be improve on:
1. Limited hot water coming out from shower head the higher water pressure the colder the water gets, along with fluctuating water pressure and temperature. Understand that the hotel might try to save on hot water.
2. Bed sheets are not changed on daily basis
3. Air conditioning smells like smelly feet
4. No toothbrush and toothpaste provided.

The hotel was OK for two days, but definitely not great. Service wasn't very welcoming. The outside of the hotel is very beautiful, but the room is very poorly decorated with no personality. The pillows were so hard they gave me a headache. When we showered, the room lights would go on and off for a reason we couldn't understand. Wifi was so slow it was useless. The swimming pool is nice, but the hotel does not provide any towels when using it as other hotels do. The area is ok to visit the modern part of the city, but there are no nice restaurants around. A good thing is they have a free tuk-tuk to the closest train station, which has a direct train to the airport.

We asked the hotel to call the taxi to the airport for us. The taxi did not use the meter and also charged us too much ( about 4 times from normal meter price). This is not just happening to myself but also my friends who stayed here a week later.
Just want the hotel to look after this situation, your staffs should mention a bout the meter for the taxi. I know this is something out of your control but it make your customers more happier to stay here.

This hotel has great character and friendly staff. The air conditioner worked amazingly. Large room, comfortable bed, updated bathroom, nice pool area. The breakfast was a buffet that they tried to change up daily. The convenience was worth the price but a little expensive for budget travelers. The location is walkable to public transportation...about 10 minutes. However, there isn't a lot in the immediate area. They offer a free tuk tuk ride to Victory Monument station which was nice. If we return to Bangkok I'd hope to stay a bit closer to the tourist sights but I would stay at this hotel again for the price.

We stayed 6 nights at True Siam, very beautiful and traditional building. The staff very friendly and accomodating. The breakfast was great and it is even better value if you buy when you book the hotel. It was walking distanceto the Central World Mall, 20 minutes. The hotel provides free shuttle service to Victory Monument station for the sky trains. Fat Tory, a nice restaurant and value for money, 5 minutes walk. I would definetely stay there again.

Nice traditional style hotel

I had a wonderful stay in True siam Rangnam hotel. The hotel is located within 10 mins walk from BTS. There are convenient stores and small hawkers around which you can grab snacks in the night. The room is very spacious and clean. Air-conditioning, hot water, TV, everything is working. For the price I paid, I am very happy.
The only drawn back is there is construction close-by which will start making some serious noise after 0930. If you are not an early raiser, then it may be a problem. Also in the second night, there are some really noisy guests live next to my room which was really disturbing. I know the hotel can't do much about it but it just bad luck.
Apart from that, the hotel is nice. The building itself is very beautiful with traditional thai style wood carving.

It is situated in a rundown street walking distance from airport train or bts. Style of hotel is beautiful and traditional with lovely foyer pool area and breakfast area. There is nice art in the stair area particularly on higher floors. Rooms are fairly normal but good for the price. TV stations OK. Restaurants and other food about five minutes away. Breakfast is of a good standard. Can recommend.

Nice hotel but wrong location

Beautiful hotel made of beautiful wood (You can tell it's still brand new)but bad location and surroundings ( dodgy back alley/ school next door which meant noise from 6:30 am) .this is a big turn off for me! I really didn't like the area itself .
There was a nice swimming-pool and breakfast was quite good ( no viennoiserie or yoghurt )
To sum up : nice hotel but wrong location

overall not really good to taste and stay. poor sound insulation for each room, hotel each room soap bar provided too thin and only one piece given per day, not provided cotton bud, pencil/pen and small notes easy for consumer need it, transportation of tuk-tuk only one way pickup, where this location to BTS still a distance, better provide bothway pickup with full schedule, not only until 20:00. Good points is, water provided by glasses bottles, quite environment friendly to uses, the electricity for card access only 1 provided, which to get more electrical saving.

It may be tucked away in a back alley but a 5 min walk will get you to one of two nearby BTS stations. Between two busy streets it may be near a building site but you are sheltered from the noise, but the best ting about this new hotel....the staff are amazing, nothing is too much trouble.

If arriving by taxi check you are at the True Siam RANGNAM as we pulled up at the wrong one at first (sister hotel) but only a couple of mins round the corner.

Worst customer service I've ever experience.

Horrible! People next to my room were smoking and I complained because it was supposed to be a non smoking hotel. Instead, they reasoned that they didn't understand my English. They didn't want to accommodate my need to be relocated.

Chambre propre, le personnel est très serviable et le petit déjeuner etait bien. Neanmoins j'ai noté de la moisissure a certains endroits de la douche, très mauvaise isolation sonore. L'hôtel est situé dans une ruelle, peu éclairée la nuit, le partage avec les voitures et moto est délicat.

友人達と連泊しましたが、日程の途中で宿泊人数やメンバーが変わること1日だけ部屋を1室増やしてほしいなど、少しややこしいお願いをしましたが、事前にメールで伝えていると隣同士の部屋を用意しておいてくれたり対応は丁寧でした。
シャワーはお湯にすると水量がかなり弱くなってしまい、ヘッドも固定のものだったので、少し不便さを感じました。
テレビも部屋によっては電波状況が悪く、見られない部屋もありました。

ホテルの方の対応ややりとりは穏やかで良かったです。

友人と二人旅。お互い気を使わないように二部屋取りました。
ホテルの心遣いでコネクティングルームにしていただきました。
駅からは少し離れますが部屋も広くお値打ち感はとてもありました。
パヤタイ駅からもラチャプラロップ駅からも10分ほど離れています。
近くにはセブンイレブンやスーパーもあり、また露店も並んでいました。
露天で買ったフルーツはどれもとても食べ頃で本当に美味しかったです。
冷蔵庫も完備。毎日瓶のお水を2本入れてくれるのはとてもありがたかったです。
スタッフもとても親切でした。

私がこのホテルで宿泊するのは2度目、前回はスワンナプーム空港から今回はドンムアン空港からホテルへ、両空港からともに公共交通機関を利用、大変分かりやすく便利でした。
ホテル施設内もプールあり、スタッフも親切で居心地がとても良い、通りに出ると食べると所に不自由はなく、コインランドリー、マッサージもあります、強いて言えば両替所が少ないかな､､､
