The location is great and very close to many resturants. The staff and security are top notch and very helpful and courteous. The rooms are very clean and spacious with hot water for great showers. It is next to a park which many use for walking and working out. Overall, I was very pleased with the overall experience and will definitely stay here every time that I am in Bangkok. Kudos to the staff and security. They were awesome

After a long flight I was glad to finally get here and collapse on the bed. Nice firm mattress which I need and slept great because I didn't sleep at all on the plane.
Great buffet breakfast, really friendly staff and about a 10 minute walk from the Phaya Thai ARL station.
Soundproofing could be better though as you could hear people slamming doors or dragging furniture about.

Budget hotel that is outdated from photos

Feels very much like a budget hotel. Ok view of the park, but besides that, nothing luxurious about it. The pool needs cleaning. There were floaters. When checking out, they asked me to wait 5 min for them to check the room. It made me feel like some criminal! I have never experienced that before. They could have just taken a deposit. I could hear all the neighbors when they got back to their rooms. The hallway echoes and the door to the hallway is not well insulated. The water was always warm and never got cold enough.

The hotel's photos on the site looked better than the actual but there is nothing wrong with this hotel, it has been updated recently and is clean. The location worked as it is near public transit. There is a building going up beside the hotel but it was not noisy at night. There are restaurants in the area but not many. It's a bit far for some of the attractions so we used public transit. Very good choice for Bangkok, especially if using the airport link to get to the hotel from the airport.

The hotel is located along the alley so you have to walk a distance out if you want to go to the 7-11. Also the walls are thin and you could hear everything outside the room even late at 2am to 4am. They dont top up your shampoo and body shower gel unless you request from the hotel staffs.

Strange bathroom design

Nice hotel. Good location near Victory bts. All room lights are dim so a bit hard for reading. Strangest bathroom design I've ever seen in any hotel. The bathroom/toilet is separated from the bedroom by a glass wall with a curtain to close for privacy. Weird thing is the curtain is in the bedroom not the bathroom, so the person using the bathroom cannot control their own privacy. Really that's a fundamental design flaw that should be changed.

Overall ok but next i would rather pay extra and stay at the nearby Pullman beside king power. The hotel is located at a one way street, such a zonk for the transportation since we have to pay extra to go around or the other option is to walk into the alley. Yes, alley. The front desk personel are friendly but a bit stiif and strict on rules. Plus the machine don’t accept international debit and for me is funny since it’s rated as a 4 star hotel.

Good clean convenient hotel

I really enjoyed the hotel, staff is kind and friendly, the place is right across the street from a beautiful park you could exercise in if you wanted and two high quality massage spa places which you could use without having to walk far. The walk to the sky train isn't too far and there are 7 eleven and food vendors on either direction. Near the sky train is a good little mall and a high end mail, king power, which offers free duty free shopping just like you can have in the airport. If you register and show your flight itinerary and passport you can even pick up your shopping at the airport while you're waiting for your flight. Really cool system and a special Starbucks in the king power mall too.

The hotel was nice and conveniently located.

It was a little difficult looking for the hotel at first, but after checking-in, it is a breeze. Staff was friendly and the environment is what we need for a stay in Bangkok. Convenient location, near to amenities (BTS) and a morning market to experience the daily routine of the locals. The room was comfortable and clean, and quiet for the evening rest.

Fantastic stay at Le Tada Parkview

The stay at Le Tada Parkview lived up to our expectations and the reviews received on Trip Advisor which made us choose this hotel. They were very accommodating with a early check in although we have not requested it beforehand. The room was very clean, stylish and specious with a view over the park. Breakfast in general was good although the menu was basically the same every day. Staff was very friendly and could assist with all our needs (printing of document for tours, weighing luggage etc)

Good restaurants and street food nearby, Didn’t try the restaurant as the meals didn’t look too appealing on the menu card. Didn’t try the pool either. Amazing hotel in an amazing location!

I'd stay there again in a heartbeat! Great location (next to the Victory Monument) and super clean. Loved the bedding and the fancy room decorations! Can't say enough good things about this hotel! Every bus on the planet seems to stop at the nearby (5 minute walk) mall. The only negative issue I could raise at this hotel is that the pool is really (due to it being in the shade) cold ... I'm still waiting for my b*lls to drop again. LOL

The staff were super friendly and helpful, our room was cleaned to a high standard every day.

It was a bit out of the way from the places of Bangkok that we wanted to spend more time in (chinatown, bang rak) but the mall nearby offered a lot of great places to eat and plenty of people offering a ride on a tuk tuk somewhere. The hotel is good, walking distance to victory monument BTS is around 10 minutes. The Hotel is not popular for most taxis in Bangkok, i was always give them the metro station name then go walk.

Few 7-11 outlets around. Very convenient.
Highly recommended. If you want a massage, just beside it there is a massage place but it closes at 11pm. The price is worthy because is much cleaner as compared to those along the streets.

Stayed 3 nights, room was nice and cosy, breakfast was good! However, housekeeping service was bad. Starting from day 2, only the beds were made. I was disappointed that tissues were not refilled and towels were not changed nor given new ones.

The hotel was clean and breakfast was pretty good. I had requested and was confirmed two rooms next door to eachother and whilst there was initially a mix up at check-in the situation was quickly rectified.
The hotel is located in a quiet street near a nice park and what seemed to be a safe area. There were staff in and around the lobby area at all times.
The swimming pool and area is nice too, although it could easily get crowded if many guests had the idea to use that facility at the same time.
Victory Monument Station is about 5 - 10 minutes depending on how fast you walk.
Given all this there were a couple of disappointing things:
1. Taxis hailed for us by the hotel porters were allowed to take advantage of us by insisting on fixed fares rather than using the meter - often with the porter translating our negotiations. We were paying double the fare sometimes. I asked why they didn't just use their meters and the porters would just shrug their shoulders. I thought this unfair and tainted my view of the cabbies there - not all of whom were greedy or unfair.
2. The hotel was quite frugal with bathroom amenities. No small tubes of toothpaste, a small bottle of shampoo and body wash to share, we had to request more toilet paper....I guess I expected more from a 3/4 star hotel.

Cosy hotel in the suburb of Bangkok

Stay there for 5 days. Location is close to the Victory Monument BTS for easy access to the city. Hotel staffs are very friendly and check in is fast. Upon request to have a room facing the garden, the staff upgraded my hotel room with no extra charge. Room is spacious and clean. The staff is always there to stop the traffic when crossing the road and will negotiate with taxi drivers on our behalf. Food stalls are located in the vicinity of the hotel. Area is safe to move about even though hotel is located in an alley

Me and my wife are staying in the hotel at this very moment and have only good words about the place. Very nice rooms clean and comfortable. Modern design and great view over the park. A bit overpriced in my opinion but all in all a good experience. The staff is very nice and helpful but lacks English talking skills. The area is nice and the park down is great for walking/chilling and exercise. ok pool and small gym. Good for couples.

Green and Quiet Area of Bangkok

The hotel was small and quiet with great access to downtown. Across the street is a great park with ponds, gardens, running track, and workout circuit. Breakfast was 200 Baht and had subpar options, but there are a lot of street vendors within walking distance. For shopping, the Pratu Nam Market, Big C, Pantip Plaza, Central World, Platinum Fashion Mall are all within 20 minutes of the hotel. The train station is very close, as well as the bus stop. There are several 7-Eleven stores within 2 minute walk. There was a mini fridge and hot water kettle, but no microwave. Overall, a perfect choice for getting out of the chaos of Downtown Bangkok.

Hotel and room were clean and serviced daily. Staff very efficient and helpful. Lovely pool area and I had a garden view room, with a lovely view of the public park across the road. Hotel provided easy quick access to the Victory Monument BTS and train station. Place to get great reflexology and massages virtually on site...and very good value for money, both hotel and massages.

Nice hotel though quite a walk away from Pratunam

The check-in was very fast. Allowed us to check in early - I guess it wasn't peak period so there were rooms available. The room floor was quite dusty when we moved in but the staff was quick to rectify it when we told the reception. Breakfast buffet was simple but nice - a cheap and good option for breakfast if you don't wish to leave the hotel too early. The hotel was quite a walk away from Pratunam area though, but it did give us an opportunity to explore the streets of Bangkok along the way.

A little Gem

Stayed here early June at this near new Boutique Hotel. Very friendly staff and great location opposite a popular park. Ask for a room facing it. It is in easy walking distance to a number of great eating places, huge King Power Duty free shop, Shopping centre near the Victory Monument BTS .From here it is easy and cheap to catch a train to go to Siam shopping complex---don't miss the MBK shopping mall-- or along down to Silom Rd.or Sukhumvit Rd. Also a short walk --about 10 to 15 min.to the Pratunam Nightmarket.
Breakfast was a bit limited but if you like Bacon and Eggs --which where great---no worries. Would return to this place any time.

Clean hotel w/pool by nice park!

Do yourself a favor & stay at Le Tada. My room was on the 5th floor & everything about it was great! It was clean & spacious, the shower was awesome & my view from room 515 overlooked the beautiful walk across the street. It's in a good area (7/11, fruit carts, Let's Stay Cafe), bit the street is not busy & loud. The staff was helpful & very kind. Check-In & Out was a breeze & they kindly held my bags securely for the day while I was out & about before my sleeper train to Chiang Mai. The one \"downside\" (which isn't even that serious) there is only one English speaking channel on the tv & it is a fashion channel. There was no news or BBC channel for me to catch up on tegarding things going on back home. It may sound petty, but while you are away & traveling for months (3 so far) like me it is nice to wind down w/a little th after a long day exploring & adventuring in Bangkok.

Stayed 1 night there with friend before we headed to Koh Chang. There are lots of local buses to various destinations in Thailand down the Victoria monument sky train station. Hotel is about 5 mins walk from station with many local restaurants and massage places nearby. Room is modern, clean and cosy. Good shower and Internet connection. Overall good stay and would recommend it :)

Wonderful stay at the Le Tada Parkview Hotel! Rooms were nicely furnished and clean with bathrobes and usual facilities provided. Staff was friendly and helpful all the time and provided us with directions for the places we wanted to go as well as getting a taxi for us when we needed it. Hotel location was great and near Victory Monument BTS which is linked to many of the places we wanted to go to (eg. Chatuchak weekend market, Siam centre, platinum mall and MBK center). Pool was lovely and had sufficient poolside loungers. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Bangkok!

The room was big and clean. However, there was very limited food for selection of the buffet breakfast and the dishes repeat daily. Poor, I was stay there for three nights.

Perfect hotel with polite staff and good location.

The stay in Le tada hotel was pleasant. We were greeted by the staff with kind welcome and with a cup of cold lemon grass drink. The hotel was very clean and the staff clean our room everyday without fail. When we are back they always give us a warm welcome and greeted us whenever we see them.

BKK best for food & shopping

Takes about 15 minutes to walk from BTS to the hotel but ok if not dragging a large luggage.
Park view from the 7th floor room is very refreshing in the morning

Great New Hotel

Fairly new Hotel facing the park, only 5 mins walk to Victory Mon. Saw this Hotel before when staying nearby, thought it would be too expensive but found it was only about 200 baht than my usual Hotel but its new, has a pool and in quieter location. Staff were very friendly. Pool was good, only problem we had was noise from work between Hotel and next building which went on until about 6pm. Could do with more sun loungers, only 2 is not enough for a Hotel. Bed was very comfortable, best nights sleep I had in 4 weeks travel.
