Clean & convenient stay. Friendly staffs too. About 10 mins to bts Victory Monument. 7-11 is just around the corner.

The only downside is the curtains. Even the street lights could penetrate the curtains. There's no lift too 😅

Recommended - helpful staff

Good stay for a few days, central point in Bangkok, everything is close, big, comfy and clean room, staff very helpful.

The only disadvantage was that there is no elevator! You ll get some help at check in but not at check out - could be tricky if you are on the top floor.

Would recommend overall!

When we arrived by taxi to check in at S3 a man was standing outside to tell us that the hotel was closed and we should go to their related hotel, Le Tada which was 270 metres down the road. We walked to the hotel and were told by the receptionist that they did not have a reservation for us. I showed them my reservation and forwarded it to them. The receptionist's reaction was excellent. She was very pleasant and helpful and gave us an upgraded room.

Cozy and convenient

The room was small but adequate. There is a mini fridge and the bed was comfortable. The location is convenient close to the BTS station at Victory Monument. It was about a 5 minute walk and we felt safe.

A little gem

This is a budget hotel but it gives you everything you need. Easy to get to by train from the airport, just a 10 minutes walk from Victory Monument station. It is situated opposite a lovely park that is a great place to have a walk or jog before breakfast.
The hotel is very clean and the staff very helpful. It is a 2pm check in and as we was arriving in Thailand at 6:45am, I emailed the hotel to make sure that they had somewhere secure to store our cases (which they did) however when we got to the hotel at about 10am we were given our room straight away. It was great to have a shower after a 16 hour flight.
Breakfast in the morning is not the most exciting but it is more than enough to set you up for the day.
Please be aware that there is no lift in this hotel so if you are on the 3rd floor it could be tiring but overall this is avery good hotel in a great location to explore Bangkok and with wonderful staff. We would definitely stay there again.

We like to stay in this area when we visit Bangkok. This was our first stay at this hotel. the staff were friendly and helpful, room was clean. No elevators, but this was not an issue for us.

We stayed for 3 nights. The room was very clean and the place felt safe. Wifi was fast. Easy access to BTS, many buses and mini vans. The breakfast was filling but not very interesting. There is no elevator, so ask for lower level if you have heavy luggage or don't feel like climbing stairs.

Excellent Location, but Worst Customer Service

With so many hotels in Bangkok, we will not use this hotel ever again simply due to poor customer service.
Our small size family of 3 (Thai) were comfortable sharing a room with 2 beds, but the front desk demanded we pay $80 U.S. dollars for a roll-a-way bed we did not need or would not use and they refused to let us check-in until we paid the $80 U.S. dollars in cash.
We should have left the hotel, but they sternly informed us that none of our prepaid reservation would be refunded.
During our stay we had an important event to attend in the morning.
But the hotel's power was out so we were forced to prepare in a dark room with no air con, etc.
When we would ask staff about the power outage (which was just the hotel and not the area), their response demonstrated total apathy and insensitivity. We received no explanations or apologies from the staff.
The hotel is in an excellent location, but we will never give any of our business to this hotel again.
The staff would even make clumsy attempts to ask us the day before what we were planning to order for breakfast the next day. Do they not realize that people visiting Bangkok might have more to think about or discuss than how they might want their eggs cooked or what kind of toast they want the following day??
There are many more hotel options at this price point in Bangkok so thankfully we never have to worry about unsatisfactory customer service experiences from this hotel spoiling any of our future trips.

Nice, clean hotel near BTS

Our experience in S3 were pretty good, nice breakfast except for the no lift and inconsistent water temperature. Hotel has potter to help with luggage though. But if you are a smoker, it can be a hassle cos you have to go outside of the hotel to smoke as this hotel being a non-smoking hotel. Best to get 2nd floor room and garden view, if possible. Nearby has (2) 7-11, food stalls, shopping mall n BTS station within 5-10 mins walking.

Good clean hotel with nice rooms.

The hotel is good and clean. Stayed in pool facing room. It would be nice to have some light curtain to have more privacy as rooms are facing each other and you can pretty much see everything.
Balcony has a sofa but it would be nice to have a table and couple of chairs instead.
It might be good to take non-pool facing room if you like to have more privacy.
Location is good as long as you have a bike.

Great Stay in S3 Residence and Victory Monument

Initial stage of finding the hotel was difficult because no one knows the english name of the address. But the people in Thailand are very helpful and kind. After the hotel was located, realized that it was actually quite near to the Victory Monument BTS station. There are two ways to go to the BTS station (estimated 400m). The massage parlours are just nearby. There are many stalls and shops around to shop. Another thing is, it is only one stop to Phaya Thai BTS station which is the first MRT station to the airport.

Hotel room is very clean and quiet. Staffs in the hotel are very helpful, thoughtful and considerate. I arrived very early on the first day and they were so willing to help me for an early check in so that i could have a proper rest.

Though the breakfast are the same everyday, either American or Thai breakfast, food is served hot and again the person serving is very attentive and ensure you are felt at home.

Opposite there is a park. that is the best part of it. early in the morning before the start of the day, go for a brisk walk or run around the park (1 km of jogging path) will freshen up.

I really love this place. it is amazing and in my next trip to Thailand, i will definitely go for this hotel again. fantastic experience :)

Place close to catch a minivan to Coh Chang

We stayed in S3 for one night only arriving from the North of Thailand to Bkk by plane with the idea of catching a minivan from Victory Monument to Koh Chang next day. It was just perfect location-the bus station is just about 5 minutes walking distance. Good price for value. I would recommend this place for such purpose.

A high Cost/Performance ratio hotel

Location is good for getting mini van as day trip. Although the breakfast is simple, it supports enough energy to start a new day, to find more fun and my stomach will have more available space to eat more!! Less than 10 mins, maybe 5 mins to bts station. The room is very clean & comfort. But no elevator, doesn't matter if just carry lite luggage. Many local food & restaurants around. Hotel is just opposite to a park, recommend to walk around the park or jogging in morning if time available. The park is nice, many flowers, I found many bees are working busy there!!

ホテルは1000バーツ、1200バーツ／泊、一人なら部屋は広くて綺麗し、シャワーも湯量は問題ない。
エレベーターは無いけど、目の前に綺麗な公園があって、とても良い場所です。エアコンの音以外はとっても静かです。
BTSまで徒歩圏内です。アソークまで早い時間だったら15分くらい、駅までの道中で途中で食事するところも何箇所もあるし、セブンイレブンもすぐです。
道端で果物も格安で売ってたりなんか良いところですよ。
さらに、グラブバイクでプラトゥーナム市場まで数分ですし、プラトゥーナム市場周辺は、タイ国内の観光箇所の中でも一番物価が安いんじゃ無いかなと思います。マッサージも60分200バーツです。チャトチャック市場より買い物も安いです。
どこに行くにも便利で、且つ、快適な夜を過ごせる、ベスポジ宿泊施設です。
ホテル周辺は10時には屋台や飲食店のお店のほとんどが終業です。とても静かです。
ベトナム料理屋さんだけ、ラストオーダー深夜1：30です。帰りが遅くなったらここで食事できますよ。

Hôtel pratique avant de prendre l’avion pour Paris car pas loin de la ligne de l’aéroport. Très propre et très bon rapport qualité prix. Le directeur et son personnel sont charmants et nous ont aidés à monter les valises et les descendre (pas d’ascenseur) et nous ont aidés à trouver un tuktuk avec gentillesse.

BTSビクトリーモニュメント駅から徒歩7-8分です。途中でショッピングセンターやコンビニやtesco express (mini super)もあり、長期滞在でも問題ありません。価格の割には、室内もキレイです。大通りに近いので、クルマの音は聞こえますが、私は気になりませんでした。静かな場所が好きな方はオススメしません。チャトチャク市場に近いので、1日に2回行くこともできます。費用を抑えて、長期滞在したい、だけど安全性も担保したい方にオススメです。基本的に学生街なので、怪しいお店はありません。スタッフも親切でした。

地點很好，沒有早餐，小而美，房內沒有吹風機跟牙刷，但可以向櫃台索取到，沒電梯但行李不多就沒差了。離MRT 走路五分鐘，附近很多吃的攤販，便利商店很近。

感じの良いスタッフ。少し早めにチェックインさせてくれて有り難かった。階段や床が木製でエレベーターはないが暖かい。部屋は清潔にされていて、タオルも新しい。シャワーブースの排水がうまく行ってないのはバンコクあるあるか。最後まで分からなかったのは朝食サービスがあるのかどうか。周辺のカフェやレストランも割と良い雰囲気。
