Excellent stay at Hotel De Prime @ Rangnam – Your Tailor Made
I had a fantastic experience staying at Hotel De Prime @ Rangnam. The hotel is stylish, clean, and very well maintained. The rooms are comfortable, modern, and thoughtfully designed, making the stay relaxing and pleasant.

The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and always ready to help, which truly made a difference. The location is very convenient, with easy access to shopping areas, restaurants, and transportation.

What stood out most was the calm atmosphere and the personalized service that made me feel truly welcomed. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bangkok and would happily stay here again.

The breakfast menu lacked variety, but the options available were manageable. There's a 7/11 nearby, some restaurants 3 minute walk from the hotel, there's a laundromat, spa as well within very close proximity. The bed was very hard making it hard to sleep. In the hallway, there were dirty kitchen plates someone had left on the floor and I would see it abandoned there for 2 days, when staff should have removed it immediately. The front desk and hotel staff (doorman, baggage handler) offered overall great service.

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, greeting us with a refreshing welcome drink on arrival. We were delighted to receive a free room upgrade, which made our visit even better. The hotel is in a nice neighbourhood, close to excellent public transport links.

I gave 4 out of 5 stars is due to the sound from the AC, sometimes it tends to get abit loud for a few minutes and then back to normal again. Other then that the surrounding area is good, there is a gym nearby, school, parks, mall, king power duty free mall and finding food and drinks is not a problem at all.

The public areas were fine, but the bedroom furniture were rather used and looking a bit tired. The room description indicated that the bathroom was equipped with a rainfall shower, but that was not the case. We had to change rooms after the second night as the AC was too loud and this kept us up during the night. There was also an issue with condensation from the AC where water was dripping onto the desk where we were charging our phones and devices! Luckily no damage was done. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and allowed us to switched rooms.

AMAZING!!!! thank you so much this hotel was sooo good. staff were so friendly I don't have one bad word about de prime. as a young traveler I felt safe here, about 4 7elevens within 5 mins walk. room was cleaned so well, me and my friend were quite messy and did a lot of shopping so we always had a lot of rubbish in the room but the cleaners were amazing. its a really good location to all the malls too. would definitely recommend this hotel, and to stay during Songkran is a MUST!!! they had parades on the road at appropriate times of the day, was really safe to celebrate and play watertight. rooftop pool is gorgeous too!! food was a bit expensive compared to outside the hotel but we just ordered Grab, an alternative to Uber. Thank you so much will definitely return.

The location is good but only during our check in we’re expecting that our suite is ready but when we came in our room is not yet ready and we have to wait for almost an a hour though they gave us a room to stay for that but we can’t unpack and pack again we’re so hungry we just want to leave our things supposed to be but we don’t have a choice but wait for the housekeeping to finish cleaning our suite.

Room is spacious but lack a table or chairs. Only one plastic chair is in the room. Bathroom door opens awe wardly. Have to open the door step away then shut the door before getting to the toilet. Amenities is limited. Bring your own body lotion, conditioner. Hotel website states walk from Phaya Thai airport link which is 16 mins away not 10 mins. It is much closer from Ratchaprarop which is about 10 mins. With the heat and luggage, every minute counts. Good food stand by victory monument bts which is 5 mins away. The bathroom does smells bad especially when the toilet bowl lid is left opened. The room itself is fine.

We have early land tour in morning 6.30am but hotel don't provide breakfast even its included in our booking. Their breakfast start at 6.30am, so not like other hotel will provide at least a simple breakfast. Luckily we manage to get the street food nearby, else it will be a hunger journey for the land tour. Also, we are being asked to be quite during breakfast time, while the other group are also loud, I think this hotel staff discriminate us as Asian travellers. Anyway, I will not go back this hotel despite their service.

We had a lovely time and the staff were amazing, always accommodating and able to give us information or help. The downside was that it was quite hard to sleep because there was tapping noises in the hotel rooms we stay in. Also, all you can eat buffet was very limited and could've had more of a selection.

Spacious rooms with lots of room to move around.

Bathroom had a weird smell every time you enter back to your room.

Cleanliness of the room is good, although our duvet was not changed since day 1 of our stay, the rest was alright.

Not much English Entertainment programs, mostly news, political programs and other channels.

Rooftop pool was relaxing in the evening! At noon, it was burning hot. There was a poolside bar as well with 1 for 1 alcohol happy hour.

Breakfast buffet dinning had a nice spread but it was continuous, there is the Asian corner with your daily rice, dishes, soup and rice porridge. Continental corner with your ham & sausage, waffle, French toast, salad corner, pastry & bread station, 2 choices of cereals, fruit corner, juice, water and milk station and lastly the Egg station which was made to order.

Around the vicinity of the hotel, there were 7-elven, supermarket 24/7, otteri wash & dry (So recommended) $100 baht ($4SGD) to literally wash & dry depending on your load of wash, mine was was between the range of 9kg or less.

In the evening, you may chance upon by side of the road people selling durians ranging like $100 baht - $150 baht, looks really big and fresh too!

10 mins walk to Victory Monument BTS.

Palace Massage (Recommended) Only cash payments.

Great hospitality from the service staff, to the FO team, to the lady in blue probably the DM. Good job!

Thw shower pressure was low . We encounter no water when the next connecting room guest shower at the same time. The house keeping keep forgetting to leave the bath towel continuously for 2 nights , this are the most unhappy part for my stay in this hotel

The lobby is 5 star, the customer service is 5 star but the room sadly 2 star. Room is spacious but there’s dust everywhere, the bed is not clean full of dust mites, can’t sleep comfortably bites everywhere, mattress is also cheap, painful rest upon waking up.

For the money this hotel is fine. Breakfast is good, staff friendly and large clean room. Wifi is good. Pool area on roof is small but pleasant. The bathroom drains were smelly annd the lighting poor. the bed was rather firm. The aircon was very noisy and irregular so disturbed sleep.

Hotel is within 10 mins walking distance from BTS Victory Monument. Take exit 4, walk towards Century Plaza and turn left at Rang Nam Rd. Check-in (and check-out) was quick and efficient. My request for quiet room on high floor (Level 8 - highest) was granted. Room was spacious and clean. Housekeeping maintained the cleanliness during my 3 night stay with daily change of towels. Breakfast buffet spread is good with western and local food choices; hotel website should update 'Continental Breakfast' to 'Buffet Breakfast'. Overall excellent value for the price with its good location and many food options within walking distance. My only grouse is that the bathroom lighting is rather dim.

Room service is good. They’re replacing the sheets and taking out the trash everyday.

The only thing really was when we tried to ask if we can extend the receptionist was so snobbish and dismissed our enquiry by saying we cant check out late. It’s not like we’re asking for a free extension we’re asking to extend the stay of course we’re gonna pay but we just gave up, maybe it’s just language barrier I dunno. But that’s a comfy stay nonetheless.

For central Bangkok it was good for transportation. Close to public transport and good for driving to and from; either self-driving or taxi. I like to drive myself.

Aircon was very noisy as the water kept dripping and we couldn’t sleep, therefore complained to the counter staff at 1am. Luckily the technician came very fast, washed the 2 filters and finally the water dripping noise stopped. The sink tap was not working well. The water in the shower area flowed through very slowly. The corridor area is very hot. Hotel staff are not so friendly. Many eating places and 7-eleven shops in the surrounding area. King Power Duty Free Shop with restaurants and a food court is also nearby. Short walking distance to Victory Monument BTS.

Nice and friendly staff, check in was hassle free although they issue a twin room initially when i requested for a double room but staff change it immediately. Room was comfy and stylish and hotel is 10mins walk away from victory monument bts, if not grab is easily available for pick up and drop off.

The only downside is that the drainage in the toilet have a weird smell, suggest to have air freshener and no street food nearby hotel so make sure you get yourself all ready.

I stay in this hotel every month.
Wonderful hotel however more expensive than most then again you get what you pay for
The breakfast is not worth paying for as it is not suited to western people
300baht not worth it for cornflakes and boiled eggs which are pre cooked therefore cold also they come without egg cups .
The TV is a nightmare. Always interrupted signal and I understand their TV Service is provided by their broadband which is at best poor. At My last stay for 2 nights we had to get the TV repair/maintenance man to fix our TV 4 times
Then again you are in Thailand and not Europe so it has its misgivings
However I will still stay here with all its quirks

Staff replied to my booking requests (as I was arriving late) within the same day. Arrived and warmly greeted by staff, with welcome drinks as well. They handled my luggage all the way up to my room. Welcome hand-written letter by manager was a nice touch. Room was a lot more spacious than I imagined. My only gripe is that they provide room slippers, and the hot water wasn't working well during my stay.

The hotel is still very new as the main lobby is not ready yet. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and the aircon is just nice. The breakfast is good as they provide different cuisines every day which is interesting.

Location is convenient as it's quite near to victory monument BTS. Surrounding has many eateries, a park and a shopping mall.

Pros: The hotel is in a very convenient place. Near to King's Power. 5 minutes walk to Victory Monument BTS station. Convenient stores are just outside of the hotel.

Cons : The hotel is still under construction. Top level are not done yet. Swimming pool is nice but a bit too dark to swim at night. Breakfast area is also a bit messy, maybe because it's just temporary. Food's description are not properly displayed.

We were given room 317. The walkway is quite dark. Interior design is kinda incomplete for me. No rack beside the shower. Toilet is spacious but not proper utilised. Same goes with the room. Mattress is a bit hard too.

There should be a English signboard for the hotel name instead of just Thai. Also it should have one place on the road side too. Since the hotel is located inside the junction.

Great location for Bangkok. We were able to walk to the sky train and move around easily. Area is pretty quiet. Hotel itself is okay. Still being built it seems and the kinks aren’t all out yet. Not the greatest decor or comfortable furniture. No shower in our room, a big jacuzzi tub that would take an hour or two to fill and then would never drain. Breakfast buffet is cold. After a days outing we came back to our room still not cleaned at 3:45. Maybe some of the staff standing around downstairs could help with cleaning, lol. I think the hotel will be good once it’s got a few things figured out. The staff was very pleasant.

Good: hotel is abt 7 to 8 mins walk from Victory Monument BTS, and that this hotel is new, thus still clean. Bad: We were awaken by long and super loud fire alarm sound in the middle of the night (1am). Our door cannot be locked because of the poor workmanship(the claws got stucked and wont come out) and had to call the reception twice over the 3 days we were there. The TV programmes often hanged because of poor signal and wifi is not strong. Hotel breakfast is the same for consecutive days we were there and varieties are little.
An ok hotel if you just want to sleep and dont expect 4star service. I would rate 3stars max.

Una estancia muy agradable por una semana, personal muy servicial y atento en todo momento. La habitación espaciosa y cómoda. Hay varios canales de TV , aunque solo uno en español bastante entretenido. Cerca de transporte, aunque realmente coger taxis aquí es demasiado barato con la app geab. El hotel es muy recomendable para estar una semana y cerca hay muchas tiendas y centro comercial donde regatear. A unos 700 m está la torre baiyoke, muy aconsejable para tener cena romántica en el piso 81, es un buffet y la reserva es por la web. El desayuno del hotel es siempre el mismo, pero muy variado, aunque lo clasificó más como comida que desayuno. Pero muy bien para cuando te levantes y te sientas con hambre, incluso tiene una persona haciéndote huevos de diferentes formas, según al gusto. En definitiva volveríamos a este hotel por si situación y prestaciones. Gracias por su buen trabajo.
