Hotel reception reminded me of my meeting time for my land tour without me asking and even rang my hotel room the night before to make sure I remember. It will be great if they provide tooth brush and tooth paste. What i didnt like was the heater which is not working well in my room.

The palace is really good for shopping lovers and surrounding area is always market and crowded. The location of the hotel is in the corner of the marker which makes really comfortable . Staffs are as always friendly and its budget travelers recommendable palace.

The room is ok and cleanness what not so great - there towel had a stain mark and floor was dirty. I asked for an iron but surprisingly they do not have a single iron in the hotel. I paid Bhatt 1400 per night and I think with that price you will be able to find better hotels around the vicinity.

Hotel is close to the Pratunam Market, but I will not recommend walking to Phaya Thai BTS station, the street is quite and feel unsecured. Room & bed is comfortable, worth the price I paid. Receptionist allowed to check in early when i reach around 11.30am, breakfast not much choice. No kettle in the room, I need to go 2nd floor to take the hot water for cup mee :P

First of all, the location is very hard to find, it is inside the alley, not straight road but you need to turn here and there so that you can finally find this hotel, took about 15mins distance to the BTS station. Plus, the alley will be very dark in the night, totally very dangerous. We actually booked this hotel due to clean surrounding and modern design. However, this is just the only point that made us satisfied. The shower heater is really problematic, suddenly cold suddenly too hot, it is very hard to adjust and maintain the suitable temperature that you want. The hotel did provide the kettle but very funny point is that, they did not provide the cable for the kettle, and yeah you need to go down to the reception counter (since they did not problem any phone number) to ask them for hot water. There is a counter for their taxi driver, the taxi driver for this hotel did gave us a very bad experience as the person is so unfriendly and made us reluctant to book with him! Breakfast in the morning is quite good, just a suggestion to those waiters, they should always check and refill the foods, not that waiting the customers to ask you to refill, please do something automatically. Overall, I can said this is a very bad experience.

It was a short stay but much better than it was back in 2014. Hotel has been upgraded. I like the new look in the lobby and in the cafe on the second floor..... something nice to look at. But would be nice to paint the walls but overall, I had a good time. Staff was great too.

The hotel itself is very old, not only exterior as well as the interior. The attitude of the front desk staff is very unfriendly during my check-in. There is no electric water heater or kettle inside the room for us to boil hot water. We need to bring a thermo flask to the lobby and follow the hotel staff to the kitchen to take hot water. And the thermo flask was DIRTY without cleaning at all as there were still coffee stain inside the thermo. The hygiene standard is very unacceptable. There are some better and new hotels around this hotel so I do not recommend staying here.

Terrible Hotel in Thailand

i travel to many countries and stayed at many hotels but i can tell you the true that this hotel is terrible in my life. check in terrible staff not friendly and talking like ignorant of hospitality industry. housekeeping staff who always chasi g us to leave the room for cleaning, restaurant staff more stupid while my cousine is sick in room and just to bring some left food from my breakfast for them but staff said like \"eat at this area if take out charge\" what's a terrible in my life? never stay again!

3 nights in old hotel

The receptionist treated us coldly and rude throughout the stay. Rooms are old, dirty and dark. Mites were found on the bed and side tables. There is only a total of 5 dim lightings in the whole room including the toilet. The flushing was a bit slow and difficult to flush. We were given the last room along the corridor and next to the stairs. We saw other guests smoking on the stair which is right in front of our room entrance. The soundproof of the room was poor. We can hear other guests slamming the door and talking outside our room clearly. We can also hear the construction workers talking outside our window as there is a construction site just right in front of the hotel and our room window. We were given only 1 key which made us felt unsecured as it can be easily be opened by others.
Breakfast was cold and limited choices were offered. Wifi was a hassle as we will need to take new wifi login details from the unfriendly receptionists every 24 hours after the first login.
The only positive point of this hotel might be the location. Two 7-11 can be found within 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Platinum Mall and Pratunam Market are roughly 10 minutes walk away.

Good breakfast, location and value of money

Made me addicted to shopping because as soon as I stepped out of the hotel, products with very low prices are all over. Shoppers from all over the world are checked-in at the hotel so get used of ethnic diversity. The hotel was not sound proofed which is common to most buildings in Thailand. But because it's not so crowded, the noise was so minimal which added to guests' comfort.

Hotel was relatively clean. Breakfast at the coffee shop was nice with a reasonable range of food daily. Hotel was 10mins walk to the BTS and was also walkable distance to Platinum Fashion Mall and Siam area. There were many yummy eateries, food stalls and 7-11 store just around the hotel.

However, air conditioning in the room was malfunctioning and the temperature was freezing cold. There's also no safe in every room, the safe is the hotel reception area. There's a massage parlor at the hotel lobby, where the hotel staff can also do the massage at your room.

Although staff helpful the room and hotel was dark and dingy - felt like we were sleeping in a concrete coffin. Breakfast minimal and poor standard.
Not hotels fault but construction work outside window meant a very noisy and dusty environment.

Where do i start. I Liked the location of the hotel as it was a walking distance to the pratunam market and nice restaurants. As soon as i got into my room there was visible dirt underneath the table and as the two bed were joined together,after seperating them there was so much dirt on the floor that hadn't been swept in a long time. There was always a bad smell coming from the bathroom all the time.the air conditioning was great. Breakfast was warm and the tea didn't taste like tea and there was never anyone around to request the food to be heated. The coffee cups in the café had the same odor as the bathrooms not sure why so i couldn't drink anything there but had to go out somewhere else for coffee. Any time a front desk staff volunteered to help me either hold the elevator door while i push my things in, he would automatically hope in the elevator and go with me to the my floor and to my room even though i would state that i was okay and didn't need help and as soon as i walk in my room he would stand at the door and wait to be tipped. I found that very unprofessional. Other than that the price was resonable and some staff were very nice and polite. There's alot that needs to be done to improve that hotel. The name of the hotel will catch your attention but you will be shocked by it's conditions. Not bad for someone who's out of the hotel for the most part of the day.

Firstly location of the hotel is too deserted. Located nearing to one of the corner in a small alley which you will miss out if you are not careful. The taxi driver that I hired couldn't locate the hotel. Secondly the hotel had a very unpleasant smell. Worst still there are cockroach in the hotel!! Which I personally think it is very unacceptable. Along the corridor, the place don't give you a feel of the air is ventilating well. You can smell whatever next door is eating just outside your door as well as the hotel mouldy smell. Thirdly, if you requires hot water, you need to get to downstair where the canteen is to collect the hot water. Air conditional controller had break down and no one bother to service it. Therefore resulting the room to be too cold. An advise is that do not depend on their free provided wifi cause it's way too slow. Lastly, if you intend to go to shopping mall around the hotel, either that you walk the long stretch of alley which takes up about 10-15mins or that you book a cab which is even better.

Impossible to adjust the water heater, either scalding hot or super cold.
Wifi was intermittent.
Room temperature couldnt be adjusted, we ended up turning off e aircon. The fleece blankets smelled funny.

Wirh Pratunam market at the doorstep and a complimentary breakfast worth thinking about a stay. But considering that you might not use the puny pool and broken deckchairs there is better in this price range. BTS Ratchathewi 15 min. On foot. Phayathai accessible after a 7 min walk along the railroad tracks. I would not stay there anymore.

Good location but don't expect much

Location is the only good thing, 7-11 and street food just around the corner. Walking distance to platinum mall. Hotel front desk is unfriendly, requested to extend check out by an hour at 1pm and they did not allow, said we had to pay for half day till 6pm which we didn't need. Room facing the road was noisy due to traffic and construction opposite, aircon was extremely cold, shower temperature difficult to control. Toilet amenities provided was bad, no toothbrush and the same colourless liquid for body and shampoo. Housekeeping staff will knock on your door in the morning as they want to clean the room. No \"do not disturb\" sign to hang. Breakfast is very limited and the same everyday, not hot and very slow in replenishing. Will not recommend, there are others better in this area.

Really pleased with this place. The staff were smart, friendly and helpful. The hotel is modern and clean throughout. They serve good food and good choice at breakfast. It is very close to the Rail Air link and a night market. 7/11 just down the road. Also some staff specifically dedicated to helping you get transport. I had trouble one morning getting a taxi on the meter or a fair tuktuk so I went back to the hotel and the taxi consierge came outside with me to help me. The pool is a bit small but a nice touch and you can watch the sunset from the roof. Also walking distance to Sky hotel if you want to go to the Sky Bar. 5 minute taxi to mbk if that's your sort of thing. Room was clean and well equipt although our double was two singles pushed together, which pushed away from each other equally as well through the night. I'm certain there are proper double beds so just ask.

種類はすくないですが、無料の朝食があり、良かったです！コーヒーやジュースを飲むだけでも利用したらいいと思います。
あと、チェックイン時にWi-Fiのパスワードをもらいましたが、3日間有効と書いてあり、滞在日に満たなかったので、大丈夫かな？と思ったのですが、３日経った時にフロントに言ったらちゃんと新しいものをくれました！
部屋は綺麗ですが、アメニティーがシャンプーキャップ、小さな石鹸、シャンプー兼ボディーソープしかありません。ですが、近くのコンビニで歯ブラシと歯磨き粉、シャンプー、リンス、ボディーソープを買ってきたので、快適でした。
問題はシャワーの温度調節です。ちょうどいい温度ではキープできません。熱すぎたり、冷たすぎたりしてしまうので、ちょっとコツがいりります。
あと、エアコンも…つけたら寒すぎてしまうくらいなので、つけたり消したりしていました。

ホテルのスタッフはちゃんと仕事をする人たちだなと思いました。愛想はあまりないかもしれれませんが、ドアを開けてくれたり、食事処を綺麗にしたり、頑張ってくれていたと思います。慣れれば快適に過ごせるので、もう一度泊まってもいいかなぁーと思いました！

目の前にファミマ、1.2分歩いたところにセブン、３分くらい歩いたところにフットマッサージがたくさんありました！ホテルにも一つフットマッサージ店が付属しており、いずれもハッピーアワー（オープンから夕方くらいまで）は1時間200バーツと激安でした！！

少し歩きますが、歩いてでもビックCに行けます！私たちは歩いてホテルの周りで飲食や買い物を楽しんでいました！細かいことをあまり気にしないなら、おすすめです！

五つ星ホテル等にもよく泊まりますが、ここはお値段が安いです。これくらいで大丈夫という人は、とりあえず安全なホテルですので、宿泊されたらいいと思います！！

外観は古いみたいですが、バスタブはあるし、水圧も悪くないです。朝食は、一応ソーセージとか卵料理もあります。一階にマッサージあり、ここの人もフロントの人もフレンドリーです。部屋のドアに亀裂があったのと、水漏れ、タオルがバスタオルだけ、wifiが滞在日数分ないのが気になりましたが、値段の割りにはいい方だと思いました。

ホテル周辺には沢山の飲食店、マッサージ店、コンビニ、早朝マーケットやナイトマーケット等あり便利です。
お部屋もバスタブがありシャワーの水圧も良いです。

Hotelli on ihan OK. Hyvä sijainti Lyhyt matka asemalle ja kuappakeskuksille. Wi-Fi toimi huonosti ja pätki jatkuvasti. Uima-allas oli suljettu. Illallinen hotellin ravintolassa oli tosi edullinen, vaikkei mikään erikoinenkaan.
