Location right outside pratunam market, many shopping options. There are also many 7-eleven, eateries, cafes and street food around. It rained during our stay and managed to borrow umbrellas from the hotel staff. The breakfast buffet is basic - Thai cuisine, pancakes, bread, salad, fruits etc.

Unfortunately, the cleaniness of our room can be improved. Our room toilet sink has a lot of ants and seems to be hidding inside the gaps between the sink and counter top. No room slippers provided, but you can request from reception.

A good hotel in a horrible area. From the pictures you would assume the hotel’s surroundings match its interior. The neighbourhood is very chaotic: cars going either way, motorbikes charging down the road, people walking in the middle of the road and market stalls all in the same confined area. It was quite dangerous. You must stay alert at all times. My children's feet were almost run over by careless drivers on many occasions.

Walking distance from BTS, but the route to hotel was really difficult to walk. Streets and roads are really crowded and narrow. However the hotel itself is really nice. Definitely will come back again

Went with family of 8. Very clean and new. Daily room make up is impeccable. Breakfast is generous too. My family is happy. You do have to be careful walking to main street as the small lanes are full of passing vehicles.

The location is good, very near to Pratunam market. This was my 2nd time staying there. I was unfortunate given a room with the air conditioning set that makes noises and not cold enough. I requested to changed room after the first night as i couldnt sleep due to the noise through out the night. However my request was not entertained. They sent a technician which couldnt communicate well in English, \"10 minutes\" he told us and nothing happened after that. Luckily it was just 2 nights stay.

It was a pleasant stay at Spenza hotel, close proximity to street food, shopping. Albeit the heavy traffic outside hotel at times, there are always taxis and tuktuks available. Just opp around the corner has a family mart and around 30m away there's a big 7-11. Room was clean, the only down side was the placement of the aircon. Due to the placement, the air blows directly at your head-resting area, making it uncomfortable and the room takes quite awhile to be cool. Nonetheless, a satisfied stay.

Location wise is not great, walk 15 minutes to Platinum Mall on a heavy traffic street is not ideal for old folks. Please be careful, very narrow walkway on the street with plenty of cars in and out both ways.

Got knock by a on coming car from behind and hit my elbow and driver didn't even bother to check if I was ok and he drove off.

Only consolation is there are plenty of massage parlours all around this hotel.

I will not return to this hotel.

I had such and amazing experience at this hotel that I must share it! I left my gold ring in my room after checking out, and only realized it when i had arrived at the airport. I emailed Spenza immediately and got a very fast response from Ms Phanpicha who helped me locate my ring and safe keep it for me till my next visit. Needless to say I will definitely be staying in this hotel again, not just for my ring, but also because of their friendly service, the fantastic local area with lots of food choices, convenience stores (they have family mart and 7-11 nearby) and massage parlours. Also compliments to the bellboy that was working on 22nd May 2019 (the young cute one lol), he was extremely helpful when our grab was taking a long time to show up (helped us talk to the driver who did not speak any english). It was really a great experience of the Thai hospitality we love so much!

Wrote in requesting for early check in at least 1 week earlier from arrival but there was no response from hotel. Check with front desk and they were not interested in answering my Enquiry just tried to push me off by ignoring the qns. Front line request for a security deposit ~SGD$50 but this was not stated in the booking website and obviously I’m not happy since the extra money I have is for contingency usage when I’m overseas! Should have let me know earlier so I can prepare in advance rather than catching me off guard. The kettle in the room was dirty and I have to request for a change but still as bad. the kettle cover can hardly be covered. Any attempt to use it was like trying to set off a bomb. Pillow cases has stains on them and hotel towels has strains of cotton coming off the towels ( super used towels) and they are still using it. My pillow cover is stained with some brown stuff and they didn’t realize? The double bed combine into one queen size bed was strange... the power point was so far away that I can’t charge my phone while leaving on my bed and yet they only provide 1 bedside table...
on the day of Check out, at 12.40pm i went up to the room to realize that our card access was denied. Went down to front desk again and they just say it a technical glitch & I for another 10 mins allowance since they have caused inconvenience and delay to us and the staff response was PLS BE ON TIME AS LATE CHECK OUT IS ALREADY AN PRIVILEDGE.

The bed was really comfortable! Shower pressure was strong and the room was clean. Location is fantastic in Pratunam district, only about 5-10 minutes walk away from major shopping malls like Platinum Mall. Overall happy with the stay and will stay again in the future. We really enjoyed our stay at Spenza Hotel. We spent 3 nights there. The location was great ! It felt very modern, clean and the staff was very helpful and understood us. Location was great for shopping and close to Neon Night Market (about 15-20 mins walk). We liked it so much that we booked it again for the end of our trip. Wi-fi was ok, but speeds weren't fast sometimes. Also there was only 1 pillow per bed (we had 2 double beds), but the mattresses were very comfortable. We also appreciated the mini-fridge which was great for keeping our drinks very cold! We got a room that wasn't on the main street, which was great because it felt more quiet.

Hotel room only have one pillow per bed. Which gets uncomfortable at night due to the pillow being flat as well.

Hotel service was good and staffs was friendly. Safe deposit box was not properly check by staff and was lock with a password from previous guest.

Everything else was okay and good. Local area near to 7-11 and family mart and easy to walk to markets and malls.

Getting a taxi/tuk-tuk is not a problem as they are always infront of the hotels touting. But still advisable to get a GrabCar due to price and convenient.

Hotel will be rated 3.8/5 by me but its still worth for the price i am paying. Will still come back here again next time.

It’s not my first time in this hotel. This is my 3rd time in this hotel. The location of the hotel is good. Lots of massage parlor and eateries are all nearby. The staff are friendly and helpful. But the disadvantage of the hotel they only provide one key, requested for another but was informed they don’t have enough keys. For once when I asked for late check out, they said I need to pay for the late check out. And to my surprise, a guy checked in at the same time as me was allowed late check out without extra cost and was given the spare key. No basis regulations in the hotel. Pretty upset.

Decent Hotel nearby Pratunam market and 7-11

We are staying in a 3 persons bedroom. Room size is decent big enough for us and our luggages. Long table and shelf to put our shopping hauls. Hotel staffs are well verse in english and friendly. 2 convenience stores nearby, family mart and 7-11. Pratunam market and some massage parlor within walking distance. Breakfast is okay but we have had better rice soup elsewhere, so this is just basic. We didnt have time to explore the surrounding area so can't comment much. Overall a okay stay.

New hotel, very good stay, located about 5 - 8mins behind Pratunam which you can cross through alleys to get through (lots of restaurants, street foods and shops and at least three 7 eleven/family marts right at your hotel!)

Room was clean and splendid, love the open concept cupboard and toilet was big, spacious with divider glass door for shower. (also love that there's a stained glass corner portion which allows light to emit through when it's dark at night to get to the toilet)

Staffs were friendly and you get a gentle slip of reminder under your door on your last night of stay reminding you of things to note for check out.

Only little issue was the corridor being too thin. Could hear the kids/family talking pretty loudly every morning which became our alarm clocks.

Do also note tuk tuk and taxi outside your hotel will scam you easily for 200 baht, just walk 8mins to the main road and there are a plenty whom will on the meter for you. (even up to 500baht for airport - by someone wearing a hotel shirt. But staffs at counter did advise to call for grab and not use the taxi service)

Nice clean hotel, would recommend and stay there again!

P.S. The famous wanton mee is just 8mins walk while you are walking to Pratunam
