The room is very small. There is no breakfast service. There is no laundry service. As such, not the best value for money.

This is my 2nd stay at this hotel. As usual, the room is very clean and simple.

The staff are friendly and very helpful. I was offered a brolly when it was raining by a female staff (didn't get her name). I requested for an extra pillow from staff Ae and he offered 2, but i just needed 1 and the pillow was sent immediately. Keep up the good work!

For shopping, there are big malls around this vicinity like Big C, Central World, Siam Paragon, MBK, etc (walking distance).

Will stay here again.

Hotel stay 4 nights

Hotel room is clean; basic and have all the essentials. They have this weird policy on having to unplug electrical applicances before leaving the room. Room is abit dark, with only yellow lights at certain spots in the room and windows are frosted. Location wise, there is a whole row of massage shops nearby, and 7eleven downstairs so is convenient. BTS is not too near not too far, about 15mins walk away as hotel is situated between 2 BTS station.

Location is 10 mins away from Platinum fashion mall which is ideal. And with sooo many massage palours along the same street, you can easy step into one on your way back to the hotel after supper. But if it is your first time staying, it can be a headache getting there because it is somewhere between Ratchaprarop and Phaya Thai station (airport rail link). It's nearer to the former actually and the best (and safest) way to get to the hotel is to take a 10-15 min walk through the Pratunam morning/night market area from Ratchaprarop station. There is a shortcut if you walk along the train tracks but I wouldn't advise it because its filled with pebbles and is pretty secluded. Even if my feet could take it my luggage couldn't. Also the sound insulation at the hotel is terrible. I could hear people talking in the next room, and yes, it is possible to listen in on their conversation if you wanted to. In the morning, I could also hear housekeeping staff chatting along the corridor. At night, I could hear the loud construction noises going on outside. Needless to say while the bed was very comfy, I didn't get much quality sleep. Other than that, the service and level of hospitality provided by the staff is great.

Checking into and out from the hotel is fast and easy. Location is walking distance to market and town. Wifi in the hotel room is good. TV programme selection in the hotel are many with Local and soccer/ movies/ entertainers TV shows) Aircon in our rooms acceptable. Overall for us is enjoyable and acceptable during our stay 3days. Very decent and affordable hotel, air-con works great. Staff are generally welcoming, and very friendly.

However we was not used to the water pressure of the showerhead as there was not a lot of water flow, so shower took more time.

Location is very convenient, nearby 7-11 and Family Mart convenient stores.

One of the staff, giant service is very good. He is very knowledgable and helpful throughout our stay. Location wasn't very convenient. Is a long walk away from malls but very near to Pratunam morning Market. There is a 7-eleven near door. Don't expect too much. Room looked like B&B. Daily room keeping wasn't up to standard. Hair were still around in toilet and walking areas. No toothbrush given automatically. We asked then they delivered. Getting grab here is difficult - Unsure what was the reason. Maybe location is difficult to find? We don't have difficulty getting grab in other places.

What more can you ask for. This hotel is perfect. Situated just few steps away from the shopping heaven Pratunam with lots of option for Thai massages as it provides you with all the basic needs. Nice and very clean hotel. Staff are very friendly and services are also good. The pillows which are uncomfortable being too high which cant have a good sleep through out. We drag to walk through the lane to and fro and can be quite dangerous with two ways traffic. We were also warned by staff to be careful with our bags as there are many motor bikes thieves snatching bags.

Located in a nice area, with an easy 10 minute walk to the Ratchathewi BTS sky train station. This hotel is nestled close to the Pratunam Market of Bangkok and near to countless stores, restaurants and street food vendors. My room was large in size, very comfortable and clean. Hotel staff were always friendly, helpful and kind during my entire 16 day stay there. Staff at the front desk effortlessly made several guided day tour reservations for me. Every morning housekeepers left two bottles of spring water in my room, which was both very much appreciated and helpful to me. Staff did everything possible to make sure my entire stay was both enjoyable and pleasant. Front desk staff, doormen and restaurant employees were always most welcoming and very polite. All of the hotel staff treated me just like family while I was away from home. Front Desk staff were so amazing, friendly and always helpful, which ensured that my entire stay there was exceptional. Also, I really appreciated the excellent directions they gave to me for getting to numerous sightseeing locations in various parts of Bangkok. I am very happy with my accommodations at the Lemontea Hotel. It has a good location and I definitely would stay there again during a future visit.

nice hotel and very near distance of convenient store (7-eleven just beside the hotel). If you want to buy clothes, you can just walk down to Pratunam Market (400m from hotel) and if you want a relaxation, go for massage. the fees are cheap and you can compare along the street. Not far away, there is also Family Mart. but due to long history of the road, it is narrow. so beware when you are walking.

Outlook of hotel was good and decided to book it. But the rooms were not that pleasant, it was those apartment kind of rooms. Rooms only have 1 charging socket. the air con compressor for each room is just outside the room yard, and its noisy so i can't really sleep well at night. no tissues boxes at all and expect us to use the toilet rolls at the toilet. Usually other hotels will provide additional bottled mineral water upon request but this hotel charges you got additional bottles. Separately, there's no driveway for your grab drivers so its a bit of inconvenient to call grab. And the dressing table is right beside the door and the whole room has only got very dim yellow lights. so the whole experience was unpleasant as i was expecting something better as the price is similar to Klub or Tarawish which was good hotels i have stayed in. Also, the previous hotels i stayed offered shuttle services to BTS or certain convenient pick up points which is quite a beneficial thing but this hotel does not have it. The experience was not exactly horrible but i will not be staying here again considering that there are so many better hotels at this price range.

This is a great place to base yourself, the street is busy with plenty of massage places and easy access to everythibg that the Pratunum area has to offer. There is a 7-11 almost next door which was so handy. Walk to the end of the street and you are right near plenty of food options.
The hotel is spotless, quiet and comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast with food freshly cooked on request. The staff were so friendly and helpful, a huge shout out to the lovely young guy on reception who spent endless time with us, as we tried to book a GRAB taxi. He was so patient and helpful, all in all a very nice stay., we would stay here again in a heartbeat.
