Rooms are so old & badly needs updating. Carpet & hallways smell. Service was very good though. Staff are very polite and gracious. Breakfast buffet was good.

Room is dated, the bed and pillow needs to be stuffed. Feels like a hollow pillow. Hot water n water pressures are gf, air con extremely good. But there seemed to have tiny roaches ard whenever u bring food into the room. Not sure where they came from but if u dont eat in the rooms thy wont come out.

Other than the need to immediately move the 1st night due to an AC water leak in the room, our stay was good. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The breakfast buffet was always good with several food selections and the staff were friendly.

We had a 1 bedroom suite and it was quite spacious and nice to have an actual lounge to sit in with friends.

Also 2 toilets so that was a bonus.

The room had some age and could probably do with a refresh, otherwise suffice.

In the middle of everything so a great location and would definitely recommend if you want to be near everything as well as access to the sky train to get around if you need to go further!

Very old hotel with mouldy scent at levels. Even when you try to dry your clothes in the room, it dried with the musky smell. Facilities are really old. Usable of course, just the unbearable smell that would cause an allergy if you're very allergic to smell.

Let me start with the room that was given to me ont the 4th floor. the conditions the smell in the hallways we're not pleasant.i had to request a different room and an upgrade was given. I was sent to the 19th floor room #1923

The hotel’s location is excellent and made it very convenient to explore the surrounding area. The staff were friendly and helpful, and room service was prompt and satisfying.

However, the hotel is definitely showing its age. While everything was clean and functional, some updates to the facilities would improve the overall experience.

That said, the service and location were great, making it a decent choice for a comfortable stay.

Lobby was nice but rooms very very basic and need redecorated. The beds were like sleeping on bricks. I had to check it was an actual mattress under the sheets…lol. Excellent location across from CentralwOrld and staff were great but wouldn’t stay here again, even for one night.

One of the worst hotel that i have stayed in my entire life. The room is extremely dirty with many tiny cockroaches , very dusty and very smelly. Mushy and mouldy smell on the corridor and room from the carpet. Toilet is with high bathtubs without any shower hose , dangerous to get up and down. Brown shower curtain. Truly disgusting.

Property is old and not maintained. Firstly, room was very rundown and had cobwebs at corners of the walls. There was also no proper power points for phone charging. The only available points were behind the curtains which were in assessable. Secondly, bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. Thirdly, which is the worst and it is totally not acceptable as there were small cockroaches crawling around the room. We even managed to catch a few everyday and my husband has taken quite a few photos of them. We requested for room change but were rejected as they claimed they had no spare rooms. On our 3rd night we had no hot water to shower as their hot water system was spoiled. Only then they offered to change room for us. The room was slightly better than the previous. However bathtub was leaking. After a shower, the bathroom was flooded with water.
This hotel is the most horrible accommodation that we had stayed before. Not to even mention, it is listed as a 4-star hotel. The stay gave us a very bad experience and an unforgettable one. We will never return.

Cockroach infested and haunted

The rooms smelled bad, and were infested with cockroaches! My first room (1224) felt haunted as the lights would work/not work for no reason, there were tapping noises on the table, the phone would ring randomly… and I finally asked for a change when I saw baby cockroaches. The 2nd room felt less creepy but had larger sized baby cockroaches.

Awesome Location but Terrible Rooms

With such an awesome location, the operators really should modernise their rooms. Some of the rooms bring me back to the 80s. I was moved to a better renovated room which is really appreciated but the condition was not up to today's standard. They renovated only parts of the renovated room, and it was obvious. I love the location but i think i would skip this hotel for my next trip to bkk. Very disappointing indeed.

Hotel have good location but very old and rundown.
Shower need to climb into and stand on bathtub then climb out of bathtub again which is dangerous as bathtub is slippery.
Shower head is very dirty full of mold and most of the hole are block by dirt.
Wall tiles around shower area are also very dirty with mold.
3 pin Power socket are behind the curtain. Need to keep the curtain open in order to use the power socket.
Carpet are dirty and dusty.
Toothbrush and shaver are not provide.
Small bottle shower gel and shampoo were only provided on day 1 & day 3. Not replenished on day 2.
2 bottle of water were provided on day 1 and day 3. Not replenished on day 2.
Power socket beside the basin for electric shaver are broken with wire expose which is very dangerous.

The condition of the room assigned at the beginning was in very bad condition. First the TV was down so were the fridge and the two lights along the TV side. There were cockroaches along the trimmings near the ceiling. I called the night duty manager but no one came to fix the problems. The next day I went to talk to the receptionist and they changed my room straight away. The room was good. Overall, the location of this hotel is excellent. The service staff and polite and helpful.

Whilst the hotel staffs are extremely friendly, it is the room that needs more attention.
Rooms are very old. Had problems with electric sockets which are located beneath the table.
The bathroom looks very old and it is quite dirty too.
Door to the room has many scratches. Door bell doesn't work.
There is a smell at the corridors.
If one comes out from the lift at night, it looks scarily eerie.
Overall experience, not too good.

I had roaches in my room. Turned the lights on and watched them run all over the place! At first glance it appears decent but once we got to the room it was a disaster! Run down old I bet it looked real good in the 80’s but it probably hasn’t been touched since.

The hotel is in dire need of an upgrade and renovation as it’s quite run down and jaded. There was a dead cockroach in our bathroom when we checked in and it remained there for the few days we were there even though the housekeeping cleaned our room each day. The selection at the buffet breakfast was pretty limited with some items not replenished quick enough to meet demand. Also, ventilation in the cafe was poor probably from the bacon being fried in the cafe instead of inside the kitchen. As a result, the smell of fried food enveloped us from head to toe even after we left the cafe.

The room given did not match the photos advertised on the website, which is false advertisement. Our room was nothing like what was shown.
The first room we were given had a cockroach crawling on the wall, staff switched rooms straight away but it wasn’t any better. The rooms are still old, it smelt horrible, bathroom had limescale and did not feel comfortable at all.

The only good thing was the massage parlour in the hotel. And it was walkable distance to show and restaurants. And so lucky we were only staying there for a night.

Definately would not recommend especially for the price paid.

1st booked a room for 4 nights - the room on 7th floor was in real bad shape. No toothbrush, need to go down to reception to request. Extended 1 more night. Insisted on changing room was given 18th floor the room was great BUT toilet door cannot close and the shower head were shattered. Besides the location NOTHING great about the hotel. Used to be my go to hotel in BKK. Sad to say I will never stay in this hotel anymore

DO NOT BELEIVE THE RATINGS!!!

The reception staff was RUDE not only to us, but also other guests. Our room wasn't ready on arrival @ 3pm, we had to wait 1 hour. The room WAS NOT cleaned properly - We found HAIR in our bed and bathroom. The beds feels like a wooden board. The carpets feel grimy and smell BAD. Everything is outdated and run down. The halls are dark and smell like mold. Walls are thin, we heard people next door ALL night. They begrudgingly gave us another room after kindly complaining, but this room wasn't any better. THANK GOODNESS we only paid for 1 night. We even paid for 2 breakfast buffets, but checked out as soon as we woke up and skipped breakfast because after reading some reviews, we decided it was the smarter and safest choice.

Only saving grace was their location.
