Location. For a short stay and price is good. The small I booked is small and clean. Basic amenities. Nice size bathroom and shower. Good water pressure with hot/cold water. The air is nice and cool. My room has no window but that's good for me because I need complete darkness when I'm sleeping. The wall is thin so I hear everything so bring ear plugs, it helps decrease some sound. People need to be more considerate and not slammed the door so loud knowing other people is still sleeping especially early in the morning or late in the night. Overall the location is good for people wanting to shops. It does has many construction all around the Pratunam area because they are building underground train. The street is quite but the tourists are not. Certain hotel just have certain type of people staying as well. I traveling all around Thailand and Bangkok so I got to experience different groups of travelers and their families. Unfortunately in tourists area is more of rudeness and I don't care kind of attitude. I don't know if these people behave this way back in their own country.

Did not like: thin walls, hallway does not absorb noise, no breakfast, stairs have no railing to hold on to for the most part-not safe.

We stayed here because we had an application for a visa close by. We decided to cut short our 3 night stay after one night because the room was tiny and the traffic was terrible for getting in and out. We thought we might miss our flight out of BKK so opted to stay at a hotel closer to the airport that was a lot more luxurious and eat the cost.

Very good location as everything is in walking distance range. I took Deluxe king room which is of average size but other rooms are small, but price is right for location. Tanya on frontdesk is polite and helpful, cleaning staff is also hardworking compared to ther hotels I stayed in Thailand.

Hotel is pretty basic. Looks more like a dorm room than a hotel room. Shower was horrible, it was either ice cold or boiling hot. We ended up switching to another hotel.

Got bitten by bed bugs. Also there was a musky smell in the room . Also all the used towels in the cart was piled up outside my room… not the cleanest place. If you value cleanliness look elsewhere.
Probably wouldn’t be a return customer. Staff was friendly though

Spotlessly clean, friendly helpful staff. A 7-11 just around the corner. Perfect for my needs. If you are looking for a full service hotel, this is not it. If you want a great room, air conditioned, with a fridge - with lots of shopping in the vicinity, then this is for you. My second week (of 2) was spent mostly in the hotel room due to Covid-19 lockdown. Using the Grab app, I was able to order all my food.

Is a relatively new hotel located conveniently within minutes to the wholesale shopping malls and food.. We have opted for a balcony room and was assigned a 5th flr corner which was hot. Guess the hotel is aware of the condition, hence issue a room key to be inserted to keep the aircon running throughout.
There's always a small pool of water to pass by before the entrance to the hotel.
Also lacking of hooks in toilet to hang up clothes.

I like the location of the hotel as it is right beside Platinum Mall (just 2 lanes away). The service personnel are very approachable. The housekeepers are always friendly. The 'bellboy' is always prompt and helpful.

What I do not like is uncontrollable water temperature during shower. It's either too hot of too cold, and is not able to keep a consistent temperature. The drainage in the shower room seems to be clogged up. The water is draining so slowly that it floods a little during shower. I also think the size of the room is a lot smaller than shown in the photos.

Overall, the price is affordable. It would have been a perfect stay if not for the issues stated.

Good customer service to all the staff on duty

We have book 2 rooms from 4th Jan to 8th Jan. One of the room AC was not functioning well (not cold for our comfort). After reporting the issue, the staff (reception) suggest to monitor further on its condition while we proceed with our sight tour and dinner. We return almost midnight and very glad that they have reserved for us another upgraded New room despite of our several joint check on the existing room - to verify the setting of the AC temperature. Their positive attitude and customer service is greatly commendable and appreciated. Our 2 rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. They are very polite and good customer orientated.

Convenient location, and most major shopping areas at Pratunam are within walking distance. Love the massage shop next to the hotel.
Wall between rooms and the room’s door are too thin. You can hear noises of other guest room close their door, walking pass by the room, etc.

We chose Balcony King and was given a corner room. The balcony was merely an empty space for an aircon compressor. The room was hotter than a sauna and had both morning sun and afternoom sun. The aircon air was warm and couldn't cool the room at all, I had to open the balcony door for cooler air from outside!
the walls and doors were super thin, I could even hear footsteps and talking from the corridor. Only redemption was a clean room.
Overall very bad experience. I will not stay here again.

Very close and accessible to Platinum Mall! Cabs can drive in to pick/drop you, which is a plus!

Butler was very friendly and helpful, helping to unload/load your luggages without being asked to.

Room was smaller than pictured, but still very spacious.

Downside would be that the mattress was hard whereas the pillow was too soft.. an odd combination. Sound proofing is also not there as you can hear your neighbors strolling down the common way and opening/closing their doors. If your neighbors are considerate, there won’t be much of a problem. We got really inconsiderate neighbors talking and laughing loudly through the night...

Very very small room, no amenities, no breakfast options, no window in my room, no conditioner (only shampoo). If you are looking for a very small room to spend a night or two or are only looking for a bed to sleep in and a shower because you will be out of the hotel for most of the day, this is an option for you. I was hoping to relax a bit more in the room after spending 2 weeks around Thailand, so this was not the most comfortable for me. The bed was not comfortable at all but the facility was very clean and had water bottles, Coca Cola, and Chang beer for sale in the lobby.

What I like best about this hotel is its location. Very very near to Platinum Mall. There are food stalls near the hotel too, especially in the day.
The staff are most polite & helpful. Rooms are clean but rather small. Can't complain as the location is great & value for money!
Another plus point is there is massage center just next to the hotel, which is quite ok. After the massage, we could just get back to our rooms for the nite. Great convenience...

Overall room is spacious, clean and pleasant. Daily cleaning was perfectly done. Though bed might be slightly on the harder side. It was rather noisy during midnight as there is people working outside sorting out metal stuff. Also, the sound of footsteps from upstairs also can be heard. Improvement on sound proofing the room is much needed.
Staff is helpful, friendly and speaks good English.

This hotel is a stone throw from Platinum Mall and many various malls/night markets. Easy access to many places. However, do note to check ALL the furnitures when checking into the hotel in case there is any misunderstanding when checking out with damaged furniture like what we experienced though we were not charged for the damaged in the end (upon checking in, the damaged furniture was already there). Otherwise, this hotel is pretty value for money given the good location.

I may be back for its location, not for the room.

The room is super small without a window. There is no elevator to the 6th floor so I have to walk down the stairs. Good thing is there is a bill boy to carry your suitcase. Location is great, just 5 minutes walk tot the Central World. The wholesale fashion market is just the next building. There is also a Foot Heaven massage shop next door closes at 1am. Very great service.
