My stay at Waldorf Astoria Bangkok was exceptional from start to finish. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to providing outstanding service. Every detail from the beautifully designed rooms to the immaculate cleanliness ,reflected true five star accommodation . Dining was another highlight each meal was thoughtfully prepared and absolutely delicious. I also appreciated the seamless check-in/out process and the overall atmosphere of comfort and elegance.
Definitely will come back to this fantastic Hotel .

Truly amazing stay at Waldorf Astoria Bangkok. The place is nice and clean and stylish, staff are friendly and professional. The breakfast is delicious, the salad and fruits are very fresh, with lots of variety to choose from. I have been to Bangkok for so many times and have stayed in many hotels, this is the first time I wanted to come back to the same hotel again. Look forward to my next stay here!

Nicest hotel I've ever stayed at and I've traveled all over the world. What you'd expect from a 5 star luxury hotel. Amazing service and food. Great location walkable everywhere near 2 malls. One regular and one higher end. Clean, safe, amazing experience. Roof top pool wonderful views of city at night. If I go back definitely staying here again.

ホテルの方たちはどの方も皆さん笑顔でとても親切でした。バンコクの活気を感じることができる中心地の駅近ですがホテルの中に入ると落ち着いた雰囲気でゆっくりと穏やかに過ごすことができました。
チェックインは部屋で行われたりと朝食のブュッフェ以外であまり他の宿泊客と会うことがなくプライベート感がありました。
朝食はいただいたものはどれもとても美味しく、細かなことにも気がついてくださったりスタッフの方々の心配りも素晴らしかったです。
お夕飯で訪れたホテル内のタイ料理レストランもとても美味しかったです。またホテル外のレストランにも行きたいところに行きやすい立地でいろいろと楽しめました。
室内は設備も新しくとても清潔感があり嫌な気持ちになることはありませんでした。
部屋からはセントラルワールドやBTSの二つの路線がちょうど交わる景色が見えました。
最寄駅へのアクセスもよく充実した旅行になりました。バンコクに行く時にはまた宿泊したいです。

Check in at the upper level. The incidental fee for a 3 night check in is 18000 baht which would be released 7-14 working days upon check out. This came as a shock as previously stayed at Okura Prestige and Sofitel and the incidental fee were never this excessive. I stayed in room 620 which was a deluxe king but honestly, the “city view” was a view of the multi storey carpark. I wasn’t impressed. This trip was a milestone anniversary which was fore mentioned upon booking and honestly, the half hearted gesture only came to fruition after I did my initial review with Expedia. They did come through with a Happy anniversary balloon and mango sticky rice but really, the surprise element moment was gone on day 1. Two complimentary coconuts for the duration of stay.
The bathroom was huge with Aesop products for all your toiletries needs.
Housekeeping was slow. Asked for sanitary bags and they came with garbage bags.
Turndown service offered. Change of fruits.
The buffet at the Brasserie was spread out but selection was average. Eggs and drinks were ordered on request.
The latest check out request without incurring fees was at 2pm. It was convenient given it is a a few stone throw from Centralworld and a 15 minute slow walk to Central Embassy. Grab is readily accessible. BTS is near centralworld.
Would I pay thousands of dollars to come here again? Never. Service was not on par to say the Sofitel which I would return in a heartbeat.

Where to start, the hotel was in a great location walkable to all the shopping centres, the room was lovely and comfortable, the breakfast delicious with a great choice and such a nice way to start the day, but best of all we’re all the staff. Everyone we came into contact with were friendly, professional, kind and so lovely - I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are visiting Bangkok!

we had such an amazing and relaxing time at Waldorf Astoria during our Bangkok trip. The location is super convenient near BTS station and shopping malls where we spent most of our time given it was really hot during the day.
Staffs are very friendly and welcoming and overall hotel felt so quiet with not much noise issue. There was a bit concern about construction noise for park view rooms but it was pretty negligible. Breakfast was very nice and pool was good size to use with nice view of looking over city center and park. Loft bar on the 55th floor was amazing where we watched the sunset.
Only one disappointing factor for me was in-room dining where the food was a bit average despite the expensive price vs. local price. Phad Thai was very dry and didn't meet my expectation. Other than that, the hotel itself is highly recommendable and would like to visit again!

Superb steak house top floor. Great views. Great wine list.

Very good basic rooms. The test and go, had a private nurse at the hotel for you sparing you the hospital queue.

But the service. Kindness. Authentic character of the people making the is hotel magic. Is where the charms lies. I won't bore with that they achieved and did. But I would say it has better service than the mandarin Oriental.

Room service is rather good for those missing out and having time in the room. Japanese toilet.

Great place to stay. Rooms are very spacious, clean, modern and well equipped. Service and staff are wonderful and try to accommodate all wishes.
Nicest surprise was the amazing gym with a little spa that has both a dry and a steam sauna.
The pool is great albeit rather noisy from the construction side right opposite of it.
The location is very central and close to different train stations.

Not easy to find as the entrance is not facing the main road and the sign is too subtle, bronze lettering on bronze background. The room was not made up until late afternoon inspite of request posted in the morning. There is no razor in the room but was promptly provided on request. Cannot fault the staff, ever so friendly and helpful. Comfortable room but wish there is a sofa or really comfy chair. Spacious bathroom. Nice bed. Very good f&b outlets.

The property was not focused on customer service at all. I checked in late and needed help with a booking question that the staff was unable to answer. They said they would have the reservations team get back to me first thing in the morning when they arrived, but I did not get a response until the end of the day, after I had already checked out. Not only that, but the reply I received was very cursory and dismissive.

Our stay at the Waldorf Astoria Bangkok was perfect in every respect. The hotel is pricey but you seeing the hotel and experiencing the service you feel like it was well worth it. The hotel is not a large hotel but that in in itself adds to the experience as you never feel like you are just one out of many guests. The manager came over to see how our breakfast was and already knew our name. Speaking of the breakfast it was delicious! I've stayed in many high end hotels around the world and this is was something else. Fresh, delicious ingredients and very unique choices to select from the menu; poached eggs over a delicious bread topped with caviar. The service at the pool as well as the staff downstairs were always helpful and cheerful and the room was perfect. The hotel is in a great location as well being near central world and a 5 minute walk to the BTS.

this hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the main shopping area. The staff were so attentive and really looking after us. They also were very knowledgeable and helpful. They looked after everything for us, suggesting and arranging dinner reservations and sightseeing. The room was well designed with a huge bathroom and very comfortable bed. We had a bowl of fresh fruit and a chocolate cake to welcome us. The spa was fantastic and I highly recommend having a massage. The food was amazing, lots of delicious healthy options for breakfast. This hotel is very quiet and relaxing and the interior is beautiful. Thank you Astoria for making our Bangkok stay so memorable.

Poor stay. I should have gone to Shangri La.

We tried to check in at about 5 pm but was told that there was no room available. This was a surprise because its an expensive hotel and checkin time was 3 pm. We wanted to make full use of the hotel. When we got the room, it was 6 pm.

Once we got the room, I took a shower and the bathroom flooded. The bath water flowed to the bedroom. I called the much-acclaimed Personal Assistant hotline and someone came up to take a look. That person asked me to call number 0. This was strange as the Personal Assistant offered no assistance. I thought that Waldorf Astoria will smooth out my stay. In the end, I had to handle all the problems myself. I called number 0 and in the end was offered a room change. They helped me to change room, which was nice. The flooded room is 614 and I think there is something wrong with the bathroom.

We went to the new room that was slightly nicer. We found a bloodstain in the bathroom that was not cleaned during our entire stay. This is room 1110.

The other disappointing part is that the sauna was unavailable. This is very annoying as I had called to check (before booking) if the gym had a sauna and was replied with the affirmative. I was very disappointed as my colleague and I were very much looking forward to using the sauna.

We asked to see the GM but was turned down by the local staff. This was clearly not a Waldorf Astoria. An IBIS hotel would have less problems. In the end they gave us free transfers as part of service recovery.

I booked a 4-night stay in a Deluxe Suite under single occupancy, as my partner was unable to join me at the time of booking. At the last minute my partner could join 3 of the 4 nights. I attempted to notify the property, but it repeatedly led to an error page. As a result, I informed the front desk in person upon check-in.

At check-in, I clearly explained that an additional guest would be staying for the latter three nights. I was told that there would be an extra charge for breakfast, which I fully understood and immediately agreed to pay. The staff member confirmed this arrangement, an instructed me to return when my partner arrived for passport registration.

We followed these instructions on day 2. However, the staff member on duty at that time took was rather unfriendly and rigid in manner. After explaining that I was willing to pay the extra breakfast charges, he then checked the system and insisted it was not the only additional cost, and he was willing to let this time \"slide\".

This conversation was very bad taste. I was fully willing to pay any legitimate additional charges; however, these were not mentioned or explained clearly on the first day, despite my proactively informing the front desk and agreeing to the charges that were communicated at that time. Furthermore, the comment that the matter would be allowed to “slide” was inappropriate and unnecessary. I was not attempting to avoid payment and was found accused of it. Overall ruined the trip and holiday

Anständig klimatisiert. Leider Baustelle nebenan oben auf dem Pool, deshalb dort zumindest (zu) laut. Ist aber ja temporär.

Kann das Waldorf jedenfalls empfehlen. Preis / Leistung passt.

Very good hotel

The hotel staff is very meticulous and attentive. When we were having drinks at the rooftop bar, we noticed that the window seats were fully occupied. However, when some guests left, the staff immediately arranged a window seat for us, which was very heartwarming. Additionally, the service and food at their Western restaurant on the 55th floor are top-notch; I believe this is one of the best places for steak in Bangkok. The room is elegantly decorated and spacious, featuring exquisite decor that makes it very comfortable. The sound insulation of the room is excellent, and it is equipped with a smart home control system, enhancing the convenience and comfort of our stay.

바로 옆 사이트에 공사중인 건물이 있어서
수영장에서 지속적인 소음이 있었음. (뷰도 막힘)
하지만 조식은 매우 좋았음
