Loved our stay at Benviar Tonson Residence. We were in a basic 3 bedroom apartment and it definitely was more than a basic 3 bedroom apartment.
The place was clean and they really thought about the little details.
We felt very comfortable and safe in the surrounding area
Very close to the station and malls (walkable or ride their tuk tuk).

My stay at Benviar residence was amazing, the accommodation was perfect in every aspect. The staff were very polite and professional. I had a lot of goods delivered to the hotel, and I didn't face any trouble receiving them, either by myself or with the hotel staff. I had an amazing stay at **Benviar Hotel** in Bangkok! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, making check-in a breeze. Great location that not too far from anything although the property is in the alley where it quite a few mins walk and do not recommend. The hotel offer FREE Tuk Tuk service which is extreamly convenient. All the staffs are polite and kind. I highly recommend this property.

Perfect for family with great amenities.

Property was amazing. Rooms were huge and the decor was beautiful. Rooms were really clean and had so many great amenities within the room. The kids loved the piano, the billiard table and the adults loved the massage chair and sauna. Will definitely be back.

A perfect stay

Friends from 3 continents arrived at the Benviar Tonson Residence in July (and of all times Big Buddha Day with no alcohol for 2 days!). Anyway, the hotel had informed us a week prior to our arrival that the 4 bedroom we booked was unavailable due to maintenance but was very helpful along with hotels.com to replace us with a Premium 3 bedroom + seperate 1 bedroom.

The Premium 3 bedroom was very nice. Nice view, good sized balcony, full kitchen, working laundry, good entertainment system with projector and good size bedrooms and beds. The only feedback I'll give is that a proper sofa would be much more fitting (and comfortable).

Location was good... definitely walkable to the BTS but we mainly rideshared around due to the rain. Often took about 15 mins to/from Central World with the jam which is about the same as if on foot.

Service was efficient. There were an army of cleaners and maintenance that kept the rooms at tip top shape.

Overall, I loved it and will definitely stay again.

Likes - (1) all the staff were really polite, helpful and professional, from the duty manager, counter staff, housekeepers, and especially the tuk-tuk captain; (2) the suite we booked was very spacious, with a large living room, 2 big bedrooms with their own toilets and a BIG balcony.
Dislikes - bad timing i guess (july 2019) - (1) ongoing construction outside so we couldnt use the balcony at all; construction activities from 8am daily so we had this unwanted \"alarm clock\" every morning. Staff did hand out earplugs on the 5th day that we were there; (2) lots of mosquitos but the hotel notified guests via notices that it is because of the rainy season.

It was a little run down, no tv in the three bedrooms, so noisy between the construction and general building noise, everyone had a sore back as the beds were the hardest I’ve ever slept on and I’ve travelled a fair bit. No food, 7 eleven or laundry nearby and it’s a very hot 10 minute walk to the nearest bts.

It was my first time staying in tonson . I booked this hotel because of e size. Upon checking in I was shock that the hotel is under renovation, which was not told in Expedia website. For the next few days, e rooms was not cleaned. There was a melon seed shell that I believe was left behind from e previous guest, and it was there for the 3 days when I was there.. To make matter worst, they did not even change my towel even when I left them in e tub. Overall, my experience with tonso n was not pleasant. E only good review from me is that e price is fairly reasonable

Very comfortable for a relaxing visit

The people working at Tonson are very friendly and helpful. Some of the rooms have already been renovated and others are in the process. So sometimes there is a little noise during the day, but very quiet and peaceful at night.
The rooms are BIG, spacious, comfy, and very simply furnished. They are not cluttered, so you feel all of the open space around you. A nice couch in the living room plus another in the bedroom. Very comfy bed. Nice bathroom, full fridge - it is basically an apartment.
The only drawback is the location. It's not really \"close\" to a lot of stuff. The nearest 7-Eleven is almost 4 blocks away. If you know anything about Bangkok, you know that means it is out in the hinterlands. The neighborhood is very upscale with lots of skyscraper condos and hotels nearby. The restaurants within a short walk of the hotel are priced accordingly, given the neighborhood. Short taxi rides will be required to go just about anywhere. It is possible to walk to the nearest skytrain and even to the Siam malls complex, provided you're not worried about getting sweaty before you get there. The hotel has a free taxi shuttle to the nearest skytrain station during the day, but you've got to request it an hour in advance. Otherwise, you can easily get your own taxi to go to anywhere.
All in all, a great place for the price.

Short 4days 3 nights stay

We booked a 3 rooms apartment. Place was huge. Air conditioning working great. Very neat and clean. However, there was 5 of us, but was only given 1 key. Place have loads of mosquitoes, believe it flew in from outside. Building was old with old furnitures, can see the longest crack along the wall of my bedroom and the living area, about 2.5 meters long. Room service (food ordering) is from a nearby shop, not in house. Food is delicious, but expensive! Location is bad. There is no shops / food in nearby, a good walk of at least 15 along the drain will get u to the main street. Out on the main street, u will be able to find lots of street food. Walking to the shrine is abt 30mins, big C abt 40 mins, platinum mall abt an hr walk. Overall, stay is average.

I had previously stayed here on another trip to Bangkok and without hesitation I booked again for this stay. I will, likewise, book it for my next trip.
The apartments are stylish, huge and nicely furnished. The staff are fabulous and the in-complex swimming pool is lovely. A special treat for my little girl (2)
The Tonson area is great too - if a little hi-so for some tastes (this can impact on the local pricing). There are eateries aplenty and shopping within easy reach.
All in all and considering the price this is a no-brainer for me when I visit Bangkok.

place was big. but dusty. can even find plastic bags and nuts under the bed and at the bedside table. there were 7 of us and booked for 6 as we don't need an extra room with my 2 kids. however, the male receptionists say that we had to pay extra 1000 baht per night! when told him we don't need an extra bed, he say still need to pay! so had to pay extra 4000 baht for 4 night! Robbed!

Although taxi bookings can easily be made from the reception, it's the return to the apartment that is quite troublesome. many taxi drivers unsure where is the location or charges a high rate citing the route there is inconvenient

My stay at that hotel was so bad , when we arrived from the airport there was a maintenance next to my room , i cant sleep untill 6 evening cause of wall drilling, i asked to change the room or stop that work but nothing happen. Same thing happened for the second day , they start work by 9 am and finished at 3.40 pm. There was a problem with In toilet . Was a string painting smell in my room , asking for compensation

Small Gem in the Middle of Bangkok

short and sweet. one night. Checking in was such a pleasure and no hassle as I booked through HOTEL.com and the room was paid. Took less than 5 minutes. Room was overly big since it is a one bedroom apartment with living room. Location is great. Hope you have good luck in getting a room here as there are limited number of rooms here, and some residents are long-term stay.

Overall not a bad experience considering that this is my 2nd time staying here. Aircon wasnt working well and requested for a change of room. Second room was very nice, though with smaller kitchen but it was very homely. Staff were friendly and helpful, thumbs up for them! The bad thing I could only think of is the swimming pool, there were a collection of leaves at the sides of the pool. Location wise, need abit of walking from the nearest Chidlom BTS station.

Was in Bangkok during the Christmas period. Hotel was in the middle of 2 BTS station with some walking distance. Taxi was able to find the hotel. Apartment was super spacious for 5 people, same as what is shown in the picture. No communication problem with the reception. Kitchen is fully equipment and functional which we managed to make breakfast. Rooms are clean and airy. Overall, will visit again if travelling with a big group.

There is 24 hours of construction surrounding the hotel......patio is useless unless you enjoy dust and dirt from work site in your room.......Everything in apartment is very old.....
When I first checked in they gave me a room where plaster was all over living room wall
I turned on a/c and water began running onto floor....... There is no house keeping for apartment unless u want to pay extra...... I had three bedrooms but only one tv in living room.....Security is a joke man at front gate also does bell work so front door to hotel in left unattended........SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE......

Is a nice place to stay. Me & My family have a very peaceful rest after a hours of shopping. Good location but is not very near to BTS is take us about 15 mins walk to reach the apartment.the 3 bedroom apartment is the biggest apartment I have book for my family of six.... will come for my next bangkok trip..

But dun feel safe to go out at night by walking to BTS as there is apart of there distance very dark without... advise to take a cab if going out at night.

Quiet apartment near Langsuan Road

Spacious serviced apartment in the quiet area of Chitlom, parallel to Langsuan Road. The apartment is huge compared to what you can get at the same price in the Chitlom area. There are 3 bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom. The master bedroom is double the size of the other guests rooms with an equally spacious bathroom. There is a combined living room and dining area with a decent sized kitchen. There is an additional study area just outside of the bedrooms. The furnishings in the apartment are quite new but the floor was dusty and so were the tables etc. However, the reception provided us with bedroom slippers so we didn't have to bother cleaning up. Water heater in the bathroom was a little cranky as it either went too hot or too cold and cant seem to reach a comfortable temperature but that is just a small complaint. The nearest BTS station is almost 10min walk away but it is lined with many street stalls in the day and at night, making the walk a little less mundane. TAXI drivers will not be familiar with Tonson Road (Soi Tonson) hence it is best to advise them that it is just beside Langsuan Road (Soi Langsuan).

It was good to stay for group. We stayed in a 3 bedder and each room has bathroom. More than perfect for a family of five. Location is at Chidlom and very central and easily accessible. Taxi fare was also very affordable ranging from 60Baht from MBK / Siam Paragon to Tonson. To cook, you need to request for utensils such as pans from the hotel staff. The only negative feedback was that they do not clear your rubbish but on the whole, a great stay.

Big Apartment

The apartment is big, more than enough for 6 people. The master bedroom is huge and the important thing is each room has a toilet. One of them has a bathtub.

The apartment also comes with a washing machine and a dryer. Very convenient for us with kids.

Kitchen comes with an electrical kettle but no pans and pots for cooking. Cups, plates, spoons, forks are available.

Room service (cleaning up the room) is not automatic. You have to request it but they don't do it every day.

Distance-wise, about 10 minutes from the ChitLom BTS and within walking distance to major shopping malls near Siam centre. Taxis is also readily available from Lang Suan Road.

Mye for pengene i kanskje det beste støket i Bangkok. Gangavstand til de mest kjente kjøpesenter: Central World, Siam Paragon og MBK. 3 min gange til den største parken i BKK - Lumphini park. Vi bodde i en strøken 3 bedrooms suite. Rent og pent. Eneste minus ved oppholdet var at bassenget var stengt grunnet oppussing. Ansatte var særdeles hyggelige og snakket godt engelsk. Vi ses igjen :)

優點是房間空間很大，地理位置不錯，飯店本身還有都都車可接送至路口的bts，缺點是有些房間水壓略顯不足，床單有前一晚房客留下的明顯髒污，卻沒有更換

really big rooms but small sized beds. Queen sized beds is better !
No lighting outside the hotel, so I can't go out by walk at night, everytimes need call Grab.
Large space of this apartment is the best advantage.

주변환경만 제외하면 아주 좋아요

사진과 동일하게 아주 넓고 깨끗했습니다
다른 후기들처럼 직원분들도 친절하구요
다만 창밖이 길거리, 주택가여서 커튼을 열어둘 수가 없었고 공사중이어서 아침부터 엄청 시끄러웠습니다

地方很大，整潔，但有些家具破損了沒有維修，冷氣機偶爾會滴水，大門有點不堅固，希望會改善，其他都很滿意，床鋪舒適，有餐具，洗衣機乾衣機等，設備齊全

まずびっくりするほどの部屋の広さ！
2人には勿体無いほど。
1日1本のミネラルウォーターを冷蔵庫にいれておいてくれる。
ミニキッチン付きだから少しの調理ができる事も有り難い。
冷蔵庫も2人暮らし用くらいのサイズで冷凍庫付きだったから水を凍らせておき、アユタヤツアーに参加したらちょうど溶けていつでも冷たい水が飲めた。
チットロム駅からはだいぶ歩かないといけないのが残念だけど、ホテルからの無料のトゥクトゥクで駅まで送ってもらえる。朝の10時から夜7時まで。
それ以外は同じデスクでタクシーも完備されているから時間外にはタクシー利用をしました。
平均的には少しお高めだけど、すぐに乗れる便利さと安心が付いてくるのがいい。
部屋の掃除の時間が遅いのか3時半くらいにホテルへ戻った時にはまだ清掃前でした。
3.4人ほどで分担して掃除をしていました。
両方のベッド脇にUSBコンセントがあり、便利。
施設内にはプールとジムもありましたが利用はしませんでした。
総合的には大変満足しました。

무박 1일간의 짧은 만남

공항에 가기 전 잠깐 7시간동안 머물렀던 호텔인데, 가족들이 다 만족합니다.
주변이 도심 지역이고 호텔 밀집 지역이라 저와 같은 외국인이 많이 거주를 하며, 편의 시설도 많습니다.
와이프는 다음에 방콕에 오게 되면 여기 호텔에서 머무르자고 하네요.
룸피니 공원은 거리상 걷기는 힘들며, 호텔에서 제공하는 무료 툭툭을 이용하셔야 할 것으로 보입니다.
