I really love the love very spacious with the lovely balcony. Staffs very helpful and friendly…..at very first night my AC in the bedroom was very warm but after I told to front desk the issue was solved by the next day. (A bit slow but was done finally) great location and convenient to either walk or take a train to Lumpini park or Siam area. Definitely good value for money.

There are no sun-loungers in the sun the pool is totally shaded building work going on across from the balcony we checked in for 30 mins then left and the hotel refused to refund us

The suites were amazing. Very clean, airconned with views over the race course. Staff were really helpful. Only recommendation would be that they inform customers ahead of time that there is a massive construction site next door. We were only informed a couple of days before the stay. That said, it did not spoil our stay as the rooms are sound proof.

Spent the weekend here in a group. We had one of the “family rooms” and it suited our needs perfectly. The property’s in a very quiet area in general. There is some large scale construction looking like it will be beginning soon, but it had no impact on our stay. It is a short walk to the Silom BTS line/Rachadamri station, making travel around the city easy. Breakfast at the hotel was good and an easy option. The pool was nice and an added bonus. The only real issue, and it is a small one, is the lack of elevators for the section of the hotel I was in. Overall a great stay and. Very much would return. I will definitely be looking at rates here when I travel back to Bangkok in a few months.

Excellent stay! The hotel is in a perfect location — just minutes from both Central One and CentralWorld, with an e-bike station only about 3 minutes away, making the malls even more accessible. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, and the service was outstanding from check-in to check-out. A great choice for both convenience and comfort!

Front desk need to have better understanding of basic english. 28 Sept then met a nice guest service who assured me my luggage still in room as she do not know who check me out at 12noon . She reinstated my room key and I decided not to go out anymore. Wanted to give one star review but Housekeeping good on certain days some days are bad as no bath robe, etc. Curtain stuck together. Bedroom and belcony door cannot lock. I booked the wrong dusit as I have previously stayed at the other Dusit before they go thru renovation. I will never come back to Dusit Suite. Very bad experience of not being able to access the lift only to find out I was checked out.

Rooms are huge and having a kitchen and washing machine was handy.

Rooms are a little tired and need a spruce up.

Pool is large but hard to get in and out of as mainly steep stairs and no grab rails which can be dangerous.

Staff with better English at the pool would help too.

Other than the location this was nothing special or comfortable. The AC was either way too cold or just moist so the whole room would feel moist and uncomfortable. Balcony was okay, beds okay but thing nice or super pretty like their other branches. If you’re staying for the location mainly then look for other hotels nearby because I wouldn’t recommend this one at all!

Excellent location to access to the stretch of shopping malls, the hotel is surrounded by multiple BTS stations.

Deluxe two bedroom is very spacious. Very suitable for a small family to stay. High floor with nice view too.

Overall we had a very pleasant experience of staying in Dusit Suite hotel. Will definitely come back and stay again!!

EVERTHING IS GOOD. HOWEVER, SUNSHINE IS NEVER REACHING POOL AREA. EVEN TEMPERATURE IS OVER 30 DEGREES, WATER IS STILL VERY VERY COLD THAT CANNOT SWIM. IT IS VERY DISAPPOINTED. NOW, POOLS ARE NO USE. HOTEL MAY ADD ARTIFICAL SUNLIGHT OR USING WARM WATER IN ORDER TO FULLY UTILIZE THE POOLS.

Everything was really good with one exception. After i checked out i realised i left something important in a drawer in the room. It took 4 calls to front desk with them saying house keeping insisting nothing was left behind. Only when i suggested i come to hotel and show them the drawer did they magically find it. Otherwise hotel was fine

A very comfortable stay here on arrival to Thailand. The bed is comfortable and there is ample hot water for showering which isn’t always a given. Staff are very polite. We didn’t choose the breakfast option so can’t comment on this. We were happy with our stay.

Spacious 2 bedroom apartment with balcony, kitchenette. No washing up detergent or sponge provided. Poor coffee and tea selection.

Good location near the BTS station, one stop to Siam and Silom.

Good ala carte breakfast selection on top of a small buffet. Breakfast service is a little slow and adequate.

Power outage on day of checkout.

Hotel had some renovations going on but it didn't affect our stay. Problem when first checking in as receptionist made a mistake with only checking in 2 rooms for 3 people when we had booked 3 rooms. It was sorted quickly. We were at the end of our 3 week holiday in Thailand and we found comfort and relaxation at this hotel. For those that can you can walk to Silom or to Centralworld easily. Behind the hotel is an area with some pricey but nice restaurants.

We were excited to visit this hotel, although we found the pool area to be very slippery with mould, and it to take multiple requests for a daily room clean room service having the 2000 baht holding deposit refunded. Id describe the hotel as a 3 star, with a helpful 5 star concierge.

Walking distance around 10mins to Erawan shrine/ Central world that area. Few mins walk to BTS. Nice , spacious with balcony . It’s cozy place to stay. All Staff there are all very friendly and welcoming. Their cafe with 1 named Witt , helpful and friendly with good service . But there’s no hot water for shower and to save the hassle , we did not request to change the room. Lobby was not cooling enough, especially when we were back from outside ,we will feel as if we are going to melt . Especially when we reach our level 4 , it’s HOT , really Hot. Pillow is way too soft , neck aches when we woke up. Bed nice , comfy. It will be nice to have sachets for coffee too rather than only capsules . Food choices are kind of limited. Breakfast are limited too, can skip . Would suggest to have your food at other place. Nevertheless it’s a good place to stay . Recommended if you don’t mind the above mentioned.

The rooms were very comfortable. When we arrived we were told that our reservation was cancelled, which was not right. It took an an hour to fix the problem. The breakfast was good. The maintenance of the hotel is regular. For example, one of the 2 lifts was out of order 3 days.

Looking forward to refurbishment of hotel rooms

The location of the hotel was excellent, being only minutes away from the BTS, which made commuting to various tourist attractions easy. Every staff member exhibited exemplary customer service. However, we were aware of the dated condition and fittings of each room from previous feedback from other travellers. We booked two rooms, and both were awaiting refurbishment. We hope the management will implement the necessary updates soon.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. When we told them that the house opposite to the hotel is having a late night party, they quickly moved us to another room in a higher level to ensure our sleep won't be affected. The room is spacious and well equipped. The only problem we noticed is that the water temperature from the shower becomes cold right after the warmer comes through, so we had to adjust the water tab a few times during the shower.

The hotel is a bit dated but it's conveniently located (near BTS station, close to Silom), the rooms are spacious with a good view. Swimming pools are quite large for its location and relaxing. Services were great and flexible too. I only stayed for 2 nights but I wished I had stayed longer.

It is a wonderful property, tucked away on a quiet residential street, such that one forgets they are in the heart of a bustling metropolis, and it has more of a resort feeling about it. The staff is very helpful, and it is conveniently located a block away from a skytrain station. The suites are wonderful, well kept and large, with great balconies.

The only thing i was disappointed about was that on Expedia, it stated thatvit had a spa.servixes When I inquired about it at check-in they informed me they did not provide that service. They need to remove that amenity from the sight.

Fabulous, comfortable and peaceful 8 night stay. Wonderful pillows and bedding. Very comfortable bed. Great location with easy access to Lumphini park and forest park for calm, tranquil green space for jogging/walking etc. Welcoming, friendly and responsive staff. Light and spacious accommodation with nice balconies and good facilities with everything I needed. Used the gym and the pool area. Restaurants and shops close by. Would definitely stay again.

Check in could have been better, we arrived 15 minutes after check in time opened, room was not ready, which is ok and understandable, when arriving so close to checkin starting time. What is not ok is telling us on 3 occasions \"your room will be ready in 10 minutes\", waited a bit over 1 hour. 1st we went to cafe' and enjoyed a delightful late lunch. If we had been told up front that room would not be ready for an hour or so, we would have walked up to the mall which was a short walk from the hotel

Great stay with the right value & good breakfast!

The stay at the hotel was good. Was able to rest well and since the room was truly spacious, loved having a work space during this trip, as well as the balcony to unwind for the day. I also loved their breakfast which you can order based on what they had on the menu. It may not be as extensive, but they had good selections that were cooked well. They were delicious! The Avo toast, the chicken teriyaki, the nice fruit yoghurt, granola with mixed fruits were our favorites. They even had congee! But I didnt try that. This hotel is also a short walk away from the BTS, their train system, which is important because you can get stuck in the traffic for hours. So now, if we do head back the hotel near the BTS is important to go around. Just 1 -2 stations away from the malls and good restaurants . Accessibility is good. Oh and the price is worth it! Loved how Thi and other guy at the front desk are so helpful and kind.
