Conrad Bangkok offers great facility including a wide range of fitness equipment, steam and dry sauna, a pool with a large jacuzzi, fine dining experience, and more. Their staff are always helpful, courteous, friendly, and respectful. The shuttle service from and to the hotel to the BTS station is also very helpful.

We keep coming back to this hotel every year because of what they can offer.

Centrally located in the Bangkok downtown, the Conrad is well equipped with great amenities including a large swimming pool and hot tub, tennis courts, fitness room, and breakfast selections. But what separates the Conrad from other hotels in the area is the level of care and services provided by the staff. It was one of the best I have ever experienced since my stays at Ritz and Four Seasons.

We had a fantastic stay at the Conrad Residences. It was spotlessly clean. The service was second to none. From the minute you walked in staff were attentive and ensured you had the best stay. Nothing was too much trouble and they went above and beyond for you. The location is fantastic- a short walk to bars and restaurants and lumphini park. I would highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is connected with Conrad Hilton with a different checkin area. I think this is hotel condos arrangement. We were staying at a studio with microwave and small fridge. Pretty spacious. A shopping center is attached to the hotel and very convenient.

Perfection. Location, contemporary style, gorgeous pool, excellent staff support, clean. Been coming to this hotel since 2003-consistent quality. Staying in the Conrad Residences for the first time and its equally as nice-with a washing machine. All Seasons Place is connected to hotel making it convenient for shopping, eating and banking. Tops Market is a good place for food and other items.

The residences has spacious rooms and access to many facilities. The breakfast was great too. The lobby is a short walk to the main road but it has a shuttle bus service that runs to the nearest BTS station.

The hotel is starting to look dated. The rate is still very good - but eveything is looking old and worn. The cafe is dire - avoid it. The service is awful - the food selection is limited and items are regularly out of stock. Chinese restaurant is excellent - food and service. But the best food was poolside - nice thai menu and very tasty.

Great stay.

Family trip , stayed in two bedroom unit. Everyone enjoyed the hotel, spacious apartment, quiet large pool with bar. Staff was always helpful and friendly. The BTR stop is at the end of street. Quiet area, convenient location.

I decided to try the residence as I will be travelling to the area a lot and wanted to see what the apartments would be like for a long term stay. It’s a good sized space - large bathroom, bedroom wkrj desk, living room with dining table for 4 and a kitchen. The rooms are quite dark as it doesn’t get to much light and all the furniture is dark brown but overall it is clean and comfy. Plus you have all the facilities of the hotel - great gym and pool. Note that the hotel is currently being renovated until July 2019 - everything is still open but you need to go around a bit to get to everything

Wasn’t ready at 1630L. Luckily another staff was flexible to offer another ready room. But that kinda set the tone for our trip. Nonetheless other aspects were ok.

I was quite happy with this room, for our family. Plenty of room for us to spread out. Very nicely appointed rooms. The hotel is in a great location, with easy access to Skytrain and close by restaurants. My only let down, was in the kitchen, there were no bowls, no salt, yet salt shaker, and scary scratched up, cheap Teflon pans... But we were shopping, and bought a nice new Teflon pan which we used to make breakfast in, and brought it home with us.

We stayed in the Conrad Bangkok Residences for two nights at the end of a five week European trip but wished we had stayed longer. The two rooms were ginormous and comfortable. The only two criticisms were that internet was not provided nor was there a washing machine.

Fantastic hotel and wonderful service

My wife, son and I stayed at this hotel for 10 nights in Jan/Feb. We have stayed at many hotels in Bangkok before and decided we would stay in an apartment in the hotel for a change We couldn't have chosen a better place to stay, the rooms were very spacious and clean. There was a comfortable living area with armchairs and a dining table, the kitchen although small was very well equipped with cooker, microwave and toaster etc, the bathroom was fabulous with a lovely big shower area. We had full access to the swimming pool and gymnasium. The breakfast was amazing with a huge choice of Western and Asian food to choose from. There's a lovely shopping mall adjoining the Conrad which has a Tops supermarket where you can buy all your food. There is also a free regular shuttle bus which takes you to Pleonchit skytrain station. I want to thank all the staff in the breakfast room and by the pool, also the wonderful receptionists who made us feel so welcome., thank you all. I could go on, there is so much about this hotel we loved and I would highly recommend it to families with small children. Thank you Hotels.com for making this possible.

おかげさまで本当に楽しい家族旅行を楽しめました。
レジデンスの方はホテルより客室は古そうですが、ホテルよりリーズナブルな価格で、しかしホテルと同じ共用施設(朝食会場、プール、ジムなど)を利用できるのでとてもよかったです。客室は少し古いとは言っても、無料のネスプレッソがあったり、掃除も行き届きとても快適に過ごせました。なによりもフレンドリーで丁寧なホテルスタッフが多く、とても楽しく過ごせました。ここには詳細に書きませんが、マニュアル外であろうことも、色々と臨機応変に親切に快く対応してくれました。
一点だけ難があるとすれば、ロケーションです。最寄りのMRTのプルンチット駅は徒歩だと微妙に遠く、ホテルが用意してくれてるシャトルバスを利用することになりますが、夜9時までの運行です。また、敷地内のショッピングモールの3階にフードコートがありますが、平日の日中の営業が中心で夜と週末は閉まっており、近場で済まそうとするとそのモールかホテル、あるいは近隣のレストランになりちょっと高くつくかも。
総合的に本当に良いホテルでしたので、次のバンコク旅行の際もまた泊まりたいです！
