I arrived in Thailand shortly before midnight, by the time I had claimed my bags, went through customs, got a ride with Bolt and made it to the hotel it was after 2:30 AM. The hotel was filthy, there was a steady stream of prostitutes and lady boys in and out of the hotel. At check in I was told that there was an electrical emergency with my room and they did not have a room for me. At this point I am 40 hours without sleep and now your telling me at 2:30 AM that you don't have a room for me which I booked 6 months in advance? They offered to put me up at a nearby hotel. They gave me a ride to the hotel offered. There was visible piles of dirt on the floor and the room smelled like sewage. I returned to Boss Suites to tell them that was not an acceptable option. They said that is the only option they had. I could not find a room at 2:30 AM that would allow check in. One place I found that would let me check in was 250 USD per night. Stay away from this dump the lobby was filthy and dingy. I would rather sleep on a park bench.

Room wasn't cleaned everyday, which means no new towels, water or toiletries. Also, the wifi was terrible. I couldn't as much as check my emails or watch Youtube. On many occasions, there were loud noises and people shouting in the hotel and banging on the doors. However, the staff was friendly and tried to resolve issues unsuccessfully, but they tried.

The room i got was not up to their usual standards. Phone jack did not work closet had a solid wall just behind the door thus no shelf space at all for cothing. No towells in room upon arrival nor safe and the fridge was not stocked (not a problem for me sonce i never use the itemd) and as ecpected they tried yo charge me for things not stocked eg. beer. It really felt like a room seldom used.
Lastly, list price gor car to airport is 400 Baht but got dinged gor 600. Did not have time to fight this owing to time. Almost enough things to make look elsewhete next time.

Beautiful lobby, but sprayed with too much smelly perfume. Pool was in the shade and pool shower was not clean. Our bathroom had heavy glass shower door hanging dangerously by upper hinge only! Could not close shower door. Bathroom sink did not drain. Light above sink, light next to bed, TV and safe did not work.

Overpriced in my opinion, but you pay more in this area for some reason - too sleazy for me. Room was OK, let down by faulty window which let in a/c noise, and a poor bathroom, with low water pressure. Breakfast was disappointing - nothing on the Pinnacle Lumphini, which was cheaper.

Didn’t like the condition of the rooms. Taps loose . Very outdated. Needs a good makeover. Breakfast was horrible, no bacon, just ham in water, cold fried eggs. Most if the food was for asians. I had toast and jam. Was the only thing I would eat.

Not worth the money.

Paid 40 for my single room. Relative to other options in area it was not worth it. Many bugs in bathroom. Shower was falling apart. Th eww place is very run down. I would pay 15 or 20 dollars at most. Service was average. Location is ok. Its quiet. Lots of entertainment in area. Be aware the area is a red light area.

I used to like this hotel but over the last three years it’s gone downhill. Lots of peeling paint and maintenance issues. Horrible WiFi even the breakfast has gone downhill not really worth getting many better places close by.
Can’t say I’d recommend staying here.

Dirty and run down but hey we have to seriously consider the price which represents decent value. The impressive photos of the lobby in reality sofas required deep cleaning and it goes downhill from there. The location is about 4 blocks past the decent area and into inner city.

I thought I stayed at some truly terrible places but this is the top. The King of Bad. No one cares at this place it is that bad. Plus it is a long walk to NaNa and Sukhumvit and the BTS. Hotels.com stop selling this hotel unless you have no standards.

The hotel along with its staff members are just terrible. They charge you with things that you didn’t even consume. You get 1 bottle of water and then you have to pay 40 baht for the rest of the day. Hotel rooms are covered with roaches. Yes - ROACHES. Simply a horrible place to stay at. Staffs are terrible, did I say? I WILL NEVER STAY or RECOMMEND Boss Suites Nana to anyone. Again, DO NOT STAY HERE or you will live to regret.

Hotel is quiet and peaceful. Staff are helpful. It is good for guests looking for some peaceful short stay alone. But location is too far from main road. Most taxis and tuk-tuks are not willing to drive into hotel after 8 pm. Private hired car parked outside hotel charges high payments and not doing proper job. Driver does not drive to destination as promised. Hotel management does nothing to stop this kind of extortion of hotel guests. Beware ! Breakfast is too simple and very limited; needs improvement.

Maybe there was 5 staff workers who cared about the property. The roaches in my bedroom was about 15 or 20 when I walked in my room . I took the good deal and I have no idea how this place rated 3.5 stars. I ended up upgrading and I should had just left and went to another hotel. The next night had to move out because the AC was leaking and mold in the bathrooms . No one must not check any of the housekeeping the towels smelled for what you paid it was not good. There was a bug that sat in the foyer of the 4th floor elevator for 3 days . I actually have videos of this stuff. Horrible and truthfully I think the pictures must had been many years ago that is posted on Expedia. I’ll look for posting the pictures. I added the breakfast to my room charge when I originally book this hotel. Went one time and had a mini hot dog and a couple fried potatoes . If you can live with mold and roaches this is your place. Lots of India people that were nice but the smells coming from the rooms not pLeasing for me. Building B was the roaches and building A I didn’t see any except in the elevator foyer which sat there for 3 days . This place needs serious improvement from management and staff to refurbishing the property. I would give it a half star fro the 5 employees who seemed sincere.

This has been the worst hotel experience in my life, without a doubt. I booked this hotel for one night because Airbnb cancelled last minute, it was cheap and at a decent location. I ended up trying three rooms in one night, so keep on reading..

When I got there everything was good enough, friendly staff, quick service. Got to my first room with the concierge and as soon as we entered there were a handful of large bugs walking all over the floor. 'Ok, I've been to motel 6s before. I just need to ask for a new room.' As I was thinking of a way to ask for the new room, the concierge on his own suggested the room next door. Good on him.

Second room looks much better on first look, no bugs and seems clean. I was happy and went to bed as soon as I could. Then while laying in bed I started itching at any exposed part of my body. It was a nightmare come true. I tripple checked for any spiders or mosquitoes, but nothing was there. The only answer could be.... bedbugs!! At this point I was shocked. I would be outraged if a hostel had bedbugs let alone something labeling itself as a \"hotel'.

So I went down to recepcion and asked for a new room. The staff working there didn't seemed surprised at all. They did give me a new room and the third room was good enough. Had random hairs in the bathroom and on the bed, but at this point not having bugs on the bed was a relief.. I stayed one night and booked a hotel next door for the next day for only $10 more. Well worth it.

Nice hotel with a nice restaurant, and reasonably priced, despite the fact that many hotels in the area have been sharply increasing their rates in the past few years. There was only one problem with my stay this time. I booked on being offered a late check-out (2:00 p,m, instead of noon). Two days before check-out, I informed the hotel I wanted to check out late. They insisted that they had offered me no late check-out. After considerable denial on their part, I pulled my voucher and showed them where it was written. They apologized and told me I could check out up to 2:00 p.m.; the next evening I came to remind them again. They again denied I could check out late. The day I checked out, they began calling my room, insisting that I check out at noon. I told them that I had been offered a 2:00 p.m. check-out. They said that I was considered a \"walk-in,\" and had not booked online because I extended my stay by one day. It seems to me that if this hotel ever offers a late check-out again, customers should be very careful to bring proof of it, and expect the hotel to try to deny it.

Run down hotel with very weak wifi on an unsecured network. Staff was helpful & the breakfast was good. The A/C in my room was not working & they switched me to another right away. My next room had a clogged sink, broken toilet seat & no hot water. It was late & I was only staying the nigho I didn't bother to complain about it.

The posted pictures have to be at least 15 years ago. The rooms we moldy and paint was peeling off. The bathroom was dirty and the plumbing was exposed and not up to date, and had open floor drains which it needed because the glass enclosed shower was not sealed.
That is what I got for trusting the pictures, lucky was only there for a week.

I've stayed in worse places in the area.

Where do I start? The shower leaked and the bathroom and thereby the entire floor was wet much of the time. The light in the bathroom kept flickering all night in spite of being turned off. The TV remote control did not work and they were not successful in replacing it with one that worked. They tried to prevent my brother from using an independent taxi to go to the airport, which would have cost hundreds of baht more. There was an unexpected requirement of a 1,000 baht deposit upon check-in -this should have been mentioned in the listing. Neighbors left the halloway door open and held loud discussions with visitors late into the night.

Picture were probably taken 10 years ago, Loud you can hear the next rooms convo, location is about 20 min walk to the Main Street and if they are doing construction forget getting a ride or getting picked up without walking to them, last but not least keep your deposit receipt or else they will try and take your deposit even though you turn the room key in, very disappointed will never be going there again!
