The hotel location is great. It is in a relatively quite area, but the MRT (Sky Train), Nana Plaza (night life), Roof Top bars and Lumphini park are only a 15-20 minutes easy walk through small streets.
The room and the entire hotel was very clean, spacious, quiet and in excellent condition. The hotel includes a nice exercise room and an outdoor pool. The WiFi and A/C worked perfectly. The bed was very comfortable.
The hotel manager was very helpful when I needed to urgently print some documents on arrival.
I stayed 5 nights in the peak season and the rate was reasonable.
I would definitely stay again at the Parinda on my next visit to Bangkok!

Very disappointed. This was my favorite hotel three years ago and now I will not go back there. They changed out the beds to cheaper ones, now like box spring bed, unlike the pillow top I had three years ago; they got rid of free shuttle service to the Nana BTS, which is a 12-minute walk now; the older woman at registration - terrible - who took 1.000 baht for deposit tried to take 500 baht by blaming me for a crack on a mug, which may have been placed there for such purpose. Very upset. I will not be back. Saavy traveler from Los Angeles.

This is a nice clean hotel just off the hustle and bustle of Sukhumvit. The staff is top notch and the rooms are clean. The pool area and gym are enough to get a nice swim and a work out. It is a very good value for the area. I left my bag there for several days while travelling throughout Thailand. It is a very safe location and highly recommend it while staying in Bangkok. I will be staying there again!

It was worst experience at this Hotel, staff and manager are amongst the rudest people on earth. They are pathetic in their dealings and not trust worthy, they make all the efforts to somehow adjust security while checking out by giving strange reasons. To be Avoided if you can or stay at your own risk.

Great value for a business hotel
Most hotels and guesthouses in Arambol are very rustic so we were thrilled to check into the Parinda. It was the best hot shower we had had in weeks! The bed was comfortable, the staff were helpful, and the breakfast actually had incredibly delicious Indian food - channa masala, made to order masala dosa, etc. It's also an easy motorbike ride to Arambol or Mandrem as you're right on the main road. To respond to other reviews, yes, there's not a view and the pool is cold, but this is such a good deal for the price considering there are so few business-style hotels in the region! Wifi wasn't reliable, but that was true literally everywhere in Goa during our two weeks there.

I had to calm down the clerk who checked me out & couldn't account for a spoon missing in my room. We went together back to the room, with me having the unfair advantage of knowing that the spoon is still in the room...we found it by the tub...Not where it is supposed to be, but hey I like hot coffee in a hot bathtub

I was looking for a decent hotel in Nana. Unfortunately my favorite hotel in Nana was too run down by now and I had to move on...Parinda is new, so everything is clean. If they keep updating it it should be fine

Stayed at far better hotels for a far better price, wouldn't recommend it even for its location. Dull experience, pool was more for kids because ot was only 1 meter deep. Definately not coming back.

On my first day I was completely mortified to see one of the maids had removed the trash can liner from the can in my room and was lifting each piece of trash out singularly, inspecting it thoroughly and had a walkie talkie reporting the results to someone. I was abjectly appalled by this outrageously egregious breach of privacy and decency and the lawLater that day I was accosted by the maid and another employee– they claimed I had smoked in the room because they found a cigarette butt in the trash liner during the piece by piece inspection, which was “proof” of smoking in the room. They demanded that I pay a 2,000 baht “fine” and that I accompany them upstairs In my room, the two accusers pointed to a can of beer deep in the garbage can and claimed there was a cigarette butt in it although they refused to show it to me. I told them the can was in the nasty hallway the night before and I put it in my can instead of having it outside my door when I came and went. The maid then pulled a small lighter from the trash and stated this was “proof” of cigarette smoking in the room. The lunacy and idiocy of the Parinda staff cannot be overstated. The lady stated she would not leave my room or let me leave (holding me hostage), until I paid the 2,000 baht. I told her I already paid a 2,000 baht deposit to cover any room damages. She still demanded an additional 2,000 baht - I asked her name and she refused. I told her she was committing a crime, paid, and was released @3:45

having only had one bad experience of being made to wait in reception for over 3/4 hours after a 20 hour trip getting to Bangkok by one member of staff as he said I could not check in because I was early
Ok Hotel rules are rules but please think about the person who travels half way around the would to get there some times you need common sense ok ,
but I really just want to speak about 1 member of staff
I believe his name is (Ton ) now this guy always has a smile on his face is super polite and is 100percent a people's person , nothing is too much , I really hope the Lady I think it is who owns the hotel rewards him because he is with out doubt the best on the front of house reception super nice guy

Smelled of mildew throughout whole stay
The AC has problems and would make the room very humid and stunk of mildew. I notified the front desk and they said they’d send a technician to fix it but they never fixed it.

We were there for 3 days , we arrived at night and we had to go out to eat, not the best area to walk at night but we find a little pizza place that was very good. Everything else was good, we had a nice stay.

Rooms were clean and spaciuos! In fact, the whole property was clean. Pool area need more chaise lounges and umbrellas. My wife and o wanted to relax by the poolside but there were already 2 couples there which left us without any lounges to sit and relax on. Location was not ideal as it was a bit of a walk from the BTS.
Front Desk staff need more training. They were not helpful as far as getting information about anything! They also need to learn to speak and understand English more! It was very difficult to communicate!

Nice and cozy hotel with clean rooms. Although the highway so near to my room, I must say the soundproofing was fantastic !!! Rooms are spacious with big bathrooms.

Wonderful Hotel
I can't say enough good things about this place. This was my 2nd trip to Thailand and I came back here because it was so nice on my first trip. The hotel is kept perfectly clean and the staff is friendly. The hotel restaurant has a very good menu, I wish I would have eaten there more than I did. It is a 3 minute walk to Nana plaza, and for American food about a 10 minute walk for Burger King, Hardees and pizza. I love this hotel and its location. Never a problem with Wifi connection.

8 Nights in Bangkok
this is my second stay at this hotel. The hotel is nice and newer than the neighboring hotels. The rooms are spacious and comfy but not too luxurious. I did not try the breakfast so no comments there. The hotel is a little off the beaten path and requires a tuktuk to get to and from. They do have a shuttle taxi that is complimentary from the hotel to the BTS stations. I specially like the front desk staff and Friend (nickname) was always pleasant informative. I will be back and hopefully will see the same people there.

Location is near some loud and busy streets and near the train. It's far enough from the main road so was still quiet and safe. The train allows you to travel all around Bangkok cheaply and easily. We took it to the river areas and saw many river taxi stops. Ladies travelling alone may find the location unsafe to walk at night but if there are two or more of you it is fine.

Would highly recommend this hotel. It was a bit far from airport, but very close and walking distance to shopping, food, and sky train to get to almost anywhere in Bangkok. They had very friendly staff and also a free shuttle to drop you off by sky train.

The room was big and comfortable, great bathroom as well. The pool was compact but very refreshing, they also have a great gym. Reception is helpful for organising taxis but little else, if you need help with organising tours or directions, though they do have a complimentary shuttle service to nearby locations. The location was not very appealing for us, hard to find the hotel and hard to get access as it's off a highway, it's nestled behind the red light district so even though you don't get any noise you do have to cross through the area to get anywhere. The shopping areas and train station are close by, shame you have to walk through the red light district to get to them.

Four Days at a New Hotel
I usually stay at the same hotel in BKK. However, they in the midst on construction and I decided to try a new hotel that is closer to the bars and restaurant on Soi 2. The hotel was nice and in excellent condition. However, it is far from the main road. They do have a shuttle but it's only one way. I prefer something closer that doesn't require a 20-minute to BTS.

Arrived early and was able to check in early. Located just off Soi 4 it was a very pleasant stay in what appeared to be a relatively new hotel. Very clean and modern with a great gym and nice small pool. Rooms are spacious and have a nice feelgood factor with a lovely bathroom and shower. Very nice and affordable!

The hotel is very clean and newly decorated. The bathrooms have both bathtub and shower cabin. The bed was very comfortable. The location is in Sukhumwit 4 which is a place known by its nightlife but you don't get bothered from music. The Skytrain is about 5 minutes walk from the hotel. The staff was very helpful and everything was perfect.

The hotel was just around the corner from all the action, but nicely tucked away. Make sure you take advantage of the shuttle which will take you to the main road. I didn't understand how it ran until the end of my trip and ended up walking what was a fair distance to get to the main road each day. Not a bad walk but I wouldn't have felt comfortable doing it at night as I was a female, travelling solo.
Ensure you find out the hours of the restaurant if you plan to eat dinner at the hotel. Although they are posted, they are not always followed. Staff said they were going through some changes with the chef.
