Room was dark and dank. Little natural light, toilet dripped the entire time, housekeeping picked up the robes and shower mat but didn’t replace them. If you go for breakfast, don’t expect a coffee. It’s not included and you have to pay extra at the coffee shop

Although the Lohas Residence does show some age, the facility was very clean, staff was present and helpful, and the rooms were comfy. The daily cleaning and amenities were great, making our stay comfy. I would recommend Lohas to others and the location is convenient as well.

The bad things this time was air conditioning stayed at 26 degrees at lowest so woke up couldn't breathe a nd sweating also TV had no signal so only had a few rubbish channels and shower only had cold water

Excellent hotel in great location in quieter part of Sukhumvit Soi 4: main entrance is towards southern end of Soi 2 with a back entrance to southern end of Soi 4. It’s a short walk to Benchakitti park, or Nana Plaza and BTS stations. Soi 4 has a very good range of restaurants, bars and adult entertainment, plus other areas of interest are within walking distance. I stayed for 8 nights in a Deluxe Suite, which had everything I wanted, plus the room was spacious with a big comfortable bed. All of the staff are friendly and helpful (housekeeping lady was wonderful) and there is a very good travel and transport service available in the lobby.

Staff was friendly. A little out of the way and the floors in the room need replaced. Nice having stove fridge and washer and dryer. Hot tub didnt work. The staff will droo you off within easy walking to BTS. Breakfast was ok but almost the same thing every day. I would stay there again. Good value for the price

Cockroaches were everywhere for our entire stay. We let the staff know and they sprayed our room with bug spray so we were breathing and smelling that the whole trip. It didn't stop them so everyday we had to kill many cockroaches.

The air conditioner was also very old so it was on full blast but it never made the room cold and was very loud.

The water in the shower wouldnt stay hot for more than a minute at a time so water was hot then cold every day.

I would highly recommend staying elsewhere until a major renovation is done here.

The reception Staff were extremely kind and caring. They were always ready to answer questions or help us with whatever needs that we may have. Close proximity to parks, malls and Metro making it very convenient. There were plenty of food choices within walking distance. Breakfast buffet was enjoyable each day. Our suite was spacious and comfortable. The garden terrace and pool are quite nice and the exercise room was spacious. Would definitely come back and stay at this property again in the future.

Returning guest to my favorite hotel when staying in Bangkok and I stay here as often as I can. Staff are very friendly, eager to help and remember me from my previous visits, which is appreciated. Excellent hotel in great location in quieter part of Soi 4: main entrance is towards southern end of Soi 2 with a back entrance to southern end of Soi 4. It’s a short walk to Benchakitti park, or Nana Plaza and BTS stations. Soi 4 has a very good range of restaurants, bars and adult entertainment…plus other areas of interest are within walking distance. Staff was very friendly and approachable. They are ready to give you the best service that they can. Even though the hotel was a bit far you can take the tuktuk service to ploenchit center where the nearest bts is close by.
You can also call the hotel to get picked up there no need to book a ride before hand, you can get the service any time.

Taxi service for the airport is also convenient.(this one you need to book in advance)

The hotel is very dated though I think the air conditioning needs an upgrade I had the temperature at 17 in full blast and I would still be hot. The washing machine would shake making a noise when using it, I had to put something under it so it won't disturb other guests...

Returning guest to my favorite hotel when staying in Bangkok. This was my second stay at this hotel and I will be returning again in mid-August. Excellent hotel in great location in quieter part of Soi 4: main entrance is towards southern end of Soi 2 with a back entrance to southern end of Soi 4. It’s a short walk to Benchakitti park, or Nana Plaza and BTS stations. Soi 4 has a very good range of restaurants, bars and adult entertainment, plus other areas of interest are within walking distance. Breakfast is available at the ground floor restaurant and I ate there most mornings. I stayed for 5 nights in a Premier Room with balcony, which had everything I wanted. The room was spacious with a big comfortable bed. All of the staff are friendly and helpful and there is a very good travel and transport service available in the lobby. The only downside to my stay was the presence of a very inconsiderate family in the room next door: they had young children, but somehow the parents deemed it acceptable to go out for long periods of time, whilst leaving the children unattended. The result was yelling, screaming kids who would occasionally ring my doorbell for amusement: when they checked out, it was so much nicer.

Wonderful stay, but Wi-Fi was terrible…

Single male stayed for two nights in a deluxe room. Room was spacious (huge), clean and comfortable with everything I needed, plus the bed was comfortable and I slept well every night. The staff were great and I would happily live here long term! Only negative was the Wi-Fi signal which was very unreliable and I really needed a reliable service for my work situation. There is a convenient shortcut to Soi Sukhumvit 4 and you are a short walk from Benchakitti Park which is worth a visit. There is plenty of nightlife all along Soi Sukhumvit 4, including the famous Nana Plaza. Plenty of shopping malls are nearby as is Soi Cowboy: all within a reasonable walking distance (unless you are lazy). Do yourself a favour and visit Green Room music bar in Soi Sukhumvit 7: Bangkok's best Rock, Rhythm & Blues Bar In the heart of Sukhumvit (no lady drinks!)

what to say a fun area to stay in - if you want some interesting night life
the hotel is like most hot climate hotels of this price , they have a sort of damp smell when you enter the room -that like disappears instantly . its the hight of the rainy season - everything is wet , but im working so not choice when i go
so there is a Kitching but on pans ! the microwave works and there's a washing machine kettle toaster etc. for the price to what you are used to in Europe its great,

The room on the 4th floor was decent. It was a little old but functional. The sheets smelled good and there was a microwave and induction stove.
However, there were 2 major problems.
1. The hot water in the shower was so erratic. 1 min I’m showering in a nice warm stream and the next minute it’s ICE COLD. I needed to wait 3-4 mins for the hot water to come back on. Then the cycle continues.

2. We came back pretty late at night about 2am and there was a COCKROACH in the room that came out from under the fridge/sink area. We killed it but idk how many more are under there. I usually leave my suitcase open at night and i was fretting. Who knows if it would crawl out in the middle of the night while we were asleep and made house in my luggage.
I called the reception to ask for a change of room. Told them of the situation and said any other room is fine even if it’s a downgrade. Their first instinct wasn't even to apologise for the inconvenience. Rather avoiding the trouble of helping me change a room was top priority. Lied and said there’s no other available rooms etc but after going back and forth, (and a lot of Thai speaking in the background) they magically pulled out a room from somewhere.
The room on the 5th floor was newer with freshly painted walls judging from the smell.

TLDR; I won’t be coming back here.

I judge most everything by the value I receive.

Traveling from the USA to Thailand, this is my 3rd time back to Lohas. The staff is always kind, courteous, fast, efficient and always helpful. The property is situated in a quiet corner just a 2 minute walk away from all the craziness of nana!! Highly recommend this Spot!! Looking forward to my next trip back!!!

This is an apartment style place that you could easily stay for months. Ideal location, so you can exit onto soi 2 or 4. We ended up staying here because we wanted to stay in Bangkok a few extra days, but the first hotel we stayed in wasn’t available for extra nights. I wish we had just stayed at Lohas. Great pool, nice rooms, comfy bed. We didn’t use the restaurant, but it looked nice too.

This hotel is a joke..from the moment i checked in there was nothing but stress.The first room i stayed was filthy very bad smell.they moved us into another room.tv wasn't working no hot water in the morning no pressure in the water.
i decided to have a swim in the pool.i think it would be cleaner if i swam in the canal in bangkok.there was nothing but dead things floating in the swinming pool.
I ask could it be cleaned they told me they cant clean it and she didnt know when it was cleaned last.
They gave me an upgrade but it was all to late.
Under no circumstances would i ever stay in this hotel again.i would not recommend it to my worst enemy.

it was great so big and quiet from street noise, take advantage of the in house massage service its cheaper than the street ones and tons better, best massage I've ever had and ive had thousands, ask for 'Nut' yeah that's her name and she legit no hanky pankie.Also the pool get full sun no buildings shading it if you want sun and a more than acceptable work out room

Loved how it almost felt like an airbnb, like an actual residence. Room had a kitchen, pots, pans, dish soap/sponge, kettle, even a washing machine (though we needed to get our own detergent). Dryer took forever though, we needed to put it through 3 times.
Pool/Jacuzzi was a little disappointing. Pool had a lot of bugs in it, but not sure if it was cause we were going early in the morning and they didn't have a chance to clean it yet... As for the jacuzzi, it was more like a bath tub with those massage nozels. I had to fill up the water myself, which took forever and there's no system to keep the water warm.

Hotel rooms are outdated and not very clean. Tub & sink drains were clogged. Floor had sticky substance on the floor next to bed. Walls are very thin. A/C very noisy. Toiletries incl only shower cap, qtips & toothbrushes. Cheap bottled water. Waitress in Pillars restaurant very rude. Front desk staff pleasant. Rooftop pool, gym, sauna & jacuzzi very old. Tuk tuk service was great. Don't believe the photos, they were taken years ago probable when new. 7/11 and restaurants not very close by foot. Be careful of menu in room, 90 baht menu is only in Pillars restaurant and not for room service. 17% tax (7% vat + 10%service). I would pay more and stay somewhere better and closer to Sukhumvit Road

One day no electricity.

The day I checked and I was informed my second day there the building would have no electricity !!! The staff was so friendly, fast and efficient I hardly remember the day we had no electricity. Great location with a very interesting slow pace front side of the building and a very busy strip on the backside of the building with great access to markets, BTS, pharmacy, shopping everything you would need with in walking distance. I would definitely return.
