OK hotel for a short stay. Little loud as some of the bars are located downstairs. Good location, walkable and close to all the bars, restaurants and night life. Nana BTS station just few steps away. Stuff was very nice as well.

Staff was absolutely Outstanding! Great location on Sukhumvit 11/1 away from all the noises. Rooms need to updated soon. Comfortable bed and pillows. I did find some baby cockroaches which I was not happy about. Great food choices nearby. Very close to MRT. Shopping all around. Very safe. Will visit again. BTW, pricing was very affordable.

Hotel was having some maintenance and refurb at the time due to low season as most Thai places do so that is reflected in the score.

The place is a stones throw from Nana BTS which is why I would use this place again anytime I need to bounce in Bangkok for a few days.

First up, they advertised breakfast available, none was available, the shower needed new washers as it sprayed water out of the hose, there was plenty of mould in the bathroom along with a couple of cockroaches, the tv kept having to be reset every time you turned it on, our room faced the alley and was terribly noisy till around 2.00am, the staff were great, go out of there way for you, the cleaning staff didn’t turn up every day and on occasions did at 7.00pm, I could not recommend this hotel,

Very convenient location with plenty of access to: train, ground transportation, dining options, terminal 21 mall within walking distance, etc… like most hotels, it was updated and remodeled with a friendly staff. Only take aways include: needing new sheets, pillow cases and towels as they looked very worn, some with holes in them. Also the shower curtain had mildew on the bottom. It either needs to be changed or like other hotels to just have the glass window divider option.

They were going to charge 500 baht for a small blood stain on the sheet till we explained the cut happened on the edge of the bed base.

The place is disgusting, Filthy. It's a bit like they went to the local discount store to decorate the rooms. The shower has holes in the wall. Dirt behind the door is 1/4\" thick. Shower filled with mold. Not one time did the staff clean the room. The safe is not secured to the wall or floor. So a thief could just pick up the safe and walk away with it. I asked about cleaning the room. Was told to push the clean my room button. Non of the buttons work. I guess they never asked the cleaning staff to clean. Furniture falling apart. The staff was friendly but unprofessional. Location is great. The sad part is this could be a great property. very sad. I'm in the hospitality business and at every level this was a huge disappointment. Very sad

Absolutely disgusting building, area is horrible too. Hookers around the area like cockroaches, building, and room smells horrible and the elevator is the tiniest thing I’ve stepped foot in. Highly do not recommend.

Probably the best hotel on Langkawi

This is probably one of the newest hotels on Langkawi. Rooms are spacious and balconies have amazing sea view. Service is fantastic in fact I have never had such a great experience when staying in a hotel in Malaysia. Breakfast buffet has everything you can with for. We will definitely stay here again

A good hotel at a good price

The hotel is undergoing some refurbishment, I was there few months back and a lot of work has been put into remodelling the rooms, I guess it is still ongoing as some additional improvement can be done.
Said that the staff is friendly and welcoming, for the location I would highly recommend this accommodation.

Lying, disrespectful, dirty, under construction

I paid for a nicer room at this hotel they checked me and under false pretense. that's why I was booked and then took me outside and walk me to a different hotel owned by the same people that was currently under construction. I went into the room it smells very bad very dirty as if it was just finished being painted. Their solution was to spray some air cleaner in the room to make it smell better. when I asked if I could cancel because they had no rooms available that I paid for they told me it was too late because they already checked me in. They lied to hotels.com and said that they put me in a room that I paid for. Then he pretended he couldn't speak English. I canceled my second night. Very disrespectful lying untrustworthy hotel. Many better options nearby for a fair price. I would never recommend anyone to stay here. in my picture the red circle is the hotel is supposed to stay at in the yellow circle is where they try to make me stay.

I didn't get the room I requested. Instead of a queen size bed, they gave me 2 single beds joined together. Showering was difficult as the water level was too low. There was drilling early in the morning as well, causing trouble sleeping for everyone.

The hotel is essential a flophouse for men visiting Bangkok's red light district. The hotel is undergoing a much needed renovation, however during this period the the place is in complete disrepair. Online pictures of the rooms facilities are extremely misleading.

Great accommodation and staff. Currently being renovated and I was luck enough to have a room on the 5th floor with balcony.

The owner is pulling out the stops to make this a great city centre hotel with all staff being really helpful.

This hotel was nothing like the website shows! I had booked a delux room with city views, what I actually got was a grubby, tired, unclean small room with ripped towels a view of a car park wall, not hot water and a funny smell. I asked the staff about the room but was told this was a delux room. I found them unhelpful and abrupt. I guess the only positive thing was the price but I I guess this is why! What a let down

One of the worst hotel i ever stayed in Bangkok. Wall and floor are full of stain. Water heater not working well. No proper handling of baggage at front desk. Anyone can just take your bag and go. Not sure is it front desk staff lazy or their room key system sucks. All 3 key cars issue to me and my friends room are master key. So we can open any room. I believe same goes to every single card issued. This is really rubbish. What secuirty is this? I will never ever book this hotel again. Only plus point is the staff at the front desk are friendly, Nana station is just meters away. Wifi is ok but if you got the corner room. Connection is real bad as my friend got one of the corner room. A very bad conidtion hotel.

Very rude staff, Very racism staff. I reach the hotel early about 1:30pm and the manager ask me to paid a deposit of $500. He told me I've to wait till 2pm, than I can check-in hotel. As for CAUCASIAN and INDIAN guests, the manager allow them to check-in hotel at 1:45pm. I have to wait and wait until about 2:15pm before they have a room for me. So UNFAIR!!!

Good place in the city centre on a budget

This is not my first time visiting this accommodation, I was there earlier in the year.
The advantage of this hotel is for sure the location and the budget price.
The rooms are a decent size, the staff is friendly and the rooms are clean.
Room service is efficient.
I would recommend it for anyone on a budget but that still wants to stay in the city center.
The local amenities are great including good restaurants, street food, shopping centers, and the overground public transport.

Great staff, I booked months in advance to get a specific type of room. When I arrived, there wasn't this type of room available but I was able to switch to my preference by the second day. Everyone there was always helpful. Nice pool and jacuzzi. Good restaurant with American breakfast and street view from one level up. Overall, will stay here again for sure.

Hotel didn't prepare the room I booked for the first day. Only the 2nd day, when I requested to change room, then I get the Executive room I booked in first place. Room is dusty & old, dryer & shower not function well. After shower become flooded. Only good is 10min to Terminal 21 shopping mall, but lots of near by hotel. Picture look clean & nice but the actual not at all.

First couldn't find my booking.Room dirty and maintenance issues.5 floor noise from water cylinder kicking in ever 20 min.Towels ripped.Best part of room was new curtins.Tv 2 channels .I stayed here years ago n was good .let hotel go down.checked out 2 days earlier moved t better hotel.they didn't say anything. My friends also checked out 10 days earlier. They had no hot water for 2 days.also never got asked why checking out early. They dont care.web sites use old pictures. So wrong.

1. I emailed hotels.com about a early checkin twice along with the property and did not receive any information. Upon arrival no early checkin was aviaible delaying my trip and business plans.

2. My A/C did not work the 1st day of arrival and hot water was not working. Was moved another room for 2nd night. The A/C worked but hot water did not work.

3. I requesting a refund or prorated about. In addition, I need to cancel my next stay at this location in starting on Friday, August 24th.

Great little budget hotel in the centre

Staff were great and accommodating. My room always got made even when i forgot to ask. It’s location is perfectly situated near station and all the activity. The rooms were clean but paintwork could use some TLC. Would highly recommend for any budget traveler.
