The rooms in the hotel are big . I did have an issue with very dirty jacuzzi and jets. But the hotel staff were kind and did everything they could to help the situation. It is easy walking to the terminal 21 mall.

We checked in early and we got the room right above the lobby. Had to get up at 4 am for a flight and didn't get hardly any sleep because of the noise in the lobby. A lot of it seemed to be just the night staff having jovial conversations which kept us awake. Some of our other party booked their rooms months after us and got free upgrades when they checked in hours after us. Hotel itself was nice but probably wouldn't stay again because of the noise and lack of customer appreciation.

Very modern hotel with really friendly staff. Room was large with classy style! Amazing modern bathroom, nice bed and small balcony too.

The rooftop area, bar and pool looked great. Had a good mix of food for breakfast and lots of space.... very nice people so I really enjoyed my stay.

Arte Hotel was amazing. Friendly and helpful staff. The pool was beautiful with an awesome view of Bangkok skyline. The hotel is a stone's throw away from Terminal 21 mall and BTS. The area is not too busy and you can safely walk at night with kids. We love Bangkok and our stay in Arte Hotel made it more special.

I check in at early evening and was given 1st floor. Though I asked for change of room due to noise, hotel rejected and ask me to make change the next day. Construction was just next to my room and the worker can easily see through the window. Other than this, everything was ok.

Cons:
*** Sound proofing needs improving - could hear other guests leave the elevator from our room; was quite noticeable
Bed - Average bed with lumpy pillows
Cost of facilities - laundry was insanely priced ($2 to wash 1x pair of socks) and taxis were 4x the price of grab (1,600 THB to Don Mueang airport, when Grab was 450 THB)
Low quality fridge in room - not cold enough to safely store milk drinks inside


Summary:
A good price for a nice hotel in a great location, that could easily be truly excellent with some simple and affordable upgrades

The hotel is old and in need of a major refurbish. Especially for the price I paid! My room had a bad smell of mold in the air. It was disgusting! I also found tiny jumping bugs in my room. They weren't fleas cos they squished too easy. The staff, however, were fantastic! I didn't have the heart to tell them their hotel sucks...

The room is outdated. I was locked out in the bathroom in the middle of night for an hour. Luckily the maintenance guy was still up to fix it. I asked the front desk what can be done for the inconvenience and she just apologized. I was expecting for something more than sorry as I may not be returning back as a guest there.

Really nice hotel great spot in Bangkok could have picked a better place to stay. Staff excellent very nice and clean rooms great. Only issue is the room we stayed in the AC must have been malfunctioning and every morning most of the hotel room floor was soaking and both myself and my wife got very ill for the second half of our stay with a very bad flu like illness. I am not a doctor but have worked with ac and know how bad this can cause sickness. With this minor issue resolved would come back in a heart beat

Left my apple airpod in my hotel room but they did not bother to give it back to me. I actually waited for about an hour in the looby because they have to inspect the room before they let me leave the hotel facility. Surely they saw and found my airpods but did not return it. I only realised that I left it behind when I am at the airport waiting for my flight back to Australia. This only shows that the staff are not honest enough. The hotel locqtion was great but I will not come back to this place again. I know it is my responsibility to check my stuff before I leave but atleast their staff should be trained to be honest or else they will loose customers.

I stay at Arte whenever I am in Bangkok. It's close to the BTS and the shopping malls. Busy downtown area yet quite at night. The staff is always welcoming and helpful. The facilities are maintained.

Great location and lovely stay

Lovely hotel just off the main drag so nice and quiet. Room was good, nice shower and very comfortable bed and pillows. We didn’t have breakfast in the hotel. Ideally located for transport and shopping mall if that’s your thing but you can get to all tourist attractions easily on public transport, sky train and MRT are available at the end of the road.

Nice Hotel/ Great location

Great staff. They have a bunch of extra decorative pillows, and it’s hard to find a place to put them. Who needs all those decorative pillows. Their refrigerator/minibar, is very small. I like to buy some cut fruit, and there’s not much room, even after the other contents. I also could not find an adjustment, to make the refrigerator colder.

Had to do a 1 nigh layover before heading to Penang and stayed at the Arte,,, accidentally left computer mouse in the room on the way and didn’t realize it till a day later, but luckily staff found it and put it aside for me!

Arte is a bit distant from Terminal 21 (Asoke), and seemingly caters to tour groups now. It is not the wonderful oasis it was before Covid....but it still has a great pool!

Arte is located in a very good area which nearby Terminal 21, BTS and the metro. There is Superrich on BTS Asok with a good price exchange cash. The service and staff are very good. Just one thing, the properties of the restroom are old, and the lighting is not enough bright for makeup. Wish they could update the lighting. Still recommend it.

The BTS and metro stations are conveniently accessible within a 7-minute walk. The location is surrounded by excellent amenities, including shopping malls, massage shops, and convenience stores.
