Room shower handle was faulty. It would close once you turn it on.. needed to hold in a certain way to keep water flow on. Their universal power outlet was not working and my universal adapter couldn't get proper connection on the other power outlets occasionally.

Aircon was powerful and great. Hot water for shower was sufficient. Smart TV with YouTube was a great asset to have.

I’ve stayed on the sixth floor, room 167 which faces the street and has a lot of street traffic noise. That’s not even the issue, there’s a pump sort of thing right next to the room that turns on every about 3-5 minutes and it continues the whole day. I couldn’t sleep well for the whole 5 nights and the hotel wouldn’t change my room even after my complaint on the second night.

Nice hotel and staffs, great location to stay in, very near inter-change of MRT and BTS which can easily go to other places of attractions in the city. The only downside is the control of the water temperature in the bathroom, otherwise it will be great.

Hidden gem within the prime location.

Excellent customer and house keeping service. located at the prime spot where key transport intersection is within walking distance. Various selection of spa and salon around and a big mall with supermarket.

Furthermore, one of my fellow traveler misplaced his phone while we are rushing to catch our flight back home.
The management has already emailed him about lost and found before we even sent am enquiry to them.
This dedication increases our confidence toward Sacha's Hotel and will be looking forward to stay at their hotel again.

Only good thing is the location, near BTS and Terminal 21. Even though we were upgraded to Premium room, we would not recommend staying at this hotel. All towels were stained and grayish in color. You are expected to share 1 toothbrush when the room is booked for 2 guest and toiletries were not sufficiently top up during our 3 night stay, we had to buy shower gel from 7-eleven.

after first night I book another hotel I had used previously, I not cancel at this hotel because I choose non refundable, just pay for another hotel. the bed lumpy and hurt my back, the safe in the room was not secured to the cabinet and could easily be picked up and carried off.the room that I had booked turned out to be in the building next to the main hotel. will nt book this hotel again.

I stayed here last week, and came back this week.
Last week I as very satisfied, this week not so much...
I was placed in another building beside ht main hotel, and the rooms were old, and worn down.
The AC (in the ceiling) could not be adjusted so the cold air blow in my face when trying to sleep.
There are several restaurants nearby, and close to shopping (Terminal 21) and to transport (Sky Train and Metro).

Hotel is perfectly located < 5 min walk from the Asok BTS and MRT, from here you can get to practically anywhere in bangkok. Room was clean, exactly as shown in photos and bed was comfortable.
If you want to explore bangkok, this is the perfect place to rest, get on public transport and spend the day out and about.

Great location; close to both the MRT and BTS station. As soon as you step out from the hotel, there are a bunch of massage shops and restaurants. Terminal 21 and Robinson’s is less than a 5min walk away.

The room was comfy, though it can be a little noisy as my room was facing the road. That being said, if you’re not planning to spend all your time in the room, this place is great value for a stay. The staff are very friendly, service is quick. The area feels safe and it’s busy but not overcrowded like in the Siam area.

Overall I had a pleasant stay at sacha’s.

Very disappointed with the room condition. This is my 1st time staying in this hotel. I have been arranging to stay at the new block which just next to the existing hotel. The sound proof of the room is really bad. I can hear what is the other guest's conversation when passed by my room.
The worst part was few peoples are having party in one of the night during my stay. That time was midnight and very noisy cause my wife and I barely can sleep. I heard one of the guest has complaint to them but still they continue party after that. The sound proof of the room really need to be improved.
Just the hotel is clean, considered spacious, and very near to the MRT / BTS station.

Excellent location, around 5 mins walk to Asok BTS station. Many massage shops and restaurants around the hotel.

I checked in at around 12 and was so lucky to have the room prepared already. I settled down my baggage and went to Terminal 21 for lunch. It only takes 5 mins walk. I stayed for 3 days and was very satisfied during my stay. Room was comfortable and quite, especially the bathroom, which is my favourite, bright and clean.

Quite normal for the prize. Plus point was the location, near bts and terminal 21. The negative was perhaps due to that we were given 2nd level at the adjacent building. The lift lobby was next to a japanese restaurant and the smell at the lobby was overwhelming. At level 2, guest can be affected by the noise as well. Rooms in main building should be better. Overall language proficiency and service of staff is good.

If you are a light sleeper, stay away. Soundproofing wasn't good, tuk tuk engine and bikes can be heard. Hotel walls and doors not enough soundproofing. Wifi weak and kept disconnecting. Otherwise, location was good.

Great Budget Hotel @ Prime Location

Very pleased with our stay. The room is spacious & clean. Staffs are helpful & friendly. Hotel location are great as it's just within few minutes walking distance to 'Terminal 21' for shopping or 'Health Land' for a good relaxing massage. Traveling to other place of interest are convenient as both Asoke BTS & Sukhumvit MRT are nearby too.

It's definitely one of the best hotel with reasonable price. We'll sure chose to stay over here again on our next visit.

The hotel is in a great location, only a few steps from the Asok BTS. Its very basic in what it has to offer, but the beds are really comfortable. Right next to a great Japanese izakaya too. If you just need a place to sleep/rest in Bangkok you can get great value from this place. If youre the type who likes to spend a significant amount of time in the hotel when traveling, you'll want to go somewhere else.

Overall, its a great place to set up a home base as a solo traveller or with family. If you can get it a good discounted price like we did, its hard to beat in terms of value.

Good Location. Its about 3mins walk from Terminal 21 Station. However, traffic on sukhumvit road can be terrible during the peak hours. I waited an hour for the uber to arrive.

Room is spacious, however, the design of the shower is bad. Water tends to splash out of the shower area onto the tiles outside the glass panel (BTW the shower area has no door...just a half glass panel).

Great hotel in a great location

The hotel is lovely low-rise boutique hotel in Sukhumvit Soi 19 close to restaurants, massage places, bars, supermarkets and Robinson department store as well as Terminal 21 shopping complex. The rooms are designed in the modern minimalist theme. The Asoke BTS is just a stone's throw away. Really nice English pub called The Black Swan with awesome English grub opposite the hotel. There is a 7-11 right opposite the hotel plus a pharmacy. The staff too are really helpful and friendly. The hotel is located in clean surroundings. I couldn't ask for more. Always stay at Sacha's Uno whenever I am in Bangkok. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The TV was not working. The mini-fridge was not cold enough as a fridge. Room & toilet was spacious & bed was comfortable. However, the air-con was directed at the bed, thus you have cold air directed at 1 sleeper, which made it too cold & uncomfortable. If you were to adjust up the temperature, the other sleeper may not get enough air-con. Room service cleanliness can be improved. Close proximity to BTS & MRT. Need to walk on the side of road as there is no proper walking path between hotel & Terminal 21 & there's weaving traffic on this small road.

Simple, central comfort

The Sasha Uno is ideal as a jumping off point for your trip to Thailand; or, conversely, as a last stop before you go, should you wish to take two or three days just to absorb the city and see it. The hotel is small and comfortable, and the staff are a delight: the welcome is warm and efficient, and nothing is too much trouble. The breakfasts are decent: there are hot options as well as the usual fruit and European-style cereal and pastries, and their street-side terrace is the perfect place for a little cocktail before dinner. And you've not far to go for that: it is absolutely central, across the road from Robinsons department store, whose secret is its wonderful food department and massage room in the basement. The rooms at the Uno are in need of a little sprucing up, I think. I was first there 9 years ago, when everything was spanking new, and now things are in need of a lick of paint. But the beds are still first rate: the most comfortable night's sleep I've had anywhere, ever. I have even gone so far as to pull up the sheets in an effort to find out the make of the mattress (no cigar)! Sublime! Also, the design concept of the room is wonderful. The bathrooms are gorgeous: huge, comfortable shower with bench seat, robes, slippers, good lighting for make-up, shaving etc, and everything sparklingly clean. The only detraction is that the hotel is on a main road, so you get street noise. Also, strangely, no net curtains!

Nice cosy hotel located near Terminal 21

Pros: Premier room was big, spacious and clean. Location within walking distance to Terminal 21. Nearby many massage places, but they all close at 12am, which is early compared to Silom area.

Cons: The hot water does not last long? After the first person showered, the second person's \"hot water\" did not last long, not sure why that happened, but we never informed the front desk about it since it was not a big issue. First day we checked in, there was only 1 toothbrush in a double room? and no shower gel. We requested from reception and they got it sent to our room. The 2nd day, they do not provide new toothbrushes or new bar of soap. Hotel listing stated 24hr airport shuttle available upon request, but when i asked the front desk, they said they do not provide such service. Wifi was slow.

This is my second stay in this hotel which is close to Asok/Sukhumvit stations so it's very convenient to take both BTS and MRT. There are lots of restaurants and shopping centers nearby, with abundant supply of massage places and night life attractions. The hotel is clean and simple in decoration/facilities which is adequate for a solo traveller like me.

The hotel needs major work and is falling apart.
Do not waste money staying here. The staff is nice but that is the only good thing about this hotel. Every thing is horrible form the tiny elevator to the dirty walls and cracked ceiling and disgusting floors. These buildings should be condemned and not used as hotels.
Never stay here if you can help it.

From great to mediocre. Needs improvement.

This is our second stay with Sacha’s Uno. Arrived at 10am BKK timing and couldn’t check-in yet, so asked for a bottle of water as it was a really hot day and was told they had to charge for it. Definitely not a nice way to welcome a guest in the sweltering heat despite having paid for the room in full already.
We stayed in the deluxe wing and the lobby was attached to a restaurant which was noisy and smelt of food at night. Our room was located beside the lift and soundproofing was poor- you can hear people talking while waiting for the lift. All the TV channels were also in Thai.
We informed the breakfast waitress our dietary restrictions- no bacon for 1 set. Came back to us with the bacon and we told her to change it, expecting them to replace with a fresh set. But it was merely taken off the plate and returned to us in 1minute. It just showed that the staff was insensitive to the guests’ concerns.
The only redemption was the friendly and smiley male server who remembered our breakfast order for the next few days. The contrast in service was jarring, having been here just 6months ago. Having experienced what this hotel is capable of, there is definitely a lot of room for improvement.

Great location. A quick walk to the BTS Asoke station and the Terminal 21 Mall. Comfortable bed. Modern. No frills such as a pool but I wasn’t in Bangkok to swim.

Good value and pleasant stay

Nice place. Assessable. Staff is friendly and helpful. The only thing that could have been better, the pillows provided were too soft. Overall we are happy with our stay and likely to return again if we will be at BKK. Thanks.

Things to improve!

Deluxe room is not from the main building. I requested for room not facing the main road but was offered a room facing main road. The vehicles noise can be heard clearly. Unless the hotel upgrade their sound proofing. This is my third time stay; to enjoy a better stay chose premier room.
