This property is conveniently located just off Asok Montri Road, with plenty of good restaurants nearby. It offers good value for money. I found my room a little dark, but grew accustomed to it. It is slightly above street level so it is a matter of hauling one's bags up a short slope to get to the hotel door.

The building is modern with a cool design and decorations. The room is nicely decorated, very clean, modern, with a nice bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were all very friendly, polite, and professional. They allowed me a late check-out and gave me some extra coffee in the morning when I requested it. Also gave me some friendly tips where I could buy some things I needed. Great place, wonderful staff, excellent location, and a very good price. Highly recommend.

Good rooms and excellent location

Clean, comfortable boutique hotel. Lovely Japanese Izakaya across the street that doesn't charge VAT and service. Terminal 21 shopping mall is a 5mins walk and so is Soi Cowboy.

Interior lighting could be a bit better ... can't see much in blue light!

provide more than one day of water

Better than expected. Room was big and clean and well appointed. I think it was very good value for money. The only issue is that I think it would be good if they gave you water each day and not just on your first day. It costs very little but is a huge inconvenience to realise you have none and have to go and buy it. I will certainly stay there again

Style and design are stylish & nice!
However amenities like air con , water heater and toilet bowl are old and don’t function very well...
day 1 check In , water leaking from air con, by evening it’s like I have a mini rainfall in my room! Before I’m allow to change my room
Bathtub look nice but lack of steps to safety climb in and out... taking a bath daily has a risks of slipping falling!
Most importantly! Be carful of valuable belonging as House keeping is a theft , and counter staff are very uncooperative

The safe in the room couldnt be opened. No TV guide, wasnt able to use tv. Staff member came to show but also couldnt explain. No hot water, barely lukewarm , just ok for short shower

My first room that was with spoilt air conditional. I thought it was a weather problem, until i tried very hard and long time to call down to front desk. Somebody finally picked up the call, after long and many attempts with bad temper.

After she came out and checked out for me. Realised that airconditional is not working fine, then only feel sorry to change the room for me.

Great location within walking distance of tons of stuff to do and eat/drink in Suhkumvit area. Staff was helpful and spoke some English which made the check in easy. Room was clean and had air conditioning. There was a safe in the room.

My second time staying at this hotel. Overall, I am quite pleased with the value I get fot my money. Rooms are nice and quite clean. The area is ok, the walking distance to Asok is about 10 minutes. I can definately recommend this hotel!

A nice stay at the hotel

The hotel's location is very near to amneties such as MRT, BTS, Terminal 21 shopping mall and also 7-11 stores. It was a breeze getting around Bangkok from the hotel.

The room that I booked was spacious and the bed was comfy.

The only downside of the room was that the lightings were very dim. Even when I switched on all the lights, the room was still quite dark. Maybe the hotel's management can do something to improve the lightings and brightness in the room.

Pros: Hotel near to BTS and MRT. Lots of food option nearby with terminal 21 within walking distance.

Cons: Hotel was old and not properly maintained. The automatic shutter for the bathroom malfunctioned. The staff solved the problem after our feedback, by plugging out the power.

Slightly dissapointed, as hotel did not provide toothbrush and toothpaste and didnt replenish the toilet paper.

Booked and paid for a double bed suit for 6 nights. First night was assigned to a twin bed suit (R 204) which was noisy, probably due to some machinery running non stop all night. After complaining to front desk the next morning, My luggage was moved to a double bed room (R 205) while I was out, not the double bed suite that I paid for. Complained to the manager the next day, only then I was provided the proper double bed suit. (R401).
Since then I was totally ignored by the front desk staffs.
Reservation though confirmed and paid for, but still not reliable.

1. Hotel breakfast at 8am, it means not convenience for people who traveling for business which should be leave hotel earlier. I do confirmed to the guy who is In the reception before 7am but he informed me the breakfast time was written on the website. How do i check the time when i booked, i saw only BREAKFAST INCLUDED then i book my room.

2. 10 feb 2018 early morning around 6.25am, somebody called to my room and they were laughing and said \"am i still a life\".. it is so disgusting for customer who stay. I tried to ask receptionist to find from which room number who called me, but again they cannot do anything.

for me location and cleanliness were good. but the services when we ask something has no responds. and for me what i wrote above is really important for customer.
I will not stay at this hotel anymore.

My second visit here to this hotel. It is pleasant, moody and stylish. The interiors are modern with a moody street twist. The only downside for me this time around was the construction noise that woke me up like an alarm clock every morning. Though, this is an external influence that is beyond the hotel's control.

The bed was very hard (so hard we both woke up with back and neck ache) and the pillows thin and useless. Asked for more pillows and I did not get any. WiFi was on and off the whole stay.
It's about a 8 minute walk to the BTS and shopping mall.

A good boutique hotel that lives of past reviews

I'm not a fussy traveller, but i can only rate this place 2 star (1 for location and 1 for price), maximum 2,5 for the working fridge.

The only good thing about this hotel, is price and location. It has probably went down to become more like a backpacker hotel than a boutique hotel. Was staying in room 603 and my reasons are as followed:

1) Lobby without air con? Maybe they are saving costs but isn't that the most basic thing for customers?
2) Bath tub in broken shape, handles gone, stopper with no ways to remove, and ceiling drip directly above the bath tub.
3) Soap and shampoo feels like it has expired.
4) Room is dusty and dark and feels like sheets have not beed changed with bed bugs.
5) Air con frozen up on day 2, gotta wait in the night for 1 hr for it to clear.
6) Bad sound proofing, can hear people making out in the middle of the night.

The Fustion Suites Stay

Location wise is good. Just opposite Health Land at Asok. About 10 mins walk to Terminal 21. Room is too dark for my liking and there is no view as the windows are blocked by billboards. Overall room is very gloomy due to insufficient lighting.

Disappointed !!

The most disturbing three things i experienced in this hotel are :
1-Almost no internet connection , so if good internet connection is important to you , i advice you to book at another hotel and make sure about this before you book..
2.No famous news channels like CNN & BBC.
3.Almost no view as the building surrounded by three tall buildings and when i asked for another room with a better view , the person at the reception told me ,i have to pay an additional 600 per night ! So i had to accept the reality! But had to check out after the three nights finished..Now i am staying at a cheaper hotel at Nana area , very good internet connection , has both CNN & BBC channels and the location much better specially for those who prefer many restaurants and very close to Nana BTS !
I also observed three lights at elevator are not working ( only one light working)..Another problem , they have special set for light & electrical-switching! They did not give any instructions about that !! To be honest i thought something was wrong with their system !! I discovered it by accident at the third night of my stay!!

Need to improve room maintenance quality

This is my second time's stay in Deluxe Suite room at The Fusion Suites.
This time no bed bugs, either no water leaking from upstairs bathroom.
The only problem was room maintenance quality.

1. 2 light bulbs (bath room and bed room) are out.
2. Rain coming inside from window
3. Pillows are to soft and lowquality
4. Bath towels needs to change new
5. I found a pice of corn from Kettle
6. Very slow and weak wifi

If you don’t enjoy sleeping, this place is for you

Good location but terrible road noise. If you enjoy listening to 125 cc motorcycles with a straight pipe exhaust, this place is for you. Mattress would rate just below a diamond on the Moh’s scale of hardness. Was treated to the fellow in the next room coughing up his lungs as the alarm clock (the walls although concrete failed to deaden his deathly gasps).

I will have to say the refrigerator kept my water cold overnight.

The staff is undertrained and non greeted customer, they just sit and as if customer is not there.

For the price i pay, the room size was rather spacious and value for money. the only concern and problem they have is that the maintainance of the bathroom as there is leakage and the shower doesn't run where its suppose to run, making the bathroom like a mini swimming pool with water everywhere. the aircon also takes quite some time to cool the room. as for the tv channel, they have awesome selection of thai shows up to 75 channel but sadly only 5 english speaking ones. probably they cater this hotel to the locals more than to the international guest. overall the area of the hotel and the room is good, only need to tweak on some issues like the bathroom situation, aircon and also the tv channel. oh, the wifi suck. they dont work. so thats another sad situation.

A bit run down, but charming and affordable nearby Asoke. Been there at the beginning, things are getting older but still nice choice for the price. Walking distance to T21, Suk BTS or Asoke.
Recommended if no windows is ok with you. Quite big rooms.

I stayed Deluxe Suite Room for 3 nights.

Good part,
I was late check in for first night but, smoothly get into the room.
Enough room size, Good sense of room interior and indirect lightning. Couch, fridge, Bath tub, Mini bar, night curtain, TV, Air-con, desk and chair, walking distance from 2 train stations.

Disappointed part,
No tooth brush, No pen and memo, hard bed mattress, unstable temperature and water pressure of hot water supply, Sewage smell around outside of hotel.

And really disappointed part were,
Security/Receptionist were sleeping on the couch at reception area after 3am (Unlocked main entrance), some water dripping from bathroom the ceiling, bed bug (flea) bites 4 parts of my body.

Best part
Hotel staff has hospitality mindset.

Over all, I liked this hotel but, unfortunately wouldn't not stay again.

Just the room a bit too dark,i prefer brighter.

One problem during our stayed,seems like the wall very thin cause can hear the water running sound very loud from next door!That disturbed our sleep when we heard it early in the morning and mid night,luckily the sound not dragging very long,if not i will make an complaint to the hotel!Bathroom toilet water suddenly strong then suddenly weak,will get use to it after knowing it's like!
The location is good,just walked 10 minutes can reach shopping mall Terminal 21,also to their train station.

First impression at the hotel quite good, located in good location easy to access to shopping centre and public transport like MRT and BTS sky train heading to all district of Bangkok.
First impression at the room make me feel Wow..this is a great room all facilities are provided for our stay.
But!!! a little bit shocked when I saw a piece of used condom package put on the chair might be from recent guest...Yes used condom package, But staff rushed to clean up again when I call them even in the night time.

Second upset is on the second day of our stay I got water leaking in the bathroom. The leaking look like from the above us I would not imagine but it look like leaking from bathroom or toilet above our room.. We called to front office staff and mention to house keeping staff, however NO one fix it for us. So on second day and third day of our stay we got leaking from above all the time until check out date this problem still remaining.

I stay here 2-3 times a year and have been coming here for the last three years. Its one of my favourite rooms in bangkok. Blackout drapes and huge comfy bed. Close enough to the skytrain and bars (<10min walk) but far enough from the noise and traffic. One tip- theyve stopped allowing local calls from the room so you will need to pick up a sim card at 7-11.

Excellent hotel for the price. Upon arrival does not look like the greatest, modest outside bar, very small lobby. The rooms though are great, large comfortable bed, AC/WiFi that actually works (hard to find in Thailand) a master remote that controls all lights in room. The room and bathroom are spacious and very clean. House keeping was polite and punctual. I stayed in 5 hotels traveling through Thailand and this was by hands the best and is very affordable, go for the Deluxe double!

This is a budget hotel. The room was dark, Windows didn't look out to anything except the concrete wall of the adjoining building, the wall was about 10 inches away , yes that close! So it was dark in the room and a bit depressing. If all you are doing is coming back to sleep, then it was okay. Lots of mosquitos and the bathroom and the rest of the hotel liked liked it was half built with bare concrete floors and walls. For a budget hotel, the location was the only thing going for it, otherwise stay somewhere!

Small Hotel in Sukumvit

This is a small hotel in Sukumvit (have bar at 1 floor). 10 mins to BTS and shopping center by walk. Opposite Health land spa. Room is very nice and comfortable.
