We got upgraded but the TV was not working well. Took 24 hours to fix, but then ok. The housekeeping staff were excellent. Property is a bit dated but ok. 3 Star not 4. Gym was tired and needed some equipment upgrading including TV. Pool very small and only 1 metre deep. The pool area and attached area need an upgrade. Buffet Breakfast was good and staff excellent.

The room was clean and in good working order. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was quite busy! The biggest things they need to fix (and easy to fix) the broken elevator and the lobby carpet which gives a terrible first impression. The pool was nice as was the dinner restaurant.

One of the best value for money hotels in Bangkok we have ever stayed.. Initially chose it for the location, 10/15 min walk to either Nana or Asok Bts, so close enough to walk to Nana Plaza or Soi Cowboy, but, far enough away to be very very quiet.. very nice bar/restaurant to sit and have a night cap..:-)

Right in the thick of it, but quiet enough

Very nice hotel. Artistically designed, with clean, comfortable rooms.

The location is perfect all that Sukhumvit has to offer. An easy walk to Soi Cowboy or the many bars on the surrounding Sois. But also easy access to Terminal 21 and the BTS.

I had booked 3 rooms here for my family and all of us had a wonderful stay. Breakfast was excellent, Room was very clean with no odours, along with very comfortable beds and linens. All staff we encountered were always courteous. The street was quiet and a short walk to the BTS, Terminal 21 or Soi 11 if you want some noise. Will certainly stay again.

The hotel was conveniently located near the Nana subway & easy to navigate around the other places of interest. Very interesting activities around the area. The walking journey back along the alley can be quite quiet. Staff were very friendly. Cleanliness was acceptable. Will choose to visit again.

Conveniently located near BTS Asok and Terminal 21 shopping mall. Also great restaurants around the vicinity. This hotel feels a little like love hotel with certain activities ongoing daily. Anyway, we booked a premier deck room; which was definitely not well maintained. Cupboard with hangers has a layer of dust. Certain corners in the bathroom and room also were dusty and some peeling unknown dirt around the edge and corners. Flooring was rundown and seems dirty, don’t feel safe to be barefoot in the room. Balcony/ patio area was not like the featured picture at all, seat cushions and table have lots of stains and bird pooping. Can’t complain much, you get what you paid for. On the other hand, breakfast was really good and flavourful. All the staffs are all very friendly and helpful.

This is an excellent hotel, very well located and with all the amenities you need. The room is spacious, the bed is super comfortable, the shower pressure is great, but what most called my attention was the kindness and politeness of rhe whole staff. They opened the door for you every time you leave the hotel, they engage with you and do whatever needed to help you and make you feel comfortable.
The pool in the terrace is beautiful, with a great view of Bangkok! I needed a late checkout and they accomodated my needs for a small charge. The staff also aranged a big car to take me to the airport. Highly recommend staying here!

This was my third time staying here. Very nice stay, great breakfast and entry to Benjakitti Park is just a straight walk down the street, staff very friendly, very close to my gym Jetts Fitness which is across from Terminal 21 where I eat my lunches at Fuji Restaurant. Location of hotel is perfect for my shopping, dining and exercise.

It is always a pleasure staying at Galleria 10 in Bangkok. Very friendly and serviceminded staff making the stay smoother than silk. Poolarea has been updated and the sun is never blocked by any other building which is common in Bangkok.

my name is james and i stayed in room 308 for a month, i like the employees that work here, they are very kind, efficient and work hard, i believe this is reflextion of the their general manager, he certainly portrayed these traits. the girl who cleans the room was an angel, so sweet, humble and kind. i strongly believe they need a golf cart back and fourth to main street. it would be very difficult during the rainy season. i think at one time they had one. i also loved the breakfast, lots of great foods and watermelon every day, peace and love to you and the people of thailand, godbless.

Pillows and mattresses complete worn out, usually no hot water or decent water pressure, on a prior visit after checking in found bed was made with dirty sheets. I have stayed here many times in last several years and was great but something changed about a year ago and it seems to be deteriorating rapidly. Not staying here anymore!

Perfect spot for me and my gf to explore Bangkok, whilst it’s close to public transport, when taxis on “grabl” (uber in Thailand) are never more than 5-10€ it’s likely as a tourist you will be using these. Not the best place to bring children as the area at night is where they have there red light district equivalent

Comfy bed, fast wi-fi, great water pressure. Friendly and attentive staff. Hammock in the pool area became a go to hangout. Walk towards end of Soi 10 to get to Benchakitti Park, perfect for early morning walks before breakfast with Western and Asian spread. Perfect location, well lit soi. I will definitely stay here again.

Property is a bit dated, and there were tiny little ants in the bathroom, but they were not a problem. Only saw a few of them. You have to pay for breakfast, which was pretty good, overall it’s a decent hotel. The pool is very small and I didn’t use it so I can’t speak about the pool.
