Room tired My key card did not work first time round and had to have it replaced
Bathroom a bit grubby and dated with drainage to basin and bath very very slow.
Reception looked like a golf shop store room with golf bags and cases all over .
The breakfast buffet food was cold I ate at 8am the buffet was from 5.30-10am
On the positive side the staff were all very nice

I’ve had many pleasant stays over the last couple of years. Clean, safe, and comfortable. While it might seem a bit scuffed and faded, staff are very courteous and helpful.

For an area of upscale shopping malls and luxury apartments, it’s good value. I recommend the balconies.

Stayed for 3 nights. Had to change rooms after night 1. First room was not good - bad layout, poor air conditioning, no fresh air (made worse by paint fumes from hotel renovation.) Second room was a huge improvement with all of the negative issues resolved. Staff are lovely & facilitated the room change promptly.
Pool is OK, buffet breakfast is OK.
Good proximity to Sukhumvit Rd & Em district.
Good value at the heavily discounted rate (due to aforementioned renovations) but I would never pay the full rate to stay here.

Stayed for 15 nights. Breakfast was awful. All cold items warm all warm items cold.
Very little choice of food for breakfast.
Staff seem unhappy most of the time
Shower cold then extremely hot when I told the staff they said the while hotel was same. And offered alternate room. Room need a deep clean to remove the stains on the chairs the walls and doors. Overall cheap but poor.

I am disabled. Walking difficulties. I had to climb a ser of stairs to reach a very average room. Disappointing. I will not use again. I have used this hotel before and they gave me a much better room. Maybe they were just grumpy but I was not impressed.

The ceiling on top of the bed was cut and opened before, there were cuts and many little holes that look very scary and suspicious. I worried and wondered whether there is any hidden camera inside in the hole, and couldn’t sleep well.

The bed was hard, the windows were blocked by a decorative arch outside the window. The shower head was only 1 metre high. The lobby is very nice, along with the pool, and the breakfast was good, but we were very disappointed with our room.

Overall an okay stay, especially for the price

The hotel is overall so-so. When we first arrived, we were told our room was going to be too small for the three of us traveling together even though their Hotels.com page said the room we biker sleeps 3. We ended up having to upgrade to a suite for 1500 baht so one person could sleep on the couch. A rollaway bes waa not available. The bell hop was very kind though.

The room itself was adequate, though the furniture was stained with age and other things. The bathroom was nice and large and a mini kitchen was in the room. Electeic kettle, coffee, tea, electric stove, pots, plates, and utensils are provided. Bed was comfortable. Just FYI for those who have not traveled to Thailand or most Asian countries: the mattresses are very firm, standard in most hotels.

Pool was nice. Workout room was adequate. Breakfast is not included. Location is awesome though. Close to great outside/open air street side restaurants for awesome local Thai eats. Close to the Emporium and associated malls, the Queen park, and BTS railway. I recommend using the BTS instead of Grab to avoid traffic!!!

Overall was good however, the photos of the room and the real stuff are totally different. I was there for 4 days, 3 nights and the breakfast menu is the same throughout. A little change and variety would be good sometimes. I would still recommend it to others though due to its cleanliness and friendly staff.

Old and tired accommodation. Took 3 attempts to access room with keycard going back and fore to Reception. Photos must have been when hotel was new. Room was clean but did not smell good. The Hope Land Hotel in Soi 8 is new and much better - suggest you stay there.

1st night we were checked into a with strong cigarette stench. Staff told us we couldnt get a room changed until next day. Thankfully, manager moved us to a better room. Location of the hotel is wonderful. However, rooms are rather old and needs renovation

I was first given a room in very poor condition, air-conditioning not good，poor water drainage and leaking from bathtub, there is also a smell in the room. The second night, the wall gave out a low humming noise in the middle of the night, waking me up and have to change to another one, overall not a good choice.

Air condition breakdown no service.

I stay at room 328, the room is big, tidy and clean but it looks old. they should done some repainting.
My room Air conditioning has problem, the air conditioning set at 15c, the air cond sensor reading only 27 to 28c, it is terrible hot.

After complaint to the front desk, they told will send maintenance people to repair it. After repair, the air cond still same, then I complaint again. The staff told me that I dont know how to set the air cond temperature. Ok, this time I let them do the setting, I told them i will out from hotel, after 1 hour later you check the room air condition still working or not, or else help me change another room.

After at late night I come back, the front desk do not tell me anything then I expecting the air cond is working. Later on I have check, the room is warm then outside, I have no choice, need to open the window and sleep, I am tired to complaint again.

Cockerel and Warm Air Con

I chose this hotel because it has two features which I was looking for: Japanese language TV programs, and it is walking distance to the office. Though I have stayed here before, and knew what to expect, I got more than I bargained for this time round. The first room assigned came with acoustic effects which started at 3am. Two competing cockerels Started their morning calls all the way till 6am. If you can take the crowing, then the room is nice because it faces a forest. I asked for a room change the next morning and was assigned another room after I finished work for the day. The second room, to my horror, could not bring the room temperature below 28 Deg C. It's the time of the year where Bangkok is known for being hot. Since the hotel couldn't fix it within the day when I reported it the next morning, I didn't want to pursue it as I was going to check-out. Looks like I will be 'checking out' some other place in future. While comfort is relative to how much we invest our dollars, this place doesn't represent value for the room rates.

Value apartment near emporium and emquartier area

Was assigned a very spacious apartment. The interior is a bit dated but otherwise clean. This is ideal for long term stays without the frills and comes with a kitchen. Cable TV comes with quite a number of Japanese language channels. The apartment was equipped with a shower and. Bath tub.

The room that they gave us is OK... But I asked for a change because I had to walk out of the building and open the exit door all the time with a baby with me and things... But they said the room is fully booked... When I asked again, they said they can give me an upgrade but I have to pay 300 more... I am just a little bit disappointed because in the other hotels that I've been just by seeing our baby... They already upgraded our room without telling us for free...and it made us so happy. The pool doesn't have toilet or changing area...I needed to goback to my room or the lobby just to change . Breakfast is ok

客室の清潔さや従業員の対応は良かったです。特に、朝、時間を間違えて、開店30分前の朝5時に朝食ビュッフェに行った際、そのまま受け入れてくれた従業員の皆さまには感謝。
ただ、最初の部屋でお湯が出ず、部屋を取り替えてもらう一幕もあり、設備面では課題があるとも感じました。
尚、総じて言えば、駅からのアクセスも悪くなく。コスパのとても良いホテル、と言えると思います。

客室清掃は最終日は最悪でした、その前日までは良くしていただいたのに、最終日は違う担当の人かなと思いました、床は髪の毛だらけ、浴槽も髪の毛があり掃除していないようでした、しっかりとチップは持っていきましたけどね。
その他食堂も含めスタッフは感じ良く安心して宿泊ができました。

朝食のメニューは日替わりで変わるので飽きることは無いですが、フルーツがスイカとパインで変わりなく、これは何とかして欲しい。
部屋はリフォームされて綺麗なのですか、ドアノブがガタついて壊れないかと心配でした。
