The shower is attached to the wall, there is a little mould in the bathroom, the bed is so hard even though the hotel said they put a topper on and we were told all beds were the same in the hotel. For that alone I am thankful we only stayed here for 3 nights and won't be coming back. everything else seemed ok. Friendly staff.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. Location is good, acceptable walking distance to the malls and metro. Room is a bit old but clean. The shield of shower is only half piece which makes the shower less convenient worrying the water splash out.

I stayed at this hotel in 2022 and recently revisited. The condition is still the same. The room is decent and fine for a short stay, but the bathroom is inconvenient since there’s no proper shower area, only a bathtub. The staff seemed uptight and not very welcoming and the night manager in particular came across as unfriendly. The hotel does provide a money exchange service, but the rates are far below the normal market rate, which feels exploitative for tourists who urgently need local currency. One good thing is that since our flight was early, the staff helped arrange to pack the breakfast, which was thoughtful and appreciated. Overall, it works for a short stay, but improvements in staff hospitality, bathroom facilities and fairer exchange rates would make the experience much better.

The staff were warm, friendly, and great to talk to. The morning buffet was incredible, some of the best food I’ve ever had, with plenty of variety to choose from. Everything was fresh and beautifully done. I’ll definitely make The Four Wings Hotel my first choice the next time I visit Bangkok. Keep up the great work!

My husband and I stayed at The Four Wings Hotel for 5 nights.

We had a very comfortable stay. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and clean.

We workout regularly, so the gym was an added bonus, as was the sauna and large swimming pool.

The hotel is located about a 10-15 minute walk to Sukhumvit rd. OR you can take a moto taxi or grab bike if you need to get to the main road in a flash.

Plenty of massage, dining, and shopping options in the area-including the luxurious EmQuartier Mall, and EmSphere with an Ikea for more budget minded diners.

Would definitely recommend The Four Wings, and we’ll likely be back another time!

I liked the Location of the hotel. Area was very walkable. The gym was decent and the rooftop pool was big and enjoyable. Staff were friendly and doormen accommodating. The hotel is in need of a renovation.
Now to why this hotel was a horrible experience for me. There was blood splatter on one of the pillows, bedding was dirty, pillows and bed were not comfortable, room was dated and falling apart with mold, there is a tv with no channels and their WIFI is SLOW. I wish i was able to post pictures with my review.
I checked in dropped my bags and didn't return until late in the evening so I ended up staying the night not realizing what I got myself into. In the morning they told me I couldn't be refunded for the rest of my trip but I cut my losses and left. My friend in another room had similar issues but was able to pay for an upgraded/renovated room and he said it was much better.
So maybe you get what you pay for if you decide to stay here get the updated rooms.
Coming from \"western\" standards I'd say this hotel is Motel quality.

Too far to walk to get to the train stations. We used the motorcycle transportation to get to the trains. Low cost if you don’t mind an exciting ride.

Éclaté comme hôtel, chambre miteuse nous sommes restés une nuit sur quatre avant de quitter cet endroit horrible. Carfards, poussière, odeur de moisissure, dessous des lits n’ont pas été nettoyé depuis longtemps. Hôtel « haut de gamme » pour la dernière fois il y a facilement 40 ans. Prix injustifié comparé à la qualité proposée. A fuir si vous ne voulez pas gâcher votre séjour dans cette superbe ville qu’est Bangkok !

The pool area is very nice and the staff at the pool are helpful and attentive.
The hotel advertises a shuttle to the Main Street (Sukhumvit), but that is not available after 4 PM. There is a motorcy stand next to the motel, but my wife feels unsafe on those.
Room was comfortable. There’s a control module by the bed needed to activate the air conditioning.

Getting around was easy. The subway system was quick and inexpensive. Dinning options fit every budget. The trip from the airport was short and it only cost about $11 dollars. The hotel front desk staff were a pleasure to talk with. I give them my highest recommendation.

The property was clearly once a beautiful property but is now old and needs renovations. Upon our arrival, our key card didn’t work and actually fell off the wall. They fixed it by putting a piece of paper in the key card reader and we had to put the key card in front of it. Close to Main Street and we felt very safe.

Great hotel let down by very poor rooms

I had stayed at this hotel many times, albeit in an upgraded room on a higher floor. Those 5star reviews were true to that room.

How bad could this room be? Turns out, very bad.
1. Staff had to shove several bits of cardboard into the card reader for the electri ity to turn on
2. Bathroom full of mould
3. Wooden skirting and furniture broken
4. Wallpaper peeling
5. Bed uncomfortable
6. Non smoking room smelling of smoke

We will post videos and pictures in an in-depth review online soon. Good hotel, in a great location. Just do not touch this room. For the price, there are much better options.

I found the hotel room clean and the staff was receptive. I extended my checkout time until 6:00pm in exchange of 1000 baht in order to sync up with the next flight. Overall, the four wings hotel Bangkok is an affordable hotel with good condition & an accessibility to BTS.

The rooms are cosy, bed not so comfortable. Hot water is never quite hot enough or doesn't stay the same, too hot then too cold.

As a vegetarian that doesn't want to eat rice or noodles for breakfast, is quite limited.

Other than those small quibbles, it is a nice hotel and good value.
