A great hotel option within Bangkok. The rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable. The gym was small but adequate. You are near a park which is great for early morning walks. It's worth noting that are near the red light district, so venture out at night with care.

I have been a guest at your hotel for several consecutive years, and every year I book two rooms for a full week. This is the first time I have ever requested an upgrade for one of the rooms to include a bathtub, as it was important to my partner.

As a returning guest who books two rooms every year for a week-long stay, I would have expected either a complimentary upgrade or at least a symbolic charge. Instead, I was offered the full price of the room, despite the hotel being half empty at the time.

It is very disappointing that this is the level of consideration given to loyal, long-term guests, especially when there is an opportunity to surprise the guest and provide a positive, welcoming experience.

We had a great stay at Maison Hotel Bangkok.

The service is incredible. Everyone is genuinely kind, smiling, and helpful, and it really makes a difference. The lobby is beautiful and welcoming, and the common areas are very well designed. The gym is excellent, with lots of wood and a warm, modern feel. The pool is nice, although a little cold.

The rooms are on the smaller side, but they are very comfortable and well laid out.

The only small “downside” is the location. You are close to the Nana area, which might not be for everyone, but the hotel is very well insulated from it. Once you pass the gates and enter the property, you don’t feel it at all. The noise doesn’t carry into the rooms, and you barely hear any music. On the positive side, the hotel is very close to the BTS and in a convenient, central area.

Overall, everything was excellent and we would absolutely stay here again.

The room was well designed and clean. The bed was the best I had slept in during my tour I had slept in 3/4 different ones. Coffee machine was nice touch with capsules and free bottles of water. Modern toilet with seat warmer, bidet etc separate from shower room. I think this is a good thing in modern hotels. There were other amenities that put this hotel above the rest . Towels were good, soaps, toothpaste/ brush of better quality privided too. The staff were all polite, helpful with easy smiles. The breakfast crew were particularly nice.

The only issue I had was in the bathroom near or in the bathtub. It had an offputting smell, enough to stop me from taking a bath, but the shower was was fine.

Hotel has clearly been renovated recently and rooms and communal areas are lovely but if you look closely enough you can see evidence of the older hotel through the cracks.

Lovely staff and super comfy bed. We stayed in a king suite. Good sized bathroom. There’s a step in the middle of the room which is really hard to see and you keep tripping up on :-(. Pool looks great in the photos but in reality is sandwiched between the restaurant and the car park and isn’in the sage so it’

Being yelled at and grabbed at by security upon returning to the property after 9 pm is unnecessary, they could ask nicely to see a room key. They didn't ask nicely at all even though thesame security staff had seen me enter and exit a number of times the same day. I had a room booked for 2, front desk staff gave me one key card. I asked for the second card and the staff rolled their eyes, sighed, registered a second key and clicked it down on the counter silently. No apology, no ' here you are', nothing. I'd leave my room at 10 am with the \"please make up the room\" light on, and upon coming back around 4 pm each day it wasn't attended to at all. On the 3rd day housekeeping knocked after 5 pm to see if I wanted my room cleaned. Do better!

My stay at Maison Hotel Bangkok was excellent. The location is very convenient—close to CentralWorld, Siam Paragon, and Siam Square, and only about 15–20 minutes from Yaowarat and the Grand Palace. Getting around was easy, especially with Grab motorcycles. The area can get lively and a bit noisy at night since it’s a popular nightlife spot, but it’s great if you enjoy that atmosphere. There’s a 7-Eleven right across the street, and the morning and evening street food vendors nearby was fantastic.

The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, always offering to clean the room each morning. They also provided coupons for the on-site massage parlor, restaurant, and bar. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and we felt genuinely welcomed throughout our stay.

Best bang for your buck around Nana area. Heard the hotel was renovated. Property and rooms look modern. Very comfortable rooms with well organized spaces. Enjoyed our stay here for a week. Nice swimming pool.

Easy walk to BTS Nana train station. There’s an excellent public park behind this hotel. Highly recommended for the price for a 5 star hotel !!
