Close to BTS, welcome staff. Wide variety of food provided for the breakfast.
Quite noisy at night even though I stayed at 6th floor. Not only the noises from the restaurant nearby, strange noise came into my room at night not sure those was from the pipes or somewhere else.

The lights in our room didn't work properly necessitating staff to visit at c. 11pm twice during our stay to switch them off. Our room was also inaccessible for some time while repair work was done one afternoon. The pool areas was surprisingly small and the gym was tiny/short on equipment. The staff were very ftiendly and the location is good, but overall we were disappointed.

The room smelt of a mixture of smoke and damp despite being a no smoking room. No A/C in the corridors has a negative effect the hotel. Breakfast was poor with the hot food cold and the fruit warm. The restaurant was lovely and the staff efficient and friendly. The lights in our room worked sometimes and not others. We had to ask for help as the lights wouldn't turn off one evening. Definitely not a 5* hotel more 3 star .

The hotel, their cleanliness, their staff, the breakfast, and their attitude was excellent. However, although this hotel is only 5 or 6 miles from the Grand Palace and all the other tourist attractions we planned, those 6 miles took us 45 minutes to an hour to get to by car. It was insane! If we had to do it all over again, I think we would have stayed closer to the city center. But that's not knocking this hotel - it really was very nice.

It's a beautiful property, just blocks away from the BTS station. The rooms and common areas were in great condition. The main (minor) issue i had was that in trying to be modern, there were some technical issues that came up. The elevator had a key scanner that didn't work very well, and there are about 20 light switches in the room - hard to find which switches control which fixtures.

My family of 5 had 2 suites and we stayed for 5 nights. We enjoyed our stay here because it was quiet and all the staff were very friendly and accommodative.
This hotel will be our top choice if we ever come here for holidays again.

The service was good and the hotel is located really near to Thonglor BTS. U can also try on the Thai traditional costume for free at the hotel. Overall, it is really worth it to stay here especially if you love the party scene in Thonglor.

Although this hotel is small, its service is exceptional. The rooms are comfortable and inviting, and the overall service is outstanding, particularly from Sam and Aoey, who assisted my team with their attire for a photo shoot. While the location is not particularly noteworthy, it is conveniently walkable from BTS.

I absolutely loved my experience at Salil Sukhumvit 57! From the moment I arrived, the warm and welcoming atmosphere made me feel right at home. The staff were exceptionally attentive and friendly, always ready to assist with a smile. The rooms were beautifully designed, spacious, and immaculately clean, offering a perfect blend of comfort and style.

The location was incredibly convenient, with easy access to BTS and plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The hotel’s amenities, especially the rooftop pool and fitness center, were top-notch, providing a relaxing escape amidst the bustling city.

Every detail was thoughtfully curated, from the delicious breakfast options to the overall aesthetic of the hotel. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay and will definitely be returning on my next trip to Bangkok!

Very friendly and helpful staff, in particular Tom. Room was a good size with small kitchen area. Very good shower. Looked like bedroom area at least had been recently decorated.
The breakfast didn't look particularly special, and expensive for what it was - but we didn't actually try it. The gym was small, and felt crowded with three of us in it at the same time. But had free weights, as well as a few machines.
Swimming pool was refreshingly cool, and nice to have some drink and free nibbles nearby.
Nice to have a play/games area - should you get hotel bound for any reason.
TV remote control had some less responsive buttons - but used own device mostly and wifi was okay.

Youtube is not working on your tv and your TV portal has been loading very slowly to wait for the menu to pop up.
The bathroom in 607 was waterlogged. Thats why we moved into 605 if i remember correctly.
Last but not least, the toilet area under the control panel was dirty

The hotel is clean and tidy, though the room is obviously dated and needs some repairing (e.g. towel hanger is loose; doors are chipped). The design is not the most updated (e.g. light switch system is not properly labelled). Air con system needs a better filter. Cigarette smell came into our room through the air con system. However, it was a pretty good experience staying in this hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. Only 5 min walk from Thong Lor BTS station. Very close to a famous mango sticky rice store. It's worth the value based on this price.

We ended our honeymoon at the Salil Sukhumvit and it was wonderful.
The hotel itself was very aesthetically pleasing. The decor is beautiful and definitely very \"intagram\".
The staff was friendly and very helpful with anything we needed.
The location is good too! Very close to multiple hotels that have rooftop bars to enjoy.
Overall, a 10/10 experience!

This property was a huge disappointment for us. First, it smells AWFUL in there all the time. Second, our room was so humid, it made all of our clothes damp and stinky. Additionally, me and my friend used a wash rag to wipe off a honey face mask we used. The hotel said the towels were “damaged beyond repair” and charged us for it. Which is absurd. Their breakfast was AWFUL and we would walk over to the hotel next store to get breakfast even tho we already paid for the breakfast at this hotel. Overall, I would never stay here again.

Hotel is beautiful with great architecture. Minor flaws here and there. Customer Service is inconsistent: vanity kit, shower cap or complimentary tooth brushes have been provided once, not as expected daily (in comparison to other 2 hotels we stayed prior and after this hotel visit). Towels are changed daily but facial wash towels are like roulette if you getting it. Breakfast offered limited choices and lacking variety and if you are not a fan of hot dishes for breakfast, toast or choco danish is your alternative.
The pool has only 3 loungers and few chairs and no pool bar. Means limited stay to relax to allow usage for other guests.
In overall: I enjoyed my stay with friendly staff all around but I wouldn't give it 5 stars.

I think in general the hotel looks very nice, clean, modern.
I had a small problem with the lights in my room, they wouldn't turn off, not all of them, but still not good to go to sleep.
I probably had one of the smaller rooms, and I felt there was insufficient drawer space to fully unpacked. I stayed for 6 nights.

The rooms were very well furnished, while the bathroom feels very compact with limited counter space.

The doors may be a bit too thin as I can hear foot traffic and people talking while they move along the corridor. It is very contrasting between day & night, as during the day there's less foot traffic and its practically silent in the room. However, at night (10pm to 2am) I can hear quite a lot of traffic going to and fro, and it sounded almost like they were in the room. Quite disconcerting being woken up from sleep like that.

Like the location and the room, but the person that was suppose to be helping guests directed me to have a person drive me out to the floating market for $80, he did not inform me that the boat was going to be another $108. It was a very expensive first day and I wish you had someone who knew what they were doing.

The hotel has a lot of potential, the location is excellent, the colors are pleasant and the vibe is great.
But the comfort is less then expected.
The mattress was very uncomfortable, we woke up with back pain.
The air conditioner barely cools and there is no wardrobe in the rooms, very uncomfortable for those coming for a few days.
Nice hotel but not at 5 star level

The location is near BTS and just few stops to the central shopping malls. The service is very good with friendly staff everywhere. The rooms are big, clean & stylish. The only regret was it is only 8 stories high but with the swimming pool on top, it was very relaxing to have a free coffee there.

I like the breakfast, then near to BTS train station and toilet auto back side washing system. Staff are okay.
Secondly I do not like the opened space with corridor which is unsafe for kids.
Lastly no ventilation/fresh air system for rooms except toilet exhaust fan and daylight lighting should be replaced/ not bright enough.
Even they should plan for room renovation for the future.
