Excellent stay for families, the room with the bunks and a king bed was perfect for our family of 4, allowing some separation and everyone was comfortable.

We booked this hotel partly due to the advertising that there is an airport shuttle included. This is false advertising - it is not included, but costs more than a taxi. It also requires more than 3 days notice to book. We were frustrated by this.

Otherwise the stay was great. Highly recommend, just don't count on a shuttle...take a grab instead.

We stayed here as a family of four and it was an ideal place to escape the busy Bangkok smog while still being incredibly accessible whenever we wanted to head out.

The train station was only a 5-minute walk away, which made getting around very easy. Shops and malls were around a 10–15 minute walk, and there was a 7/11 very close by for quick essentials.

The pool area was a real highlight for us. There are two different sized pools, a slide for the kids, and plenty of space around the outside to lounge or eat. It never felt crowded and was perfect for relaxing after busy days out. We ate at the hotel once and the food was delicious – a great selection, including authentic Thai dishes. While prices were what you’d expect for a hotel, it was really enjoyable and well worth it.

The staff were ultra-friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Our room was perfect for a family of four and helped us acclimatise quickly to Thai time after our 11-hour flight. It was very spacious, with plenty of room for four people and all our luggage. The room came with all the essentials – iron, hairdryer, towels, fridge, shampoo and soaps – and the air conditioning was powerful, which was much appreciated.

Our 3rd and likely last time at Novotel Living. It simply wasnt up to 4-star standard. Quality has declined overall since our previous visits in 2018 and 2024.

Check-in felt process driven, we arrived 1pm and were made to sit and wait til 2pm to check-in. Check-out was easy, as it should be.
The room felt more like an old long stay residence than a 4-star hotel. Room was comfortable and clean. Our daily service was excellent. But the room was shabby, poorly maintained, broken floor boards, leaky/running toilet, leaky flimsy shower head, kitchen tap flimsy and loose. Room amenties were almost non-existent and you had to order everything through an app. Amenities like the pool and fitness center were good. Breakfasts were very poor, unhygienic, poorly quality and poorly facilitated.

Disappointing overall, Novotel Living was very average, not up to 4-star standards, and at there are better options at those rates. (We have a booking for July 26, which we will cancel as a result of our recent experience).

Very clean hotel. The room was in excellent shape, just like the photos. Very impressed with hotel and great location with BTS, shopping, and restaurants all within few minutes walk. Staff was friendly. Buffet breakfast was generally good but not exceptional, not sure it is worth the $19 charge. The gym is better than most hotels and a the Mexican restaurant is very good. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. They take such good care of it.

It could be more sunbeds around the pool but overall good space and nice pool. The water in the pool could be warmer. Love the service, the staff was very freindly and helpful. And the room was very nice, clean and have great space.
We will book this hotel again and will recommend all friends to book here when they want to travel to Bangkok.

We stayed at Novotel Living Bangkok Sukhumvit Legacy for our last two days in Bangkok, and it was a great choice for our family of four (two adults and two 11-year-olds).

The room was spacious, very clean, and thoughtfully laid out—perfect for a family. There was plenty of space, and it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

The service was excellent. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the staff were friendly, professional, and truly service-minded, always willing to help.

The location is convenient, close to public transportation, high-end malls, and surrounded by an international crowd. The only downside is that the hotel is located in a small alley, which can sometimes feel a bit unsafe due to Bangkok’s fast and busy traffic.

Overall, it’s a very comfortable, family-friendly hotel and we would still highly recommend it.

Have stayed at this hotel several times and am generally satisfied.

But a few things to note after the last visit: there are no longer toothbrushes, cotton swabs etc in the room, which I think should be available without asking for it for a hotel in this price range. I would also like the breakfast to not have pork as standard, it would have been much better if it was vegetarian or with shrimp so that more people could choose it for breakfast. Pork could have been a topping to add yourself for those who wish.

The rooms are nicely decorated, spacious and clean. The staff are very nice, both at reception, porter/door man and in the restaurant.

One minus is that the AC is quite loud so if you want to stay cool at night and are sensitive to noise, bring earplugs.

On my last visit just after New Year's I noticed that the hotel seemed more family-oriented than before but this means that it is a bit messier and louder at the pool area and breakfast than during my previous stays.

This hotel was walkable to the main street that has a lot of restaurants and the BTS. The room attendant Aoi was very attentive, polite, and efficient. The room was spotless and had a great view of the city. It also had a powerful shower and modern aesthetics with strong and reliable wifi. Breakfast buffet was very good as well with a nice variety of meals with Mexican options as well.

Overall we found this hotel to be good value for money, clean effiecent, breakfast was good although we would have liked to see baked beans to make it a complete english breakfast :)

Disappointing stay – not relaxing at all
If you’re after a peaceful holiday, this isn’t the place. The resort is full of families and screaming kids — don’t expect to quietly relax by the pool. The walls are paper thin; we could hear everything from neighbouring rooms, including intimate moments, which was incredibly uncomfortable. We were kept up late by noisy children (starting around 9pm) and a loud fight at the on-site Mexican restaurant that went on till 10:30pm. On top of that, the staff’s English was very limited, making communication difficult — unclear and frustrating Overall, we left feeling exhausted rather than rested.

This hotel is located in a great area of the city (Sukhumvit) which is vibrant, many shopping malls around walking distance, restaurants and very walkable. It has spacious rooms, if you are traveling with kids it's an excellent choice because it has a fun outdoor pool area for them. Spacious rooms, cleaned daily by house keeping staff.

The only comment is that it is a bit far from touristic destinations such as Grand Palace, Wat Arun, Wat Pho, the river, Icon Siam. You will need to catch a Grab to get there and traffic can be an issue. However, metro station is pretty near if you want to go around in public transportation.

Thanks to all the staff for a pleasant stay. They were welcoming and courteous during all our stay!

We stayed at this hotel for two weeks with our children and had a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile.

Our room was well-maintained, clean, and thoughtfully catered to families with children, which made our stay extra comfortable. The swimming pool was a highlight—safe and enjoyable for both adults and kids, with plenty of space to relax.

The location was also a big plus, conveniently close to a shopping mall and other amenities, which made outings easy and stress-free.

The only minor issue we encountered was that the shower room floor could be quite slippery, especially for younger kids, so a bit more safety padding or grip would be appreciated.

Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely return. A great choice for families looking for comfort, convenience, and warm hospitality.

The property is a great stay! The guest services are all great. Everything was a smooth transition from the check in process, to the transporting of luggage, and even event recommendations from staff. Parry at the front desk assisted me the majority of my stay, she took care of all of my concerns properly, she's outstanding! The staff is very efficient, helpful, and friendly. I will definitely return and recommend this property.
