It’s near BTS station, and all transactions. Hotel is walkable to shopping. The bed is hard like most hotel in Thailand. Staffs are nice, but breakfast is slow and not good although large quantities. Wifi is really bad and slow.

It was in a great location near shops, metro and eateries.

The hotel is basic and it has shampoo and shower gel but no conditioner and hair dryer. So don’t expect a luxury environment. Breakfast was nice, you had eggs, salad, cereals, bread and hot food.

The room is spacious and clean. The environment is noisy as around 7am or 8 am, there is a residential project under construction beside the hotel so it was annoying when I was sleeping. The location as a lot of food and the public transportation is accessible. Overall, it was okay but I am not willing to stay again as the construction project is still processing.

Negligence of housekeeping

We checked in on 1 January and checked out on 5 January. We took 4 rooms. On 4 January, I came back to the hotel late in the night and there was no replenishment of bottled water in my room. As it was late, I didn’t want to bother the staff. The next morning, I informed the front desk staff. She checked with housekeeping and was told that they replenished the water. But there was no bottled water in the room at all. Now, I do not know if the housekeeping staff is trying to save her job and covered up for an oversight or whatever but the impression I had was I was telling a lie. Would I create such a situation over 2 bottles of water that cost 7 baht each from supermarket? I have stayed at the hotel for a few times and this is the first time I experienced such untruthful and unpleasant service. I did not understand why the front desk staff bothered to keep emphasizing on the efficiency of the housekeeping rather than passed me a bottle of water as a gesture of good customer service. After all how much does a bottle of water cost if purchased in bulk by hotel versus losing a customer ? We checked out in the morning. And I have to rethink if I would go back to this hotel again in the future.

It's a nice hotel for the price. I have stayed here many times but I won't stay again. Upon my departure the lady at the front desk told me I had gotten one of their towels dirty and I needed to pay for it. They charged me 1,500 baht (about $50). It wasn't even a bath towel - just a small hand towel. I did get a stain on the towel, but $50 seems outrageous to replace a cheap little towel. I could buy the same towel anywhere for $1. Obviously they have no concept of customer service - as they just lost a repeat customer forever.

Welcoming staff, and clean comfortable rooms. Overall very good value. Lots to see and do locally with easy access to Skytrain system if you need to explore further. Good shopping is right on the doorstep, and lots of local choices for dining options.

This stay is a good experience. Had to mention Ms.Grace (Manager) for going out her comfort zone to assist and help me to find my missing bracket I drop in the taxi I took from airport. Even when I have no details to share with her about the identity of the cab driver. She assure me she will do her best to trace the driver. Even I have my doubts it can be found. I’m amaze and lost words that she found the driver n my brackets was returned few days later. Grace kind action has make a difference and prove she is an asset to the management. I’ll definitely return n stay in The Bedroom. Thanks U Grace n Helpful staff..

Disappointed with this stay!

I am a regular at this hotel. However, was disappointed with this stay. When I checked into my room, I noticed countless ants crawling around the room and toilet area. When I was about to go to bed, I saw one medium size cockcroach crawling on my bedsheet. I felt disgusted and shocked. They used to have very good hygiene, don't know why the hygiene standard seem to have gone down so much. On my third day, my room was not even cleaned yet when I returned to my hotel around 2.35pm. The staff there are still as warm and friendly. But if they do not improve on their cleanliness, I will not stay there anymore.

Amazing hotel and service in local area!

The hotel is very cute and clean! The staff is super friendly and always greeting you with a smile and helping you find taxis. The hotel was overall amazing, just a little far from the city. About a 30 min taxi ride there or an hour taxi ride, depending on the traffic.
Staying in a local area was a sweet advantage. Lower prices, local food and next to a huge department store where we bought groceries and water.
A couple markets and stores nearby! Did not mind spending the extra money on taxis since the hotel was above and beyond our expectations!

I have stayed here three times and the only complaint I have was when my partner complained about a noisey A/C unit the recepionist was more annoyed with receaving acomplaint than simperthetic.

The place itself was “OK” clean, quiet, dry, but feels slightly aged... decent price condition relative to price per night, my main complaint is that it’s so remote, in the middle of nowhere, within walking distance of nothing.... one of the joys of Bangkok to me has always been walking the streets, taking in the sights and sounds and that experience usually starts as soon as you walk out the door if your hotel.. not the case for this spot, not even close!

Great staff throughout the hotel. Pleasant, courteous, friendly and eager to help. The room has everything you might need including kettle, fridge, TV, air con, safe, hair dryer, etc. My room was at the back with not much of a view but very quiet. The Sky Train (which is clean and efficient) has a station only a five minute walk away. There are plenty of eating options, cafes, markets and a supermarket within two minutes of the hotel. If you like to be 'where it is all happening' then maybe it is not for you, but if you like a quiet night and be able to ride to the night life then it is perfect.

Location is about 10-15mins walk to BTS, the room was comfortable and clean , bathroom was a bit small but overall it was nice stay at Bedroom Boutique Hotel. Added convenience was walking distance to 2 supermarket (Big C and Lotus Tesco)
One improvement the hotel can probably work on is to upgrade their WiFi network as the speed was too slow and had to log onto the internet each time we return to the hotel.
Staff were very friendly and always with a smile.

Comfortable bed, shower, and great breakfast!

I stayed at this hotel twice and both times, the room was quite clean, the bed very comfortable and the breakfast buffet was a really great surprise! It has lots of warm and cold options for food and is worth the extra few dollars in the hotel booking in case you weren't sure.
I found the hotel staff in the kitchen and at the door quite friendly.
But there were a couple of front desk girls that were not very courteous or helpful. I asked for a taxi to my hotel early on in the morning before my flight. i gave them lots of time to call and lots of notice. In the end, I had to run out to the street to get a taxi because the front desk girl didn't seem to understand the urgency of the time. And her approach- to just have me sit there and wait until they continuously try to call a taxi company that wasn't responding- was not effective or productive.
It was stressful and didn't match at all the beautiful Ghandi quote that was enlarged all across their front entrance wall- it was all about the beauty of service and how customers are to be appreciated and put first. I didn't feel that way, but like I said, there were a lot of positive things about this hotel as well. It is also far from the center but close to a skytrain station. So when the timing worked, that made it convenient to go into town from there. But at times that were too late at night or early in the morning- this made it really costly to get a taxi from or two the airport or the city center for example.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for one night because we had a layover in Bangkok, and people said the location was great. In my opinion it isn't great. The neighborhood is very sketchy, and I felt like I was in the slums. It was definitely a culture shock. We didn't even want to go outside because we feared for our safety being two girls. However, if you don't mind a sketchy area, this hotel is decent. The food is delicious, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. However, the bed was a little hard, and the room was small. The showers have wooden floors, which was kind of weird. It's also about 30 minutes from the airport.

Only needed the hotel until we had to go to the airport. So it was quite ok as we only needed to have somewhere to stay until we had to leave for our midnight flight. Value for money and location you couldn't go past this hotel. Would happily recommend.

Pay no more than $20 a night

I'm not sure if this is one of those places where reviews are bought. But it was barely ok. The night staff was great then the day staff apparently hated their job. Wind was hitting against sliding door making it rattle all night I didn't even get a good rest. Hotel is next door to a body shop so early morning the machines they use on the cars also woke you up. Explaines this to staff who insisted no more rooms available, nothing to do. Wasn't until half hour lady I got on the phone with Hotels.com to resolve, they magically found another room. I actually left a night early and since they didn't refund just left it with them. This place is not the worse out there but it's not more than a $20 a night hotel.

The stay here was very pleasant - my only gripes?

1) I was charged an early check-in fee of 550 BHT despite the fact that my room was already cleaned and prepared by the time I arrived, and

2) the room smelled of cigarette smoke when I arrived.

The staff was very friendly though, and they even had a basic workout room to my surprise. I would stay again.

Booked this hotel for 2 Nights with a group of friends. Stayed in a deluxe room, Nice and comfortable bed, neat & clean rooms and bathroom, breakfast is ok nothing much to brag about. Wi-fi is free and had good strength without interruptions. Location is ok, situated little away from the city center but has a big supermarket (Big C) right in front of the hotel, lots of mini stores, street food options available near to the hotel. Staff were friendly and smiling through out the stay. Over all would recommend this hotel for any travelers unless they are looking a hotel close to night life or the busy city streets.

I always stay here when I visit Bangkok. Very friendly staff, clean room. Convenient location. There is a Big C shopping center right next door, BTS On Nut station is only about a 10 minute walk. Free internet for guests on the PC right by the elevator.

We wanted to try a hotel around Anut train station and one that was inexpensive.

You get what you pay for and there is enough things to do in walking distance.

Only real complaint was their breakfast. ... but hard to find any decent breakfast in thailand
Recommend for the cheap price.... but we won't be staying there again .

I stayed here for 10 nights while visiting Bangkok. It's away from the centre of the city but close to a BTS station which makes accessing the core of the city very easy. Rooms are clean and comfortable, there are options for food nearby and there's a laundry service a little bit further down the road from the Big C.
I would stay here again.

Staff is super friendly and helpful. Food is very good and it is worth the extra couple dollars for included breakfast. Rooms are basic, but clean. Beds are a little hard, but I like a firm mattress. Hotel is next to a 3 story mall with a supermarket, department store, 3 banks and lots of restaurants. Not a lot of night life action, but it is safe and close to the BTS so if you are looking for night life it's only a few minutes ride on the sky train.

The rooms were pretty small but were clean and comfortable. It was close to the BTS station On Nut which we used a lot. Also right beside a Big C and down the street from a Tesco Lotus (right beside the On Nut BTS station, about a 5-10 min walk). The breakfast was good. One night our air conditioning was leaking so they moved us to a larger room and we're quick and courteous about it. Overall I wouldn't stay here for long but for a couple of days to get your shopping in before you head home it was perfect :)

Staff of the hotel were nice and friendly.They always give helps on us if any problem with our trip .By the way , the hotel was clean and tidy although it wasn't branded hotel .Location of the hotel very near with BTS and just take 5minutes can go to hypermarket. There were quite convenience for tourist.It was good choice for economic tourist because its price quite economic too. They gave best service and good smile to customer .Best ,strongly recommend !

Nice but not very good location

The hotel itself is nice, BUT one girl in the lobby was not very helpful. When returning to the hotel after going to different temples, far away, and under 33 degrees celsius, me and my mom bought a big bottle of coke at the Big C next to the hotel, so we can drink it in the room, when i asked for a cup with ICE, the girl in the lobby DIDN'T wanted to give us ice... having the bar right there I found it VERY RUDE for the lady not to give us a cup of ice, i mean, who denies it to a guest?? Anyway, i asked it at the bar and got my cups of ice.... the rooms are OK, good A/C, comfortable beds and bathroom, so no complaints ther, also, the breakfast was good.
