The room was one of the worst-designed I've stayed in. A washbasin in the centre of the room and with no mirror for shaving. A cramped toilet cubicle. A huge shower area with nowhere to hang towels. The room design badly lets down an otherwise excellent hotel with friendly staff.

I really enjoyed my stay in the Townhouse room, the bed was one of the most comfortable I had in the last few weeks of traveling. The ladies at the check in desk were very sweet and welcoming and helped me get into my room early, which was so appreciated.

I do think you should be aware this location is not convenient for a lot of the touristy stuff - public transit and grab were often over an hour to get there and back. For that reason I would not stay again but it was very nice otherwise.

The sink in the middle of the rooms, in the small rooms, not to my liking, but I guess some people will find it cool.
Service and food, including breakfast, are top of the line; really delicious!

Hotel was very clean and in the perfect location right across from the train (Auh Nut) a small mall and shopping center and outdoor dining hotel is very modern pool is dope but water stays extremely cold. Only complaint was restaurant breakfast was 18.00 which was expensive for over there and menu was the same everyday! I stayed in this hotel 14 days the first week I ate there for breakfast everyday you had to give your room number and pay after first day was cool second day as well next few times they acted like we were going to dine and dash it was uncomfortable 😣 i didn’t return after that ! Aside from that it was a amazing stay stay

My stay at the Melia was very nice. Everyone is so respectful and helpful. Easy access to train, and you can change your currency right in front of hotel that pays well. We used Grab as our transportation. Really great prices and we felt safe. We ended up staying 1 more night, they were able to accommodate the same room. Overall a great experience.

My first ever trip to Thailand and I’m so glad I picked this hotel for my first few days in Bangkok. Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, hotel pool area has great view of Bangkok skyline and rooms are spacious and comfortable. Room comes with fridge which is stocked with water and juice, green tea etc.

There’s a seven eleven across the road and one round the corner. The BTS train station On Nut is 2 mins away. Grab taxis to temples, IconSiam etc were around 45 minutes. Would recommend staying here

The room and hotel were great. The hotel needs to repair the front entry way into the hotel. I had a bad fall last week and many other people have also fallen because of the way the entry steps are designed. I thin k it's a flawed design and think if they don't repair then I will find a different hotel in Bangkok to stay. They are very nice people, but this is a game changer for me.

This is a great hotel to arrive at when traveling to Bangkok. The glass bottom pool is beautiful. We arrived early, and the charming and always friendly receptionists on floor 32 were able to upgrade our room and let us check in early. Not sure this is always possible, but we're grateful that they could accommodate us. The beds are comfortable and the standard and corner rooms, while not large, are set up efficiently for a couple. There are larger rooms with bathtub for longer stays or if travelling with children.
There is a Lotus across the street with a food court. The On Nut BTS Station is a short walk and very convenient.

This property looks very pretty from the outside however the inside is a different story. The rooms are literally tiny with a sink in the middle of the room which makes no sense to me. I am 5 feet and when sitting on the bathroom toilet the door was touching my knees. The hotels front desk staff are very very rude. I had an incident with picking up the wrong food from delivery (which was just left by the front door of the hotel for hours) and was forced by the front desk to pay out of pocket for the mistake. They accused me of stealing and made me feel very unsafe. I would NEVER stay here again or recommend this property to anyone else.

It is a very new and stylish hotel. The staffs are very nice. Good location only 3 mins walk from the hotel to the BTS On Nut station. The room is very clean and tidy too.

For a five star property you would think there would be some form of welcoming from the staff when you arrive, instead they were more preoccupied with their phones.

Check in early, there was a charge which is fine, however room wasn’t cleaned throughly and no amenities provided like toothbrush etc

At other 5 star properties, the staff went above and beyond, helped with luggage, were proactive and made our stay memorable, at this property you’d be lucky to have the door opened for you

The living space was decent size but the toilet was extremely small, cannot move around once you’re inside

Pretty rooftop pool although not heated and freezing which we could not go in and out lots of people off, wouldn’t go back because of this, if they changed it and it was heated pool we would, only thing that let this gorgeous hotel down.

Me and my fella stayed here before our trip around Thailand. Great value for money. Hotel staff went above and beyond. Beautiful hotel, in immaculate condition. The food here was great! Some of the best I had on my whole trip! We stayed in a different hotel to end our trip and both me and my partner wished we’d have stayed here again instead. It’s also only a 30 min drive to BKK in peak times and more central into the city you’re looking at 1hr 20 ish if not more. Couldn’t recommend this place anymore. There’s also a 7/11, McDonalds, Starbucks across the road if that’s your thing!

This hotel is beautiful and clean. Beds are comfy and staff are friendly. The only thing that lets this hotel down is the rooftop pool, it’s freezing and not even bearable for a swim, everyone dipped in and gasped and walked out, I couldn’t even get my shoulders in was ice cold, such a shame as it’s a pretty view but for that reason I wouldn’t come back, we changed hotel to have a pool to go into. Food was ok and nicely presented but better food and taste at the restaurants close by.

The early check in was a great bonus, allowing more time at the pool, the reception staff were brilliant especially May and Top. The buffet breakfast was amazing. We would like to thank the concierge staff for the helpfulness and advice on getting around. Nueng was great on the last day sorting out a taxi to the airport. We would fully recommend this hotel.

Beautiful hotel. Absolutely gorgeous. High ceilings, great decor and clean! perfect for influences and a really good price. Staff was really really kind! They let us check in earlier that morning and they are very friendly. Great location right near the train station, I was nervous using the transport service but it is just like Australia. Also, if you like thrifting, there is a lovely thrift warehouse 10 minutes walking distance from the hotel.

A think this is a hip and modern hotel, which in turn, beyond the actually residents staying invites young and hip and at times inconsiderate and rude people to the property. I think while travelling as black women, it was hard to navigate these people. Otherwise locals and staff were superrrrrrr lovely and I would book to stay again. But would be mindful of the kind of guests the status of the hotel invites.
