Hotel is far from everything. Beautiful pictures on expedia is nothing like the reality, which is not beautiful at all. The water in the shower has two temperatures- freezing cold and boiling. Impossible to adjust anywhere is the middle. Neighborhood is dirty and bad looking.

The water pressure is sure weak, so hard to shower ,
Also have borrow the hair dryer from front desk, but asked for many time, finally got it on my last stay night.
Need to walk 15 mins to the BTS station. It’s super long, they said have shuttle bus, but never send out!

- My room was spacious, clean and quiet.
- It was a convenient location for me since it was close to the facilities I needed to visit every day.
- The Chateau Cafe served good food with friendly staff.
- However, the hotel is not close to public transportation. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the Oh Nut BTS Station.

Helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast option at hotel is unavailable, but there is a cafe just by the side of the hotel. Tuk tuk transfers to On Nut BTS available every 30 minutes from 8am - 10pm. Basic, clean and comfortable.

Worth a visit

We always stay here because of the location based on using the sky train, on-nut area of bangkok. It is very Thai there is a tesco lotus for shopping and eating and it's the middle of the sky train what cuts through bangkok the hotel does provide a tuk tuk every 30 minutes to the tesco. The hotel is beautiful very clean and the service is good.

Great hidden hotel

This hotel was great. Staff was awesome. Especially Joe. He was very helpful in helping me get where I need to go. They had a on site tuk tuk to take you to the nearest metro stop. All in all. I had a very comfy and pleasant stay at this hotel. I would definitely stay here again.

Very comfortable, great value.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The staffs here are friendly and room is clean and comfortable. The location is a little bit of a walk from train station, takes us around 12 min walking. There is shuttle tuk tuk that can take people from hotel to the On Nut BST station. However, it only operates from 8 to 8. Other than that, the hotel is very nice. Definitely good value for the price! We have extended for couple more nights here.

Cheap for good reason - dreadful

reception was dreadful. Couldn't find my reservation when i arrived at 3 in the afternoon. Its in the middle of no where but reception could not call a moto taxi or taxi cab as they claimed to have no telephone numbers for them. I wanted to go to the laundrette but was told that the hotel could return my laundry within 3 hours to my room. It took 18 hours and my taxi to the airport was waiting for me because of the laundry. The cafe next door only serves Thai people and tourists get ignored. The room was not cleaned during my 4 night stay. Only when i complained was a cleaner sent to my room. Everyday had to ask for soaps and towels. All in all nothing like a Chateau but a S**teau

Bad customer service - unfriendly staff

The night staff - a male member of staff was not very helpful. We wanted to book a taxi which he reluctantly helped with on our first night but then flatly refused to help with the following day. We were told it's not part of the service offered by the hotel to ring up for a taxi for customers

Great value hotel not too far from the epicentre..

Nice hotel, good value. Reasonably close to the sky train. 15 min walk. The hotel provides a tuk tuk service to On Nut station on the hour if you don't feel like walking. The staff will also hail a motor bike if you don't mind that as well, approx 20 baht..One of the pros of staying is the relative quiet compared to say Soi 11 or Soi 9. If you really want to have a big night out, then its a relatively straight forward taxi ride back to the hotel, that's if you miss the last sky train. I particularly was impressed with the staff, who were friendly and spoke a good level of English. They made this solo travelling farang feel at ease. I would stay here again in future visits to Bangkok.

good hotel but a bit far out

this is a nice hotel, however there are some problems. the biggest of which is the location as it is a bit far from the bts, maybe a 15-20 min walk and it is down a side road with no pavement. it is also quite a few stops from central. the complimentary tuk tuk helps matters but it only runs once on the hour and is difficult to get on the return. on my trip i found the shower a bit cold on some days as i think it is heated with a solar heater although i guess in bangkok this is usually not a problem. there was a small stain on my bed cover for a day or two but it didnt bother me too much. the staff are nice however their english is a bit limited. the room was a bit noisy from the tennis court adjacent but it didnt bother me too much.

Quiet Decent location 20 mins from Siam via BTS

10 minutes from the sky train... 20 mins from Siam and everything in between, good location if you know Sukhumvit... excellent place to stay, Soi 56 is quiet and decent. The room is modern and has everything you need... shops are 5 minutes away, Tesco Lotus is 15 minutes walk away.

The staff were very very friendly and helpful, I arrived in 3 hours before my check in time and they prepared my room and allowed me in within an hour.

Always a pleasurable experience.

Have stayed here for over a month on my first stay and after a quick trip to Sisaket could not wait to return for another couple weeks. Hotel staff is wonderful and always accommodating to my needs. Cafe recently opened on site and I visit every afternoon for my iced coffee and a wonderful lunch. Rooms are clean, great a/c and a bed that makes you want to sleep in everyday:) also good water pressure. I can't say enough about the Internet speed and the fact that it's free! Don't pass this place up. I am glad I found it and it's now my home away from home.

車利用だったのでこのホテルを選択しましたが、徒歩だったら絶対利用してないです。というくらい駅から遠いです。

室内はクリーンで、良い印象を持ちました。
がしかし、他のホテルに移動して気付きましたが、アメニティ関連は期待してはいけません。

冷蔵庫は大きくてよく冷えます。使い勝手よいです。
ホテルによくある白くて小さい冷蔵庫とは別次元です。

シャワーは水圧弱いです。お湯にするとチョロチョロとしか出ません。
かといってそれをネガティブに言う人は、日本に慣れすぎて、ここがタイだということを忘れている人です。
甘んじて水シャワーを受け入れてください。
慣れれば快適ですよ。

普段は民泊利用者なので、必要なものは自分で用意しているため、貧弱なアメニティでも気になりませんが、wifiだけはネガティブ評価です。
頻繁に途切れて都度ログインするのでゲームをやってると不便極まりないです。
タイに来ててゲーム？観光ではないため夜は通常通り過ごすのでゲームやります。
その上遅いので、結局モバイルのデータ通信使ってました。

総評としては、悪くはないけど他に選択肢がなければ使うといった感じです。

The receptionist could not help with ordering taxi or transport. Registration took quite long time, even it was no queue, and everything was registered online upfront.

Really nice stay, quiet away from busy Sukhumvit road! Great staff, even if you ask for no cleaning, they hang water and coffee at the door. Location are with great views to the skyliners, great English speaking staff, streetfood and 7/11 very nearby, sportfacilities also nextdoor! Clean and Rooms are in good shape, aircondition and wifi works perfect! Må best reccomendations :)

Very comfortable and luxerious, especially for the price. The room is cleaned every day. Big room with a view. Comfy kingsize beds. Tasteful decoration. Restaurant attached to the hotel for meals (Incl roomservice).
About 300 meter from Sukhumvit, but there is a free tuktuk service every 30 minutes to BTS On Nut.

현지인 여자친구를 만나기 위해 예약했습니다.
우선 레지던스가 위치한 동네 주변이 조용하여 소음 문제는 없습니다.
아침에도 새소리가 나며 상쾌한 기상을 할 수 있습니다.
호텔 시설 문제는 괜찮습니다.
에어컨도 빵빵하게 나오고 수압도 괜찮습니다.
하지만 일회용 면도기와 샤워타올이 제공되지 않아 챙겨가시는게 좋습니다.
우버택시를 타고 시내까지 30분 정도 걸립니다.
하지만 레지던스에서 근처 BTS역까지 왔다갔다하는 셔틀이 있어 편리합니다.
레지던스 이용객들은 무료로 이용 할 수 있습니다.
샤토 드 스쿰윗 밑에는 샤토 카페가 있는데 음료수는 초콜렛 음료가 특히 맛있습니다.
초콜렛을 통채로 갈아주어 씹히는 초코맛이 있습니다.
밥같은건 전화로 룸서비스 신청하면 방안까지 배달해줍니다.
편리해서 좋습니다.
카운터 보는 여성분도 이쁩니다.
방음도 괜찮습니다.
한국인 관광객은 보지 못했습니다.
하지만 시설이 깔끔해서 좋습니다.
객실도 생각보다 넓었어요.
