The location was perfect. It allowed us to travel to and from the airport and other locations with no hassle.

The room was clean, comfortable and well-maintained and the staff were friendly and attentive throughout our stay.

💯 recommend for solo travelers that love to explore. The hospitality and customer service is 10/10. I loved my room and the cleanliness. The amenities are 10/10. The location is perfect, 5 minutes walk to the train and bus station. It is about 20 minutes train ride to the central station, perfect for the train city-view experience. I can’t see myself staying elsewhere when next I am in Amsterdam. Above all great value for money!!!

Overall, my stay was great. So close to Sloterdijk Station which made it very quick and easy to get around. Not an attractive neighbourhood, but didn’t really care. Felt very safe except when I had to leave for the train station at 5 a.m. There were no trains running to Amsterdam Centraal at that hour on a Saturday, so opted for an Über rather than waiting for an a bus at a dark and deserted Sloterdijk. Bed and room were very comfortable and the kitchenette had all the essentials. Dislikes: slamming room doors late at night and the wifi didn’t work consistently.

Hotel was clean and quiet. We couldn't turn down the temperature and the dishwasher and one of the bedside lights did not work. You could also only turn the lights off from one side of the bed which was daft. Apart from that, awesome and so close to the station.

Incredibly comfy bed, great size and well equipped room, kitchen has everything you need for basic cooking. Some cleaning supplies are provided and there’s a dishwasher in the room but it would have been useful to have a tea towel for drying things. There also didn’t seem to be any provision for recycling. Would definitely stay again!

Il manque d’éclairage dans la chambre, particulièrement dans l’entrée pour l’usage de la penderie et sous les armoires pour cuisiner et faire la vaisselle.
Il devrait y avoir des bacs pour recyclage/compost/déchets.
Nous aurions apprécié, à notre arrivée, l’aide de quelqu’un pour entrer nos bagages de vélo (ne pouvant entrer nos vélos dans le sas) ainsi qu’un chariot pour monter le tout à l’étage. Par la suite, le personnel a été très gentil.

We booked four rooms for our young adult children and ourselves, so we could go to the F1.
The kitchenettes were a blessing for creating packed lunches or making a quick dinner after a long day of F1 fun. If we didn’t feel like going out we didn’t have to. There is a Lidl just down the road!
The gym was a bonus also.
Transport links into Amsterdam central and to Zandvoort were amazing with the station literally within view.
The staff were very good and if you want a Ryan Gosling lookalike to check you into your hotel, this is the place! 😂

The rooms are a good size. The location is awesome for accessing different parts of the city and beyond. The station is literally next door. We stayed for 11 days. You only get supplies for about 5 days like dishwaser detergent etc. If you stay for 3 months you still only get the same amount of supplies. Had I known that we would have broken our reservation into two stays. Also no conditioner or shampoo only body wash that you are expected to use as shampoo. The lighting in the rooms is very dull which makes operating the stove challenging. We used the flashlight on our phones. The staff were very good about getting us a vacuum cleaner and some cleaning supplies so we could clean our room. Housekeeping changes the garbages and sheets and provides fresh towels once a week.

Lovely big room (junior suite) with floor to ceiling glass walls on 3 sides, quirky & interesting with a bath in a separate area behind the bed and a curtain to separate the bed from the lounge and dining table. Self service mini (very mini) market with snacks, essentials and some meals. Hotel in good condition and some nice design touches inside, staff friendly and helpful when we needed to speak to them. Very good transport options (bus, tram and train) minutes from hotel, area seemed safe - quiet at night as mostly businesses and other hotels in immediate proximity

Hotel2Stay is my go-to hotel in Amsterdam, and has been for several years.
Rooms are comfortable with large beds, plenty of hot water with good pressure, and good ventilation. Staff is excellent and takes pride in their property. Location is great for exploring, as every form of transportation is available practically right outside the door. Property is clean and well-maintained.

Great stay but be mindful of the cleaning staff

The location for the hotel was perfect only 2 stops from the airport and one stop to central. The hotel had a gym, sauna and a mini 24 hour shop. The rooms a kitchen which was really helpful. The hotel was really clean and I would stay there again. The only concern we had was on Thursday, one of the cleaners knocked on the door to clean the room but after 20 minutes we had a different cleaner walk straight into the room without knocking to see if anyone was in there. After this happened we put the do not disturb sign on the door but unfortunately this morning we had another cleaner come in even though we had the do not disturb sign on. This made us feel a bit uncomfortable but we informed the receptionist before we checked out and they were apologetic and said they would speak to the cleaning staff.

In terms of location - the bus, metro and trains was only 3-5 minute walk away.

- There are a few restaurants nearby that serve breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as drinks but we mainly went to central.

When you check in at the hotel you need to pay their tax which is about €28 and €100 security deposit which will return to your card automatically within 10 days or so.

Would Stay Here Again!

Our room had a small well-equipped kitchen which was a pleasant surprise. We were given a small box with cleaning supplies needed if we used the kitchen. The fridge, dishes, glasses and coffee cups were useful as we bought food and drinks from the close by store. My suggestion if you like strong coffee is to not count on the coffee provided by the hotel in the room.. The laundry facilities on site were great. Tokens were inexpensive and available from the front desk.

This is a quiet location with good proximity to a major transit hub - easy access to sprinter trains to the airport and centraal station. Area was very quiet but not much in options in terms of food. Hotel was clean and even had a kitchenette in the room, including fridge and small table. Room was very spacious for Europe. Overall, great location if you don’t want to be in the hustle and bustle of the core area.

We were quite surprised that the hotel charged us 100 euros as a deposit on check in. Apart from that, we had a fabulous stay.The room was very clean and was very quiet. It was the best sleep we had in months. The staff were very helpful. The roof top terracewas very nice but care is needed when walking on the boards because some of the boards were loose and one or two missing.

Excellent choice of hotel for our 6 day stay. It was clean, modern, very quiet, and really close to the train station. We were able to drop off our luggage in a secure room until the room was ready. The coffee at the nearby De Huismeesters was great and reasonably priced. The only negative was lack of restaurants nearby for dinner. We ended up with grab-and-go from the Albert Heijn in the train station.

This place is a good choice for almost any traveller to Amsterdam. If you are here for business, you can avoid most of the crowds of tourists. If you are here for a party or just to see the sights, the city center is literally 10 minutes away by train. If you want to see things outside the center, like the Zaanse Schanse, it's even easier from here. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and accessible. If you smoke, or just want to chill outside, they have a rooftop pato with tables and chairs, and excellent views of the train station and the surrounding area. You can buy drinks and snacks in the lobby 24 hours, and there is va vending machine for drinks next to the roof patio. There is a 24 hour gym, and a sauna. They offer laundry service or machines to do it yourself. The machines are clean and work well. This is a rare hotel in Amsterdam, where you actually get good value for the price you pay.

The hotel is very close to the train station which is very convenient for going into Central Amsterdam. The area where the hotel is located doesn’t have too much for hotel guests as there aren’t many restaurants or stores. All the staff were extremely kind and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and quiet. The roof top deck was a nice spot for relaxing and the laundry facilities were easy and quick. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Nice Hotel.Please be aware of step to roof terrace

The hotel was comfortable clean helpful staff. However the one problem I have is the entrance to the roof terrace is down a step up.
I want up step to terrace no problem but on way back forgot and did not realise the step was there.
When going through door I fell and twisted my ankle. I have damaged my ligament's in ankle. I did not report it at time as was hoping I could walk it off. Very nice hotel but anyone staying please beware of the drop on the step to terrace.
I would stay again nice hotel but will just be very carefull when I entering the roof terrace.
