We checked in earlier than expected, and while we understood the extra charge for an additional night, their handling of the situation was very questionable.
After we paid, we realized the power in our room had been deliberately shut down beforehand. This felt especially shady because the maintenance guy had already asked us earlier to reset the power if we paid. While I understand their concern about receiving payment, this approach was unfriendly and unprofessional.
Aside from this incident, everything else about the stay was good. But the handling of the power situation made the experience less pleasant than it could have been.

It is a very affordable place with nice, clean rooms, a nice little gym, and many local eating options. The night outdoor food court up the street is a great place to have dinner. The restaurant in the mansion is very good, too. The people in the office are incredibly nice and very helpful. I use the laundry service three times a week. Overall, a great place to stay. I have been going there for over 15 years now. No plans to change. Thank you KV staff.

Good and reasonably priced hotel. Spotless cleanliness, towels and bedsheets changed every day, Bottled water, shampoo, conditioner, soap and even cotton buds provided daily. On the ground level, there’s a nice restaurant offering a variety of food to choose from at very reasonable prices. A shop conveniently across the road. It takes only 5 minutes to public transport. I didn’t like the road in front of the hotel which was very busy and narrow without a pathway. However, would definitely recommend.

A very big room the air con is really cold i love it. The tv has 100s of channel in english and thai and chinese 711 right infront of the hotel. Theres a restaurant in the hotel if you dont feel like going out its right theres in the hotel lots of choice very affortable. Cleaning staff made sure i had towels and water very nice and the check in process was very fast just about 1 minute and they let me check in 3 hours early this hotel should be a 4 star in my books the price is about 30 canadien dollars very good price for everything included and its a 2 minute walking distance to the bts station

KV Mansion sits aside very busy street
KV Mansion is an excellent property and my stay was comfortable. I had no problems with cleanliness or service. My issue with KV Mansion is the street on which the hotel is located: there is no sidewalk. That means to reach the nearest street, one must walk about 500 yards/meters alongside speeding motorcycles, cars, and trucks. Also, the street tends to flood during the rainy season because of inadequate drainage.

You get what it says on the box. Well, a little bit more as they have a newly installed gym which, although it could with more / better wieght training equipment was sufficient fo my purpose. You get what you get in central city + a balcony ( - a pool ) for 30% less price because you're 6 BTS stations from downtime. Proximity to On Nut station means this isn't a problem. Staff were great. Good cleanliness.

Location is good they even have their own Tuc Tuc to take you to the train station BTS when it rains. The staff are lovely. They're have gym room and sauna not big but it's ok to us to use. Pretty clean and nice property, but the location is not great. Not a lot happening around it and very difficult to walk to from the main drag due to narrow streets and every traffic. BTS stop is pretty close by, so you can get around that way. Good value. Did the trick for what I needed.

Stay for 2 nights in January 2018. Room was 51x something. The pros: checkin was really fast. I booked online the same morning I checked in. When got to the counter around 1:30pm(checkin time is 2pm) the paper work was already done. Got my keys in two minutes. Room is big with sitting area and old couch. Bed is king size but a little bit hard. Small ameneties was provided with two bottles of water. The hotel is very quiet as part of the hotels rules. The con: for me I find it a very long walk from th BTS On Nut Station. I was with my elderly mother and there are no sidewalk. There’s a lot of traffic so you have to be very careful. If it wasn’t for the distance I would definitely go back but then again, the price would have been higher considering it was very cheap.

For \"budget\" accommodations this can't be beat. It is just a 5 mins walk to the On Nut BTS station, and the On Nut area is a great because of its proximity to everything and because it offers better value than the accommodations nearer to the center. KV Mansion is also down a quiet street, and if you get a room that is farther away from the already quiet road it will literally be silent at night, which is pretty hard to find in Bangkok! I would highly recommend KV Mansion for those looking for good value. The wifi in the hotel is also very strong throughout.

I love this place. Always a great value. Same staff now for over seven years. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The restaurant is really good, and popular with locals. You get real Thai food there made for Thais, not tourists. Also the massage service in the lobby is great. Really high quality and a good price. Great location being in Onnut, a growing area. Check out the W District in Pra Kanong a lively open night food court.

バンコクの喧騒からちょっと離れ静かに過ごすにはちょうど良い場所。建物はちょっと古いけれどしっかり清掃されていて気持ちがよい部屋です。繁華街には出るには少々時間がかかるけどマンションの近くには庶民的な価格のレストランやバーがあるし玄関一歩出ればセブンイレブンが目の前にあってまったく不自由はありません。

深夜チェックインのため説明を聞いてなく、手探り状態。帰る直前にシャワーのお湯設定判明、ジム・サウナも同時期判明。
滞在時に３時間くらい停電ありの貼り紙がしてあったが、ホテル入口エントランス工事の件は聞いてなく2〜3日間、日中工事でうるさかった。

施設が古い。電気が暗い。ホテルでゆっくりと思うならば薦めない。個人的には最後は慣れ、次回も安価ならアリかと思う。
深夜チェックインのため説明を聞いてなく、手探り状態。帰る直前にシャワーのお湯設定判明、ジム・サウナも同時期判明。
滞在時に３時間くらい停電ありの貼り紙がしてあったが、ホテル入口エントランス工事の件は聞いてなく2〜3日間、日中工事でうるさかった。
