We stayed at the Kokotel in Bangkok for 12 days and our stay was excellent. The reception staff especially Chai was very helpful. We had our room cleaned every other day and would recommend this hotel any day. We have stayed at 4 star hotels but have never had the staff e so attentive to our needs and wants.

Wonderful hotel in Bangkok! It's not in the centre, but BTS station is very close and close to a big supermarket. Quiet and clean. The room is spacious, big and with several nice amenities 👍

However, breakfast could be improved. It was always almost the same everyday with only slight changes... It gets a bit boring... Also there are a lot of Japanese options, but very few continental options. So it would be good if you could give asany options of continental food as japanese

We enjoyed our stay at Kokotel. Our room was super clean, tidy and so comfortable. Theres a traditional thai restaurant right across the road. Location is great with two 7-11 nearby, train station, shopping centres, market food etc. Our package included breakfast which was basic but included everything such as coffee, juices, breads, pastries, thai food and European options. We would definitely head back when visiting next time. Great value for money

Great little hotel with rooftop restaurant. Breakfast was excellent with wide choice of food & drinks available. Will definately stay at this hotel chain again. No pool or gym but ideal for local shops bars & BTS On Nut.

I got two bedrooms suite so it’s has little kitchenette with microwave, sink, coffees, teas and refrigerator. I got small dining table with couch in living area. Four people stay comfortably, but one bathroom. Eco friendly and provides drinking water, and laundry options. Near BTS station and other transportation. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Bed are hard like most hotel in Thailand.

Bad experience. I booked a family 2 bad room suite. The hotel is poor maintenance and dirty. Cockcrow in the very early morning everyday! Poor room design. Air con blow directly to the head. No small cabinet near the bed, you cannot put phone/ glasses in the bedside. The power sockets are located in weird and awkward positions leading to inability and inefficiency of use.
The toilet is poor, there are no hangars to hang clean clothes neither a suitable clean surface to place them.

Staff helped me with my luggage when arriving at the property and helped me load it into the taxi when i was leaving.
They speak politely and are willing to help.

The room was very clean. The cleaners are happy to provide extra amenities if needed. It was a good size to accommodate the 3 of us.

I had stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and found the overall experience to be a pleasant one - the room was large and all essential amenities were available, even though the air-conditioning in the room did take a significant amount of time to cool the room down (which was possibly due to the strong sun outside and many windows in the room). What might need further improvement would be the breakfast options, which were limited and did not present much variety across the three days I was there - this might be a little drawback as compared to their competitors in the area.

This hotel is amazing. The room comes with a balcony, big fridge, and plenty of space. We arrived a few hours before check in and they allowed us to check in early with no problem.

The hotel is walking distance to grocery store and there is self laundry service in the bottom floor. Will love to stay here again as the service was extremely warm and friendly.

We have stayed in one of their other hotel and were impressed by the staff and service. They are very pleasing this time too. Property is fairly convenient and the room was very comfortable and clean. All the staff including the kitchen staff are really courteous and friendly. Shame some of the other guests didn't appreciate the staff.

Its a very comfortable clean hotel. Unfortunately the kitchenette doesn’t have a stove or a coffee maker. It has a dual microwave and cooking oven and a hot water boiling pot.

We managed with the coffee bought instant coffee and it was good.

We didn't book the Hotel with breakfast, we wanted the option to eat outside and there are options near by. When we didn't want to walk we ate breakfast at the hotel and it was nice but the service was the best. Staff made scrambled eggs for us and they were simply extremely nice!

The hotel has a great location, it's close by to the mall, restaurants, and the most important the train station.
The staff were super friendly and nice and they help us with our taxi to the airport. Overall great location, nice hotel, and super friendly staff. We love our time at the hotel, we were there for 2 weeks and it feels like our home all the time that we stay there. Fantastic. I really recommend Kokotel to friends and family who plans a trip to Bangkok. Also I bought my Kokotel tshirt because I love Kokotel.

Situated in an alley, this hotel is quiet and behind Tesco building. 5 mins walk from On Nut Station. It can be a little dark at night when walking back to hotel. Lots of food options around hotel, Tesco building contains food court, MK, macdonald etc. There's also a 7-11 2 mins away. Hotel staff is very friendly, would always greet you when you go out or come back! Breakfast was a small variety mix of english and thai food but enough to feed your stomach. If you want something more, just go out and explore Bangkok.

We booked party room (4 person room). I can tell there's potential to add more furniture but for now, management focused on the rooms and toilets. As we have 3 person and the living room only have 2 chairs (watch TV), one person has to sit on floor, squeeze in with two others (3 people on 2 chairs) or use mobile device in room. In future, they might add more furniture (such as dining table and chairs etc). Housekeeping cleans everyday. All basic amenities are available but some in toilet are kept with reception so if you need something, just reach out to Reception. Their hair dryer is great! I have problem adjusting water temperature for the shower, I know it is either left or right for hot or cold water but no matter how I wait and adjust for 3 days morning and night, I couldn't get warm water. It's either too hot or too cold. Overall, it's still a great place to stay! Their mascot sheep is really cute too!

The hotel is one block from BTS which is quite ok and the room is nice even the view from the window. The dining area is located at roof top which is also having nice city view, but what I don't like is the food routines. I have stayed 4 nights and 4 breakfast and coming around 9-9.30 AM and the food is almost gone. There is no refills if the food in the buffet area was finished. So, if you come before 10.00 AM, your only choice is the what's left!
