The hotel was nice near main Punnawithi BTS station, so access to public transportation to walk or train to 101 True digital park shopping, foods and entertainment was ideal. Room was clean and beds were comfortable to sleep, Wi-Fi was fast connected, staff was helpful to explain taxis and Grab app for foods and transport,nice cafe downstairs, and Hafele restaurant across street. Only complaint the two dryers were down to dry clothes. Otherwise wonderful experience I would recommend hotel for local Bangkok experience, 7 eleven store next hotel.

Nearly always stay here now when I am in Bangkok. Such a quiet location. 7/11 next door. BTS 5 minute walk. Great value for money. All the staff are good, especially housekeeping staff. Easy to get to airport too.

I’m sorry but I won’t stay here again. This is mostly because of the ridiculous 2000 baht deposit. I’ve stayed in all manner of places around Bangkok and Thailand and at most a 1000 baht deposit has been asked for but 2000? Boy oh boy they have must regular problems and damages to ask for the level of deposit for a two day stay! Give me a break! That’s money I didn’t put into the little eateries and cafes in the local area - all in an effort to protect the light wooded furniture, electric kettle and sheets? Sheesh! Room didn’t even have a microwave! No..these residences that also offer ‘hotel’ rooms are not worth it based on the deposit alone. And here’s the kicker - I went to check out and the cleaner says the desk girl ‘is down stairs having coffee’ and I’m like yes but I need to check out.. yeah thanks I’ll give my business to places that I know don’t even require a deposit and the room offers more than this paranoid approach to business. It was only after I left that I could spend that money on the Thai economy not sitting in some draw being useless. Thanks but no thanks.

Spacious Room, Convenient Location. Friendly Staff

Stayed 10 days at the Olive Residence and really enjoyed it. Here’s why:

It’s a 4-minute walk to the Punniwithi BTS station. There’s a 7-Eleven store right next store. Can’t beat this hotel for convenience.

Staff were terrific, from the check-in clerk to our cleaning lady (P Klem). Front desk helped us order take-out food in Thai, called us down when the food arrived. They also allowed us to leave the deposit using our home currency so I don’t have a bunch of Thai Baht left in my pocket on the last day of my trip. Really accommodating.

The studio room was spacious and comfortable. It’s showing its age somewhat (the shower water temp was inconsistent), but overall we stayed comfortably the entire time.

We’d come back, and we’d recommend Olive.

Comfortable Apartment Style Accommodation

The Olive Residence was very comfortable to stay in. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite since there were three of us traveling. After arriving at the hotel from international flights from Canada, the apartment quickly felt like a home away from home. The beds were very comfortable and it was nice to have a seating area. Location is close to the Skytrain, a short walk. Having a 7-11 is very convenient. The staff were very friendly and accommodating as well.

The cleanliness was great overall but our bathtub definitely needed a more thorough scrub as it was a bit scuzzy.

Tip: allow a bit of extra time for them to check the room on check out. They always want to do an inventory on the mini bar before you leave.

Overall, great place to stay!

This hotel i only have one positive thing say is the forntdesk staff are very friendly.This is the only good thing i can say about this hotel.

For the wrost part
1:the hotel is very far to the city centre, but that ok, cos when i book it i know it. But when u arrive the bts station , the way to hotel people say is 5min, but if u have a luaggae with u, gd luck for, cos the room is very hard to walk,many upstiar and downstair,
2:the room is look like have a lot of place, but no place really usfel, they do have i place for u open your luaggae.
3: my bedhead is close to bancoly, which there they put the air~conditionr motor, is very noise.
4:i have take my medicine with me, cos i have depresson and stromg headache, but at the day 4 , at nigth time i back to hotel, i reconize my medicine got missing ,they i try to find my room , but still cant find it, i so call forntdesk to help me ask housekepping did she though is away,of cos the housekeeping so.she didnt.
No.5: the bedroom very dirty, when i searching my room, i open the drawer and find at the bed, so i see a lot dust, they dont clean it as well and the room fruniture is too easy to move,when u at bed you try to turn around, the bed and bedstand will move also.
6: the water supply are sick, when i shower the water is so litter,and the toliet dont have enough pressure to flush the toliet.
7. The housekeeping make me so shock, at finial day , around 8 am, she havent lock.the door and suddenly open my door,make me so shock.

Nice Hotel for my 5nights stay!

I booked 3 standard rooms for 6+1children.

The noise from the a/c fan coil unit was loud when you set the a/c fan speed to medium, although it's endurable for us, perhaps we are too exhausted.

1st & 2nd night wasn't good for me, my wife and my daughter (5yrs old) in one of the room, it has terrible smoking odour. Although I believed could be from a previous guest who did it. But I was disappointed when I try to inform the receptionist who checked me in immediately we get into the room about the smell, and she refuse to listen and keep telling me: \"No No No, our hotel is a no smoking hotel\".

FYI, non-smoker are can be very sensitive to cigarrate smoke, I even went into the others 2 rooms to double confirmed. And yes, only 1 room out of the 3 got the smoking smell! But we was so tired to argue as we check-in around 1am midnight.

The smell contributed and caused my daughter's cough got worst and coughed through the night, until vomit. Although she was coughing slightly in the day already. They charged me THB1025 for cleaning the bedsheets (fair price). Luckily it was the cleaner realised on the 3rd day when she made up the room, and a air purifier was added to remove the smell. Thanks to the cleaner, as she was more sensitive and heed to our call without us notifying her!

Abt 8 mins wallk from Punnawithi BTS station

We have booked 2 rooms, 1 Two-Bedroom Suite and 1 Studio with twin bed (2 rooms for 5 people in total, can request for the same floor). My family was happy abt the suite which was nice and comfy, my little sister stayed in the tiny room and she loved it!
Quite a few TV channels even with Korean pop music videos! Shower was nice too, just remember to bring your own tooth brush and tooth paste~

I booked this place not knowing what to expect as my friend wanted me to book a place in the Bang Na area. My friend wasn't excited about staying here until we checked in and he saw the room. He was ready to move in as it was SO nice! It was a condo actually and it was very nice. We would definitely stay here again!

Hotel near to BTS Punnawitti

Hotel lobby is located at Level 2, staff is friendly and helpful in getting our check-in completed. Since there are 3 of us, we had booked for a suite with 2 bedroooms. First impression with the room.. We were extremely happy as it looks like a mini apartment, cosy and spacious. Besides the two bathrooms, there is a dinning area and the hotel also provides microwave, plates and bowls. You can also loan the ironing board from the front desk if you want to do any ironing. Hotel does provide toiletries but there is no toothbrush or toothpaste.

In total we stayed for 3 nights. During the entire stay, strands of hair can be found in bathroom after housekeeping is done. I took one additional pillow from the cupboard but there is some stains on the pillow. Housekeeping standard is not consistent. On the 3rd night, we realised that the housekeeping done was pretty minimal. There is no replenishment for the toiletries - shampoo and shower wash. The plates were washed but not thoroughly clean cos we can spot food stains at the side of the plates.

Overall, the hotel experience is fine but it depends on individual's expectation for cleanliness.

Olive is a decent stay for a budget travellor.

Nice room. Many cupboard to put things. Clean. But the pillow in cupboard has some stain thus requested pillow cover. Toilet has only shampoo and shower gel and cotton bud and shower cap. Overall a Decent stay. There is some small eateries along the roadside to the BTS. There is also a pharmacy and provision shop. The road side selling the pork stay taste fantastic also at 10 bhat. i even bought 12 back to Singapore to eat and its yummy. There is washing machine and dryer at Level 5. changing of coins at reception.

Olive is 2 minutes walk from punnawithi station which gives you access to the heart of bangkok. Staffs were helpful and informative. The room was spacious and superbly clean. We got a 1 bedroom suite and the price was a steal. They provide comfortable non disposable slippers perfect after a whole day walk. They gladly kept our luggages while we roam around on our last day since we have a late flight. The only con was wi-fi was terrible during our stay but they gave us another username and password which was great. Overall, it was an excellent stay.

This hotel is a hidden Gem, though location is not so central, it's good to get away from the hustle bustle of the city. A huge 7-11 at the side of the hotel makes it convenient. A nice cosy small hotel but room size is large

The hotel is located away from the main road about 5 mins walk from Punnawithi BTS subway station. There is a 7-11 right next to the hotel for convenience. The hotel is quiet and comfortable, clean and quite spacious. The service staff are very friendly and accomodating. The hotel is not situated in the busy part of the city and Punnawithi is 7 stops away from the commercial part of the city but if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle and pay a much cheaper option than in the heart of the city, then it is really not that bad. We try to stay away from taking a taxi in the city because the taxi drivers always complain about the distance and try to ask for higher taxi fare rather than turn on the meter. A little pet peeve, but not a big issue, is I broke a cup accidentally and was charged 150THB which to me seems a little on the pricey side for a cheap looking cup.

The apartment is very far from town. Me and my friends had to spend a lot of money on taxis. And there's a no smoking policy. So when my friends and i open the window they suspected us of smoking. Ridiculous. We were fined 2000 baht and they even took photos of evidence which is a door mat that had a black smudge,that could be from our shoes and have housekeeping and security guards monitor our rooms at all time. But the rooms are new and the saving grace is the bed. It was so comfy.

飯店入住需繳2000銖押金，旁邊就有7-11及幾個攤販賣吃食，離飯店不遠的捷運站出口樓梯下方有不錯的按摩店，晚間也有賣水果及吃食的攤販，飯店櫃台在二樓，一樓是停車場，有電梯。
住房條件方面，麻雀雖小五臟俱全，不甚理想的地方是玻璃窗的隔音太差，會有冷氣機的聲響及路過車輛的噪音，此外就是水壓略顯不足。

駅近、コンビニ隣接、快適の三拍子

家族5人で利用させてもらいました。タイトル通り三拍子そろっていて、厳しい妻も納得のコスパでした。

部屋の方は、キングサイズのベッドの部屋に浴槽とトイレとテレビ、シングルベッドの部屋、リビングダイニングに大きなソファーとテレビ、キッチンには中くらいの冷蔵庫（約240L）そしてまた、シャワールームにトイレあり。エアコンも良く効き、手入れされ臭くないのが3台。

掃除は毎日外出している間にしっかりとされていました。受付の方も初めは硬い感じでしたが、慣れるととても親切で良い方がたちでした。

ここまで書くと文句のつけようがないのですが、１つだけ外国らしいなぁと思うことが。ベッドが十分じゃなかったので、私の場合は、シングルベッドにダイニングチェアを３つくっ付けて、ガウンをシーツにして、そこに子供２人寝かせました。キングサイズには、小３の子と親といった感じで使いました。まだ大きなソファーもあるので、体の大きさによっては工夫次第でアレンジできる部屋になっています。ベッドはかなり良いもので、少し固めで快適に寝られるものでした。枕も大きくふわふわです。

キッチンは基本的な食器のセット、オーブンレンジがあるので、十分でした。各部屋に収納もありすぎるくらいありました。日本でいうウィークリーマンションといった感じでしょうか。

安くて本当に快適で良かったです。このホテルはお勧めです。

令人失望的酒店

※ 先安排了5樓第一間房間，但一打開門就一陣霉味，打開廚櫃看，布塊濕布包著水渠，應該係水渠滲水才包裹著，去接待處投訴，被安排調往同層尾房。
※最初選擇此酒店是因為喜歡有露台的，希望可悠閒的坐在露台休息，欣賞風景。當我發現在房間內找不到露台，便到接待處問服務員，她堅持有露台，我便要求她到房間來。結果，她用了很大的力氣推開客廳的梳化，拉開窗簾，果然有個小露台，但原來這細小的露台已放了三部分體式冷氣機，外圍更被鐵網圍封，看見此情景，心裏一沉。
※ 房間大門整個門鎖鬆脫，職員說安排工人修理，但因為我入住日期是星期六，星期日休息，要等到星期一才有工人上班。
※ 酒店位處徧遠，離主要旅遊景點很遠。
※ 酒店內無游池、無餐廳，但有送餐服務，不知會從哪裡送來的，不敢叫。
※ 房間內清潔度不足，浴缸有黑色“老泥”積，兩次要求清潔，但都沒有處理。後來發現餐椅也有很大汚積，但都放棄再投訴了。
※ 設施保養不足，花酒水温、水壓都不穩定。

โรงแรมน่ารักๆ อยู่เกือบติดโรงเรียนประถม มีเซเว่นคั่นกลาง ใกล้บีทีเอสมาก อยู่ปากซอยเลย เดินทางสะดวก ห้องดี ตอนแรกเข้าไปพบว่าห้องเหมือนไม่ได้ทำความสะอาด เพราะฝุ่นเยอะมาก แต่พอแจ้งก็มีแม่บ้านมาทำความสะอาดให้ พนักงานน่ารัก แม่บ้านก็น่ารัก ทุกคนอัธยาศัยดีหมด ไนซ์มาก มีเครื่ืองซักผ้าหยอดเหรียญกับเครื่องอบให้ที่ชั้นห้า ระบบรักษาความปลอดภัยใช้ได้เลย ถ้ามีโอกาสจะไปพักอีก เพราะชอบมาก ห้องใหม่ดี
