Très jolie auberge au cœur du village perché de St Felix Lauragais, chambre confortable et décorée avec goût. Nous n'avons pas pu découvrir le restaurant car complet mais nous retenons l'adresse pour un prochain voyage ou nous reserverons plus tôt pour profiter d'une soirée étape

L'hotel et le restaurant vivent sur leur réputation :
petit déjeuner médiocre : absence de viennoiserie le premier matin (mise à disposition à 8h30 ...) et absence de beurre y compris en cuisine le lendemain, fruits médiocre et salade de fruit épouvantable : des morceaux de fruits qui trempent depuis plusieurs jours dans un jus sucré (voir aussi diner plus bas)
Personnel plus occupé à repasser le linge qu'à servir les clients (premier matin) et à faire des gesticulations plutôt qu'à aller chercher du beurre à l'épicerie, puisqu'il n'y en avait plus pour le petit déjeuner et que visiblement les frigos du restaurant n'en contenait pas...
Quant au plateau repas le lundi soir (le restaurant est fermé ce qui n'est pas signalé lors de la réservation), l'entrée et le plat étaient correct, le dessert était la salade de fruit recyclée des petits déjeuners du WE!!!
Quant à l'organisation : plusieurs mail de rappel, qui n'ont pas été lus!!

Arrivée à l’hôtel le Lundi après-midi, prise en charge sympathique et chaleureuse. La chambre est très spacieuse, fonctionnelle et propre. En cette saison le restaurant est fermé le lundi soir; qu'a cela ne tienne on propose un plateau repas, ce que j'accepte volontiers pour éviter d'aller chercher un autre restaurant. Le plateau repas était tout simplement exceptionnel on peut même dire gastronomique. Le wifi fonctionne très bien avec un bon débit et le personnel fort sympathique.

Séjour d'une seule nuitée pour raison professionnelle. Bon alors on va faire court. La perfection n'est pas de ce monde, mais là, on la tutoie.... Accueil, chambre, salle de bains, WiFi, restaurant, petit-déjeuner, service et amabilité du personnel. Table gastronomique de grande qualité. Un exemple pour l'hôtellerie française!

Des insectes mort et volant, étaient présents dans la salle de bain à mon arrivée (une vingtaine).
Après le ménage effectué pendant le repas, à mon retour des insectes étaient encore présent dans le bac de douche.
Le matin, au réveil les insectes volaient dans la chambre.
Et je ne parle pas des fourmis qui se nourrissaient des cadavres mort gisants au sol.

Un passage dans cet hôtel très agréable,calme, une chambre aussi , un petit bémol pour la literie et une salle de bain pas trop moderne un peu usagée. Le restaurant est un endroit des plus agréable pour un diner en tête à tête dans un décor recherché et du personnel très serviable et avenant.
