This is a BUDGET room but very clean and modern. By budget I mean no fridge nor fancy soaps, etc. But very efficient layout and use of space. Great bang for the buck.

This a budget hotel of course but it's nice and new and clean and the staff were nice and friendly. It's out of the main old town in a more insurable area. But in fact the old town is pretty down at heal. Not much open. So ibis made a good stop off whilst cycling the Canal du mido

A l'occasion d'un marriage, je suis allé dans l'Ibis budget en m'attendant à un hotel low-cost, quelle surprise !
C'est un des hôtels dans lequel j'ai le mieux dormi ! C'est très bien insonorisé (connaissant un certain nombre de couples avec bébé qui y a séjourné), le lit est niquel, tout comme la propreté générale des lieux, le personnel est très agréable et serviable, je recommande !

Le descriptif d'Hotels.com ne correspond pas à la réalité : nous avons réservé une chambre triple petit-déjeuner compris, avec ménage quotidien... et ce n'était pas le cas !
Le petit-déjeuner n'était compris que pour 2 personnes... Heureusement, le conseiller Hotels.com a répondu tout de suite et a trouvé une solution, dont finalement nous n'avons pas eu besoin car Ibis Budget nous a élégamment offert le 3ème.
Par contre le ménage annoncé n'a été fait que le jour du départ.
Quant au sommeil, un peu difficile avec toutes les lumières bleue, rouge, jaune (clim, télé, rémanence des interrupteurs) et le cliquetis de la clim... dommage car il y avait un vrai volet roulant bien occultant, ce qui est rare dans les hôtels ! Quant au lit, il était bon.
Et le petit-déjeuner était TRÈS BON et le PERSONNEL TRÈS SYMPA !
Quant à Castelnaudary et le Canal du Midi, et la Montagne Noire, ils ont enchanté notre séjour !

Hotel is near a roundabout and a busy road on one side, it was quite noisy from my room. Smallish room with a shower unit in the corner and sink in the main room, bit strange but clean and functional. I'd probably stay over the road at the Ibis Styles next time however.
